• Marcos (6/5): Muy bien si han arreglado el suelo de la planta baja - Es muy espaciosa y adaptada para grupos grandes. Buena ubicación El suelo de la planta inferior se inundaba, nos dieron la opción de arreglarlo durante la estancia pero no fue posible por qué estábamos fuera.

• Laurent (1/5): Arnaque : un logement plus petit nous a été attribué. lits tres inconfortables quand pas cassées !! - l'emplacement vers little venice la possibilite de deposer les bagages avec parking devant la maison (un seul parking pour 3 logements = on peut se retrouver bloqué) Le 01/03, nous avons reçu la confirmation de notre location au numéro 4. Le 2 mars nous avons reçu par WhatsApp un message nous informant que notre logement avait subi une inondation et qu’ils nous en proposaient un autre (plus loin et plus cher avec seulement 3 chambres). N’ayant pas confiance en ce message, nous avons demandé une confirmation au propriétaire via Booking. Nous avons passé la soirée du 02 mars à chercher un autre logement avec 4 chambres (annulation possible jusqu’au 3 mars 23h59). Le 03 mars nous avons eu un message nous disant qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur et que nous étions bien attendu le 7/3 au numéro 1 comme prévu : nous n’avons pas vu le changement de numéro d’appartement et de code pour la boite à clefs. Nous avons juste été soulagés. Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait que 3 chambres. Elite Property London n'a pas voulu reconnaitre que nous avions loué une maison de 4 chambres : ils m’ont juste dit que j’avais assez de lits pour toute ma famille, sauf que je n’avais pas prévu de faire dormir les 2 grands-mères dans la même chambre ni de dormir dans un canape lit dans le salon. Devant le fait accompli, nous avons voulu préparer le canapé lit : il était cassé, comme signalé sur Booking en mai 2025 (le mécanisme était tout tordu). Nous avons donc dormi par terre sur un matelas très inconfortable. Une des grands-mères n’a pas pu dormir de la nuit tellement son lit était déformé. Nous avons voulu pour la nuit suivante prendre un matelas d’un petit canapé lit présent dans une chambre : pas de matelas dans ce « lit » !! Au total, nous devions avoir un appartement de 5 pièces de 180 m2 avec 11 couchages au numéro 4 et ils ont décidé sans nous prévenir de nous loger au numéro 1 où il n’y avait que 3 chambres avec des lits cassés. Plus aucune nouvelle du loueur. Avoir de Booking mais le but serait d'interdire à ce loueur malhonnête de travailler avec Booking à qui nous faisions confiance jusque là...

• janet (8/5): Great property in a very accessible location - Great location and good public transport links to central London. Host was very helpful and always responded quickly. Property was very comfortable and well equipped. One of the biggest things was it was warm - I have a circulatory problem so having efficient heating is really important for me. It was also interesting staying in an area of London I wasn't familiar with and the area is very picturesque. . I went into central London on my own one evening but felt very safe coming back alone after the show. Nothing !

Genel olarak ev lokasyon ve temizlik olarak iyiydi ama yatakların ve nevresimlerin yıpranmış olduğunu söyleyebilirim bunlar değiştirilirse muazzam bir konaklama olur.

• O'Reilly (6/5): Great location, lovely house with lots of room, free parking but little TLC needed inside. - The location was great and communication was also really good with the property managers. Good size with all that was needed for a couple nights and best of all had parking for free. You felt very safe and out of the Hussle of London. The house itself could use a couple little 'pick me ups' as it is getting worn in places: Like the pillows were on the older side and flat, the couch was pretty worn and not the most comfortable as it sunk, the dishwasher needs a big clean/flush out as well as washing machine (they work good, just probably used lots without a good clean cycle).
• Tara (7/5): Good location. - The location of this apartment was great. Only a 10 minute walk to the nearest tub station. We were able to get from the apartment to Oxford street in just over 20 minutes. For the location I would say it is great. The beds werent too comfy in the downstairs part. It was clean and in a nice area. Was able to fit 9 people. Beds could have been comfier.
• fabio (3/5): Very unpleasant as the water heating system of the apartment broke down so we could not shower nor.. - We rented for the weekend (48hrs) only and we had a major water and heating problem starting on saturday around mid day as the whole heating system stopped working so we could not shower at all. It is full winter now. Kris the host and the cleaning guy (Rodrigo?) have being very nice worrying about the problem but the plumber finally never came and i never heard anything form the Landlord or apartment owner.

• CRISTINA (8/5): Soggiorno londinese in abitazione tipica - La posizione. I materassi, scomodi e decisamente poco confortevoli in particolare quello del divano letto: da sostituire quanto prima!!!!
• vittop3 (10/5): - The house was big and comfy, there’s space for everyone! It’s full of useful products, it really had everything we needed: cleaning products, shower soaps, kitchen things and spare blankets. Having two bathrooms for such a big group (8 people) is awesome! It’s close to shops and cafes, and 10 minutes away from the bakerloo and the Hammersmith and Circle line. The city centre is 20 minutes away by tube. Supermarket is 2 minutes away. The only bad thing is that the bed downstairs was really uncomfortable and the bed in the living room was even worse. They really need an upgrade because everything else is absolutely perfect!

• Tjande (9/5): Prima verblijf in Londen - We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het huisje was mooi, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de directe omgeving vind je alles wat je nodig hebt: restaurants, een supermarkt, gratis parkeergelegenheid, laadpalen, metrostations en zelfs een koffietentje. Het huisje zelf was schoon en comfortabel, met voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. Een paar kleine puntjes verdienen wat aandacht (zoals een losse koelkastdeur en wat afwerking hier en daar), maar dat deed niets af aan het fijne verblijf. Al met al een erg prettig huisje op een ideale locatie, we zouden het zeker aanraden!

• Sarah (7/5): Needs some improvement. - Perfect location for what we needed - near Paddington Station The house needs some work, tiles hanging off in bathroom, stains on floors and flooring held down with tape Hate leaving bad reviews, but have to be honest and say it needs some TLC.
• Pascal (7/5): Confort un peu spartiate mais bon rapport qualité/prix pour 2 nuits pour 7 personnes à Londres - Salle de bain et les chambres étaient propres. Les fenêtres ne fermaient pas à clé . Le système d interrupteur pour les prises est compliqué et pas pratique. Certains tiroires mériteraient d étre revissés de même que les verrous de la porte d'entrée.
• Benjamin (8/5): - Excellent location just off the Maida Vale canal, very nice to walk around. Great to have a parking spot for out rented car. The apartment is really pleasant and was clean, some basics like tea coffee and sugar were already there and there is a grocery store 200 meters from the apartment. Definitely recommended for a family trip to London. Beds arent amazingly comfortable.

• Katarzyna (3/5): I do not recommend staying here - The location is nice The person who was in touch with us was borderline harassing us. We were constantly receiving messages from them, every day. On the last day when we woke up, we saw that the toilet downstairs was overflowing. I notified the person via WhatsApp app. It turned into several hours of back and fourth. He was insisting it was us who blocked it with baby wipes, despite the fact that I assured him several times we didn’t use them and didn’t even have them. He even dared to sent us photos of what the plumber took out of the toilet. So instead of sightseeing London, we were on the phone with them talking about sh**t. It felt like the person who was in touch with us was fishing to extort 160£ he allegedly paid the plumber. I’m not really sure what was the purpose of this, but he scolded us, like we’re children. This is not something you want when you’re on holidays. To sum up, the guy is a handful… The house itself seems clean, but the bedroom downstairs smells and has an uncomfortable bed (feels like it’s broken) and some device that’s making a noise. It turns itself on and off. Also, when we moved in, the dryer was on and warmed up the whole place. The upstairs bedrooms have damp spots on the celling painted over, so maybe this was the cause of my severe allergic reaction.

• Sarah (7/5): Good value for money, ggreat to have parking in London - it was good (but could be great with a few upgrades to furnitur - We loved the location, easy walk to Paddington station, shops and buses. The parking was a massive bonus, water pressure was great for showers, oven/hob/microwave etc good quality and plenty of crockery/cutlery etc - and nice to have teabags, plenty of cleaning products - reflecting on what we paid I’d say it was pretty good value for money. The portal wasn’t working / it had tech problems apparently and the online check in process was unnecessarily stressful, the team were insistent it was the only way to get the lockbox code - eventually they emailed it to me but given we were 15 hours away from arrival this felt sensible. We got there in the end! The parking was great and we booked ahead as requested. What wasn’t made clear was that they’d let multiple guests park there but it’s only wide enough for 1 vehicle. So you’re either blocking people in or could get blocked in. We ended up being late for important plans because this wasn’t handled well in advance by our host and we’re worried about blocking in a car that was in ‘our space’. Other cars blocked us in after arriving but we sorted our access direct with the other guests. All seemed badly communicated from our host to be honest. The sofa bed is broken and should be replaced. It’s massively uncomfortable to sit on and visibly broken - given it’s the only sofa in the house this isn’t ideal. The bigger beds are small doubles, personally I think they’re too small for a couple/comfy stay. The mattresses, pillows and bedding in the basement apartment really need replacing, they’re not very comfy and the basement area is a bit tired.

• Jules (4/5): Very disappointing especially after a 12 hour day. - Location very good. That's about the only positive thing about this property. Secure parking was promised but didn't materialise and there was some conflict on that by the neighbours at the property. Our van had to be off the road and the maintenance guy told the guests to park on the street which was unacceptable as the Booking.com information quotes free on-site parking which was important to us as we had a van full of tools. There was no heating or hot water overnight, but some in the morning. The place is not that clean and is quite mouldy in places. We were told that the apartment was No. 1 but it wasn't; it was No. 2 which was confusing. Very little communication from the managing agents who didn't answer the phone at just after 5pm. We won't be using this place again. The boiler clicked on but didn't actually kick in. No refreshments whatsoever except very old coffee. No lake view either, where did that come from. Very disappointed as it's a good location.
