• Keegan (9/5): An absolute gem of a spot in central HCMC - An absolute gem of a spot in a landmark building of HCMC. Everything you could need is in the same building and if it wasn't in there, it wasn't far away! Sometimes the lifts were super busy, due to the amount of tourists trying to use the lifts and having people hold up the lift because they weren't able to pay for it, then arguing with the staff at the bottom around the cost was a little funny at times, especially over about 50 cents AUD, but overall it wasn't too bad.

• NICHOLAS Mark (10/5): - Location is perfect, lots of food and drink facilities within the building. The smells are amazing. Room looked new and was spotless. Communication through WhatsApp with the host was seamless who was very friendly and thorough.
• HIDEYUKI (10/5): マイナス点もあるけど、値段と場所を考えればまた泊まりたい - ロケーションは言うまでもなく最高。市内中心地であり、有名観光地の中にある。歩いて5秒でレストランに入れるし、雨にも濡れない。部屋は綺麗で清潔。部屋は綺麗で清潔。連絡すれば毎日タオルを替えてくれる。コストパフォーマンスはとても高い。 シャワーの水圧が弱く、髪を洗うのに時間がかかる。ハンドシャワーの角度が悪い（正面を向いている）。窓が観光客の多く通る外廊下に向いていて、窓を開けられないし、カーテンも開けづらい。エレベーターが観光客でいつも混んでいて、1回乗るのに10分待つ。

• Andrés (10/5): Great location, great facilities, book it! - Excellent location, the apartment was clean and the manager showed us how to use everything. He also send us the best tips for our stay. The bathroom may feel a bit lacking in privacy for couples, as it has a frosted glass panel and the door does not provide much sound isolation.

This is communal building Its entrance is a combo of mini restaurants mini coffee shop and some BNB rooms. good vibe for young people, right at the heart of #1 district right in-front of walking plaza, surprisingly quiet at night for good rest.

• Nico Adriano (7/5): Good if you like action - It’s very very central in the Café Apartment Building As it’s very very central in the Café Apartment Building it’s a bit loud during the day because of many tourists. Also the house itself is very old and not that new.
• Amal Dalilah (9/5): Warm Hospitality - We love the location, right in the middle of Nguyen Hue street. The room and bed are clean, and the host, Tuan was very responsive and kind enough to give us late check-out. There is a cafe right outside the apartment, and you can always grab coffee at any cafe in the building. Had to wait for the elevator, but it was not a big deal since we had no problem to use the stairs.

Very interesting building… … Very interesting building… For millions of tourists as well. The elevator can be a real pain in the butt. There's only one, it's free for people staying here, but it can be quite a delay. And you almost always have to walk downstairs as you cannot call the elevator for descending during business hours No view from the room. Glass between the bedroom and toilet. There is a blind but it is still somewhat transparent. No privacy when you're on the jon!
• Vichan (9/5): Great location and service! - I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is right in the city center, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The room was clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service as well. The only downside was the elevator. There is only one lift, so sometimes you have to wait a bit long, but it’s understandable. On the bright side, if you stay here, you won't have to pay the 3,000 VND elevator fee!

The single lift serving all shops is often queued and disabled down button. so I had to lug my luggage down from the 6th floor on room checkout. Just a heads up, consider this option only if there's absolutely no other room available 😬."

• _ (10/5): Clean and well-equipped room, very soft bedding, and an exceptionally helpful host (Mr. Tuan) who provided clear instruc - Everything was clean and well maintained. All the necessary amenities were in place: towels, toothbrushes, etc. We especially loved the host. Many thanks to Mr. Tuan for being in touch from the very beginning. A day before our arrival, he sent us detailed information and photos explaining how to get there, what to say and show (with photos) to access the elevator. On the day of check-in (we arrived very late, at 2 a.m.), he met us on the first floor, helped with our luggage, and carefully explained and demonstrated step by step how to enter and exit the building. After the first instruction he helped us with nearby facilities: food, exchange, restaurants, apotheca by sending all this useful info. There was also a sign with the door password in the room, which was shown to us very attentively as well. The bed linens and blanket were very soft, and the pillows were comfortable. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place.

• Franzpit143 (6/5): Zimmer Im Touristenspot - Der Besitzer Mr. Tuan hat mich schon vorher angeschrieben zwecks einchecken und war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön und sehr sauber und groß . Auch der große Fernseher mit Netflix war toll. Mr. Tuan hat per Whatsapp gefragt ob was zu säubern ist oder Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu wechseln ist. Außerdem war es in dem Zimmer sehr ruhig. Der Stadtblick oder die Aussicht auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit hab ich vermisst. Wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut sieht man nur teil eines anderen Hauses . Am meisten genervt hat mich der Weg in die Wohnung. Die war in der 6. Etage , das war mir klar . Was ich nicht wusste , das Haus hat 9 Etagen und in jeder Etage sind Cafes und Restaurants und das Haus hat nur einen sehr kleinen Aufzug. Das Haus scheint durch Instagramm oder Reiseführer berühmt zu sein . Es ist ein Touristenmagnet. Da will man in seine Wohnung in der 6 Etage und da stehen ein Haufen Touristen vor dem kleinen Aufzug und wollen nach oben. Und dann muss man warten. Am Sonntag wurde sogar der Knopf für die Abfahrt nach unten gesperrt , angeblich weil so viele Touristen im Gebäude waren. Also hab ich versucht erst nach oben zu fahren . Der Aufzug hat angehalten ich ging rein , da sagte der Aufzug " Er ist überladen " Also musste ich wieder raus. 10 Minuten auf einen Aufzug warten macht keinen Spaß.

• Dmitry (9/5): - Nice, modern, and clean hotel located on the 6th floor of the building. Host Tuan went the extra mile with his warm attitude and excellent service, even recommending a few great local spots to visit. The lift can get quite busy during the day, so I ended up getting a bit of a workout using the stairs — no complaints there! Would definitely stay here again.
• nicola (10/5): Beautiful apartments in the middle of where you want to be! - The central location. We had booked to see the AO Show at the Opera House, it is literally a few minutes walk. We had both apartments and they were spotless and the beds so comfortable. The pillows were like sleeping on marshmallows! Some people have said about the privacy of the bathroom, if you're a couple/family no worries at all. Pull the curtain around and all good. The restaurant next door was nice too. There is a restaurant just round corner (turn left out of lift, turn right out of entrance, turn right first road) it is a purple sign, their meat stew with bread was DELICIOUS!!!! Up the road from the Ben Than markets and just in a good place to get everywhere really. It's also not far from the bust station too. I definitely recommend this place to stay, the communication was ace. You're also staying in an iconic Insta place too!! Waiting for the lift! If you're happy to take stairs do it! It's a really tourist hot spot, so the lift can get busy but it's worth it when you get to the apartment. Ensure you message just before you get there, need a pass to get up the lift for free! You need to show it to the lady at the bottom collecting cash!

• MARIANNA (8/5): - We loved the ultra central location (walked easily everywhere) and the super comfortable bed. Very clean room. Very good and fast communication with the host. Helped us a lot with great info. Mini market 24h open next door served us very well also. The building is one of the most visited Saigon attractions, so you are really at the spotlight. Being TOO central can add a bit of noise to your stay. Especially around our dates, since there was a big concert about to happen just outside and there were rehearsals, sound checks etc happening during the evening. Also, don't really understand the glass bathroom doors that don't reach up to the ceiling. But I've encountered it again in the past... Well, it can be an issue if you share the room with a person you are not really close and comfortable with.

Kein Hotelcharakter, nur ein Zimmer in einem, in die Jahre gekommenen Vielzweck Hochhaus. Eingang über eine "Schleuse" , keine Reception, kein Personal, schmutziges Umfeld.

He even printed some documents that we needed for us :) There‘s a window in the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, so there’s not too much privacy in the shower.

A lot of cafe/relaxing facilities. A good facelift to the main entrance / hallway/stairways will certainly make a lot of first impression difference

• Stephen (9/5): Nice apartment in a great location - Location was perfect, easy to get around and very central. Nice room, very comfortable. Everything operated as it should. You need to be aware that the property does not accept credit cards. Payment is via cash or PayPal only. The only criticism of the room is the door to the patio as a gap so that when it rained and the wind blew water came in and you need to keep your luggage away from there.

The open, airy corridors, narrow staircases, and lush plants add a unique charm. And the view from the balcony is simply breathtaking. Sadly we booked for one night only.

The apartment is beautiful. More spacious that most hotel rooms we have been to in Vietnam. Everything was clean and beautifully set. Location is very central and convenient.

The facilities, sheets & towels etc. are practically new. The owner is very helpful in recommanding where to eats, what to see, and even helping in booking local bus etc. As the room is located in a historical building, the main entrance to the building is a bit narrow with old stairs & elevator, but that's a charm!
