• Lisa (9/5): Perfect Location - This place was in a great location. It was a small apartment for three of us, but we made due. We loved the coffee shop and the quiet neighborhood. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location. Just a few minutes walk and you are in the heart of the Shinjuku action. The place was a bit small for the three of us. It would be more suited for two people. We had to open our suitcases one at a time. However, it was doable and the location makes up for it.

Would definitely stay again It was fine for me as a solo traveller but would be tight for 2 people. Stairway to the room with luggage was an effort but you only have to take it up once
• Silvio (5/5): The 4 stars and the price (>500€ for 5 nights) are too high. - The location of the property was really nice central in Shinjuku. It’s easy the reach the location. The room has an air conditioner. However, it was not used because it didn’t look clean. Even the wall around the conditioner didn’t look clean. It was relatively noisy at night, as the room has very thin walls. The photos look better than the room itself.

Walked to meet up with our tour, maybe 10 minutes from the station. Pretty small space for 3 but gives you a more realistic view of what Tokyo life would be for a young person!

It was very quiet and we slept really well The only thing was the stairs and access is small so it was tricky with luggage but manageable

No tiene elevador, nos tocó el cuarto piso y las escaleras están super empinadas y estrechas, fue mucho problema subir y bajar las maletas. El departamento está super bien, muy pequeño, pero limpio solo el condominio está muy viejo y no huele muy bien.

• Mergim (10/5): Well-equipped apartment in Nishi-Shinjuku which is conveniently located near stations and amenities, with an exceptional - The apartment is situated in a very quiet yet central part of Nishi-Shinjuku. It has everything you could possibly need and is more spacious than the typical apartments in Tokyo. It features an air conditioner/heater, a washing machine, a small kitchen, a heated toilet, a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, and a microwave. The bed was exceedingly comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jacob, the host, was exceptionally helpful and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing excellent recommendations for local spots. His hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Shinjuku Station is only a 15-minute walk away, and Nishi-Shinjuku Station is just a 3-minute walk. There are numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to find anything you might need. Additionally, it's only a 10-minute walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, which offers stunning views of the city. Jacob was kind enough to assist us with our luggage, which made our arrival and departure much more convenient, as there is no lift in the building. Honestly: Nothing, this is definitely the best deal you can find in Shinjuku!

The mattress is too soft caused a little back pain. There’s sometimes hot water sometimes no when you are taking shower. The sink area is too tiny made it difficult to brush teeth and wash face and hands. Many
• Martin (8/5): Nice location for a budget stay in Tokyo - Great location near a couple of stations and several restaurants and convenience stores. The bed was comfy enough, the air conditioning worked which was vital for a very humid city. The building is pretty old, and on the first day, the shower door broke off, although the host got it fixed very quickly. There are only narrow stairs to each floor, which made getting luggage up and down the stairs difficult.

A really good host that went out of his way to show us the area in person. Would stay again. Nothing.

Very walkable and close to the heart of Shinjuku. Jacob is a great host. Communication with him was easy and he responded to all inquiries immediately and was very helpful. Lots of amazing food recommendations from the host that we would not be able to find on our own!

Highly recommend if you wanna stay in the heart of Shinjuku.
• Anonymous (10/5): Great stay for our Tokyo trip - The good convinient apartment in Shinjuku and close to Shin-Okubo. We had a great time there. The location is great for exploring the very central shinjuku area but still calm and quiet at night which is great for our family. You can easily walk to central Shinjuku,Kabukicho downtown and see korean town Shin-Okubo (little Seoul) It was really helpful for us to use really strong AC in the summer time of tokyo. Fast and unlimited Portable Wifi device and washing machine on balcony were also very good! Host stayed in touch with us whenever we needed and gave us lots of great tokyo trip info. -
• 김동건 (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is really in a Great location to reach all hot spots in Shinjuku center within in very short walk distance so we experienced real down town of Tokyo in a good way! Nishi Shinjuku station is 2-3min walk and JR Shinjuku is 8min walk There are tons of amazing restaurants and bars around apartment too. Overall we had a great stay here.
