Очень круто что за такие деньги вы получаете круглосуточный доступ в отдельную капсулу, а не в общую комнату где храпит 8-10 человек Персонал не отвечает в мессенджере, просьбу о переносе даты, а потом о продлении проигнорировали, хотя сообщение прочли. Потом сказали что все уже занято, хотя на момент личного посещения места еще были и обещали его оставить - что нудно написать им в чат. По итогу на вторую ночь снял апартаменты в другом месте
• Cristea (8/5): - I liked all the facilities of the accommodation, it was clean, tidy, the location is quite central. I did not quite like the personnel. It seemed like they were a bit controlling and pushy about the check out, in the sense that from the moment of checking in and until the leaving day they reminded me about the check out. I felt like they couldn't wait for me to leave already. Another unpleasing incident happened the night i arrived, they could not check me in because they said there were no beds available, even though i specifically noticed them a day in advance about my precise hour of arrival. At least they were nice enough :)) to allow me to spend the night there, sleeping on the chair. Also the communication was poor regarding the self check in procedure, had to insist several times for them to explain some details about it that were not so clear from the provided video.

• Jan (9/5): Jako ve vesmírné stanici! - Jedinečné místo. Kapsle jsou neobvyklé. Vše fungovalo. Koupelna s WC malá, ale dostatečná. Taktéž kuchyňka je malá, ale postačí. Zajímavé světla. Složitěji se otevíraly dveře od kapsle zevnitř. Na stropě nad hlavou požární hlásič nijak nezakrytý, takže jsem se jim bouchl hlavou a spustilo to na 5 sekund sirénu pak přestalo...

Am Eingang werden Hausschuhe ausgegeben. Separate, sichere Schließfächer für Ihre Sachen. Im Hostel können Sie Ihre Geräte an einem offenen Ort zum Aufladen liegen lassen, ohne sich um die Sicherheit Ihrer Sachen sorgen zu müssen. Handtücher können jederzeit gegen neue ausgetauscht werden.

Check-out is easy and convenient, as staff are available 24/7. The place is quiet and clean, making you feel right at home. The capsules are spacious, comfortable, and clean, offering complete privacy. No one bothers anyone, and you can store your luggage free of charge. There's also a private locker with a key for storing clothes and personal belongings. The bathroom is clean. Overall, everything is fantastic, offering a unique experience inside the capsule, as if you were in space.

• 873hz (9/5): The perfect place for a short stay for backpackers or light travellers with friendly staff - The hostel is in a good location. The common areas and capsules are very clean. Slippers and towels are provided on check-in, which is a huge bonus for backpackers. The staff are helpful. I checked in late at night and didn’t have any problems. Also, on one occasion I locked my key card inside my locker, and the staff helped me out in the middle of the night. The bathroom is also in good condition. It’s good that the kitchen has a few bar stools and a couple of sockets on the table for those who need to work on their laptops. It's great that there's free Wi-Fi in the hostel. There isn’t any shower gel in the communal dispenser in the bathroom (although the dispensers are there), so just bear that in mind. I always bring a few travel-sized bottles of shower gel with me just in case. As there is a bidet spray near the toilet and the water pressure is quite high, if someone uses it, they usually get the toilet paper wet. It would be a good idea either to move the toilet paper to another corner, use a plastic cover for it, or reduce the water pressure in the bidet spray. The bin was still a bit too small for the number of people staying at the hostel. The capsules are equipped with chargers featuring USB Type-C and USB Type-A ports, but there are no sockets for connecting laptops (even if there is a portable table for laptops); if there were a mains socket, the hostel would be perfect. And the drawback was a strength of the wi-fi connection. In capsule 5, the connection was weak, and it was constantly withdrawing. The best spot was near chairs and in the kitchen.
• Konstantin (10/5): Very nice hostel in a perfect spot - Location is perfect, right next to Cascade, metro station and a lot of restaurants. Staff is pretty hospitable. All the space is very clean and quiet. Easy to find the hostel. If you arrive after 10:30 there is no option to pay with card (cash only). USB ports in the capsule have low amperage.

• Maxhu1506 (8/5): Short but comfy - It was a quick stay overnight after reaching Yerevan, close to the city center and around 25 min from the airport by taxi. The bed was small but comfy, enough space in height but a bit short in length. Unfortunately I didn’t try the other facilities in the hostel because I arrived after midnight so everyone was sleeping. Also there is an ATM nearby for withdrawal because they don’t accept card. I was very unlucky that there was a sort of blackout in all the capsule bed so all the plugs weren’t working. The only way was to charge the devices in the common area or in the kitchen. Also they didn’t provide the card which can open both the capsule bed and the wardrobe, you have to ask to the reception to open it for you.
• Gavin (7/5): Great budget option if you do not mind hostels and the good and bad that comes with them. - Great location and very cheap. Staff were great and asked noisy people to quieten down late at night when requested. If you have stayed in top pod hostels like the ones in Copenhagen, this is not that, but reflected in the cost. These are not noise resistant pods, so can be noisy. For instance, every time someone buzzes the door, you hear it. It is a tiny place so you hear everything, even the opening of lockers and the shower. Not the fault of anyone, just the design. With all hostels, rude guests can make or break a stay and there were some rude guests who I had to tell the receptionist to speak with them around 1am. She did, but frustrating as they can hear what you can as they are that close. Hot water is also very hot and miss. However,the big issue is the only way to charge anything in the pod is to leave the electric key in, if you take it out, the power go off, if you leave it in, the sockets work but a big light stays in. So, you need a battery pack or charge outside the pod. This was not my first hostel experience but definitely my last as I cancelled 2 further hostels on my trip for a room, I am too old for these now (42).

Purtroppo sono arrivato un paio d’ore prima dell’orario del check-in, con l’intenzione di chiedere se fosse possibile lasciare i bagagli. La ragazza é stata molto cordiale e mi ha lasciato subito le chiavi della capsula. Purtroppo il giorno dopo le sue colleghe mi sono venute a chiedere circa 5 euro extra per il check in anticipato. Sono rimasto deluso da questo costo nascosto e non dichiarato.

Just make sure to bring noise canceling headphones and you’ll be golden ✌️ I give this 5 stars with a caveat. This place is a bit noisy and you won’t have a super quiet sleep; make sure to bring earplugs. Still didn’t mind cause of how great the price was

В капсуле душно, несмотря на максимальную вентиляцию. Нет освещения в зоне для сна, и абсолютно нечитаемая навигация с номерами на капсуле и шкафах (белые надписи на белом). Невозможно прочитать номер капсулы и шкафчика. Не очень приятный запах в зоне сна. Нет бесплатной парковки, хотя она указана в удобствах. Прямо с порога рассказывают о штрафах.

I had a great sleep. Small but functional kitchenette and decent bathrooms. A better capsule hotel than others I've stayed in. The room descriptions are completely inaccurate. There are two doorless mixed-gender rooms, each had two rows of capsules. My booking said female dorm room, but there were several men in my room. Some walked around wearing only their (tight) underpants. Not a great sight when you have a lower-level capsule. It's suspicious that this site offers a female-only room (with "only 1 remaining" practically every night) when there is no such room available. Although a nice hostel, I deducted 2 points for false advertising and wouldn't recommend it to other females.

• ekspaccym (6/5): SENTIMENTI CONTRASTANTI - La pulizia La posizione era a 15 minuti e 20 minuti a piedi dalla Cascata e da Piazza della Repubblica La capsula è dotata di molti comfort, luci, appoggi, tavolino, non c'erano prese per caricare ma direttamente un filo a cui collegare i device. Il Wifi buono Se cerchi un posto solo dove dormire e farti i fatti tuoi è ok. A partire dal fatto che non accettano pagamenti con carta, diranno che il POS è rotto se glielo chiederai, o se non glielo chiedi diranno che accettano contanti e basta. 1 delle 3 receptionist è risultata molto rude e scontrosa in generale, e in particolare quando il primo giorno non ho capito come funzionava l'apertura della porta esterna o non volevo fare forza nell'aprire gli sportelli della capsula. Le altre due receptionist invece molto gentili. Se non ti informi prima, trovare l'ingresso dell'ostello non è semplicissimo e dalla strada non è assolutamente segnalato. L'ambiente è totalmente asettico, non puoi ASSOLUTAMENTE fare rumore, questo significa che, ad esempio, se sei nel tuo spazio non puoi fare una telefonata a patto di parlare a bassissima voce, ma il problema è che non c'è nemmeno uno spazio, un'area comune, dove tu possa farlo senza dover uscire in strada. Questo, a parte creare qualche disagio, in quanto di sera, ad esempio nel mio caso in cui c'erano 3 ore di fuso orario, dopo un certo orario non potevo sentire più la mia famiglia e a casa era ancora pomeriggio. E secondo me, questa ultra-attenzione al silenzio, oltre a creare un ambiente poco accogliente, influenza i comportamenti di tutti: siccome hai sempre paura di fare rumore, limita quella che è l'esperienza dell'ostello a dormire, fare i propri bisogni, lavarsi e basta, perché pure se volessi fare due chiacchiere con qualche altro ospite non si può. La capsula, che ho trovato leggermente calda (e siamo a fine Novembre) è abbastanza spaziosa, ma l'area esterna è molto stretta che implica il fatto di fare fatica a trovare spazio per aprire la valigia senza ostruire il passaggio. Ti forniscono un'asciugamano, ti dicono che ogni sera devi metterla nella loro cesta dei panni sporchi e l'indomani devi chiederne un'altra alla reception.

And called me “YOU ARE DISGUSTING, YOU DON’T SHOWER!!” I will start from the worst I arrived late and they demanded the payment in cash only and strictly refused to accept card (which raises serious suspicions) but ok i went to find exchange shops anyways…upon the stressful check-in they kept moving me between beds and lockers and after all that stress i don’t remember where i put the plastic access card (that costs 0.2$) to open the lockers and access my luggage Suddenly they came with a brand new law that if i lose that plastic card i must pay 13$ for replacement and ONLY IN CASH…at that moment i had no cash left after all the payments Guess what!! They have seized my luggage in the locker not allowed me to access them, they didn’t allow me to shower,use electricity and charge my phone or even eat my own food that is in the locker altho they can open it themselves obviously…i was starved for 6 hours weak and exhausted and she was just laughing in my face….until i pay the 13$ IN CASH for the (0.2$ card that i didn’t even lose, just forgot which bag i put) they will release my items. It was midnight and it was getting cold and i begged them to open the locker and let me shower first and collect the cash later and she simply called me “you are disgusting and smelly..u do not shower” and i recorded this speech on my phone the video down u can see They demanded i deposit my passport/laptop/phone as a deposit for the 0.2$ card i misplaced…to open my locker and allow me to shower. Spending the night afterwards was very stressful unsafe and i slept with my luggage in my hands afraid they will seize them again …and the next day i finally could escape this hostel and nightmare and that was the happiest moment in my life to have freedom lol More over the place is very cramped and very little space for anything the capsule is very tiny and hot and u will sweat overnight simply stay away.

• Jo-Ann (3/5): Het was vreselijk om hier 3 nachten uit te moeten zitten. - - Locatie - Er wordt streng gecontroleerd op luidruchtige mensen - Bij vervroegd inchecken moet je relatief veel extra betalen. - Elke medewerker spreekt zeer matig tot geen Engels. Ontzettend hinderlijk!! - Buitendeur zit altijd op slot. Ik belde een aantal keer aan, werd niet open gedaan. Toen belde ik naar het nummer wat Booking.com aangaf, die man zei: je moet aanbellen. Ik gaf aan dat ik dat al een paar keer gedaan had. Uiteindelijk werd er open gedaan na half uur. Er zat een vrouw met lange zwarte losse haren achter de receptie. Dit overkwam mij diezelfde dag nog een keer. Toen belde ik weer naar het nummer. Die vrouw met lange haren werd geïrriteerd en zei: waarom bel je dat nummer want mijn baas vraagt aan mij waarom je hem steeds belt. Ik zei: dan moet je de deur open doen want ik sta al een kwartier te wachten. Heb 3 keer aangebeld. Die vrouw werd boos, lachte me uit en communiceerde met een man in haar eigen taal. Ik voelde me op dat moment onveilig en buitengesloten. - Alle matrassen zijn 8-10 centimeter dik!!! Ik kon de eerste nacht al niet slapen omdat het matras doorgelegen was. Ik sliep gewoon op beton. De dame achter de receptie gaf me een andere cube en daar sliep ik op en even dun matrasje waarop ik 2 dekens had gelegd, en daar sliep ik op. Maar ik werd ‘s ochtends stijf van de pijn in mijn rug en heupen wakker. - Ventilator in de cube werkt niet. Je zet hem harder, heeft geen zin want hij blaast even hard. s ‘Nachts heb ik de deuren van mijn cube open gezet want het was te heet. - Er zijn maar 2 badkamer beschikbaar voor ongeveer 14-16 gasten. - De keuken is superklein je kan er met 3 mensen zitten maar er passen er maar 2. - Ondanks dat overal duidelijk was aangegeven dat je stil moest zijn, buiten moest vellen en oordoppen moest gebruiken, waren er alsnog mannen die in hun cube aan het bellen waren of iets aan het kijken waren waar geluid goed te horen was.

• reprezo (10/5): - Понравилось все - от удобных и просторных капсул (много функций внутри, где ты управляешь как на планшете светом, воздухом, открытием дверей, даже столик для ноутбука портативный имеется!) до обстановки в хостеле, когда все везде удобно расположено, персональные шкафчики закрываются, номер тоже, 2 душевые совмещенные с туалетом нормального размера, где действительно удобно, кухня, на которой есть все и даже воду из под крана пить (я это постоянно делал и она шикарная), но самое главное это персонал - здесь он поистине комфортный! Буду всем рекомендовать! Мало провел тут времени.

• Paul-Henri (10/5): Recommande à 100 % - Capsules propres et bien aménagées. Personnel très accueillant. Idéalement situé près du centre-ville. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Les prises dans les capsules fonctionnent mal. Il faut donc recharger son portable dans les parties communes.
