- MARILYN (4/5): Dissapointing , wouldn’t recommend - Excellent location , quaint cottage Garden and surrounds untidy overgrown unkempt , ash and partially burnt wood in outside fire pit and pizza oven dirty
House was very dusty and not up to standard of cost per night with cleanliness . Bedding linen and towels poor quality and old
Toilet paper 1 ply not a pleasant stay very Dissapointing.
- Ron (6/5): We had a lovely stay - Quiet
It had ice in the freezer
Beautiful gardens
The projector was a nice surprise considering there isn’t a television set
The wood fire with plenty of wood to burn No blinds/curtains in the kitchen so the neighbor could see in
Most of the cupboards didn’t close properly
Very steep driveway
It didn’t have a television which was a disappointment
Two of the old windows didn’t lock which were easy for anyone to access and something the owners should address

- Ellie (10/5): Sweet and peaceful wedding accomodation - Lovely location, rustic and homey vibe, comfortable beds and great extras like some treats in the kitchen, a projector to play movies and Bluetooth speaker to create a beautiful atmosphere whilst enjoying the lush scenery Nothing! It was gorgeous

- Leanne (9/5): - Lovely location, very pretty and peaceful. The cottage was cute with an eclectic mix of furnishings and decoration.
Beds were very comfortable.
- Emily (9/5): Charming peaceful cottage for a stay amongst the trees and birds in Warburton. - Charming little cottage amongst the trees, loads of birds. The decor is so sweet in this cottage and the beds were comfy. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the location is great for a stroll down to the Warburton cafes and shops. My young daughter loved playing the piano and guitar and roasting marshmallows on the fire. There are a few mozzies and bugs around so it would be great to have flywire on the windows so we could throw them open to enjoy the spring breeze.

- Jo (8/5): Lovely house, relaxing stay - Lovely, quiet and peaceful cottage, comfy beds, good amenities (portable heater in the rooms were much appreciated), we had a very relaxing stay. Nice walk by the river and close to Redwood forest, easy drive to wineries, orchards and Healesville. Scenic, quiet location. Garden could do with a trim. Some parts of kitchen and utensils not too clean. But all very minor, did not affect our stay at all.
- Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - What a great place to stay! So beautifully furnished with a lovely outdoor area to have breakfast in the sun. We could easily walk into town for coffee and access the rail trail for a bike ride.
- William (8/5): We had a lovely time staying at Harry's House and enjoyed its cosiness and character. - We loved our stay at Harry's House. The piano and fireplace each added a lot of charm to the feeling of the house - which I would describe as cosy and full of character. The location was also great, close to the river and the centre of Warburton. We stayed there during the colder months and I'd wholeheartedly recommend this place for a winter getaway. The kitchen windows are mostly made up of louvers that don't fully close and are quite draughty. In summer I'm sure this would be perfect, however, during our stay (in mid-winter) it made the kitchen area very cold. Fortunately we fixed this by very careful closing each individual louver pane as best we could (it made a huge difference) and moving one of the portable heaters into the kitchen space. I'd encourage the hosts to invite future guests to do the same if they are concerned about the temperature in the kitchen.
- Jeynelle (10/5): Comfy for a night in by the fire with a movie, perfect to walk to town in 5 minutes. All the facilities we needed Perf - Beautiful, nostalgic, comfortable, super clean. Location was fantastic Nothing. It was all wonderful
- Denis (5/5): Acceptable but expensive for what it was. - Location was excellent for tourism. Accommodation was clean and well set up internally. Very poor external lighting (dangerous at night). Very cold in the kitchen due to poorly closing louvre windows. Limited wood supply with wood heater that did not burn all night. We did not think it was value for money.
- Jess (10/5): Quaint & comfortable stay in a great location! - Loved the house! They’ve kept the old features keeping with the era of the house with great modern improvements! Thanks for providing enough firewood for both nights that was a big plus!! Not much! The driveway is pretty steep, but didn’t bother us much!
- Irene (7/5): A nice older place in a lovely location - Fairly private being tucked away from road very comfy bed and clean The fan on the fireplace very noisy when fire was going
Also a bit chilly being an older house
- Jules (10/5): Hidden Gem - Harry’s House is a quaint and comfortable place tucked away in beautiful bushy surrounds yet close to everything. It is well equipped and has everything you need - the only regret is we didn’t stay longer - and we didn’t get to use the outside fireplace - we will just have to come back! Owners are great and respond quickly to questions and provide a very detailed overview of the house and facilities etc before you arrive. Highly recommend! Nothing
- Dulanji (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ferraro (9/5): Superb -
- Kate (10/5): Beautiful inside and out - gorgeous garden and charming interiors. - It's beautifully appointed. Gorgeous touches, plants everywhere. The location is great. You're surrounded by a lush garden with a peaceful backyard, but the river and township are just a few minute's walk away. Thoughtful supplies to use. Loved putting on the projector for a movie at night. Will definitely be back.
