• Marija (6/5): - The check-in process is fully automated, which is great if you're arriving late, but it has too many steps that can be unnecessarily complicated. Every time you enter the apartment, you need to open the check-in page and enter the 10-character code. The apartment had a very strong curry smell that we couldn’t air out during our entire 3-day stay, so we had to keep the windows open while sleeping. We tried using the kitchen extractor fan, but it wasn’t connected to any vent, so it just circulated the air — which made no sense and didn’t help at all. We also arrived late and were really tired, but had to make the second bed ourselves because only one bedroom was prepared, even though we booked for 4 people. Luckily, there were clean sheets and everything we needed to make it. In general, the apartment doesn’t leave the impression of being very clean, although the area feels safe and the space itself is sufficient for 4 people for a shorter stay.
• Jean-Yves (8/5): Un bel appartement confortable proche du centre de Milan - L'emplacement géographique proche d'une station de métro, quartier calme et aéré, les multiples commerces à proximité, certains accessibles à pied d'autres à quelques minutes en voiture, les nombreuses possibilités de se garer (mais pas gratuitement), l'appartement propre, bien équipé, bien décoré et avec de beaux volumes, la climatisation efficace. L'appartement est assez sombre, ce qui n'est pas forcément très gênant quand on rentre d'une journée très ensoleillée. Pas de places de stationnement gratuites à proximité.
• Donna (4/5): Location great, dissatisfied with cleanliness and communication from host. - The location was great. Close to public transportation We never heard from the host, the place was not clean, the shower leaks and is Full of mould, there were only 4 coffee pods, (our stay was for 4 nights) they were horrible anyway, there was no towel for the kitchen, no washing tablets for washing machine , the entry with the codes ect is very painful as you must have phone and codes.

• Velimir (10/5): Me and my family are very happy with our stay in the apartment - A peaceful and quiet place. Super location small shops around and close to public transport Everything was ok, just a little bit to think about the winter period for blankets and duvets to make it more comfortable
• Leda (9/5): Great stay, clean apartment, very spacious. Responsive host. - Size, cleanliness, location is close to the metro stop. We had problems getting back into the property in the evening since the Internet had gone down and we could not access the front door with the link provided to us. Fortunately the problem was resolved when the Internet came back up and the host would have been willing to come give us a key if the problem persisted. I suggest to have a backup entrance door key available in a closer location if this happens to other guests so they could at least get into the front door since the apartment door code works.
• Constantin-paul (9/5): Fair price, need some maintenance - Communication was great, with very fast replies to all my questions. Is well connected to Milan center and subway network. The area is very quiet even though the apartment is on the ground floor. I loved the bed an pillows. Also felt very safe for me and my family even in the night while walking in the neighborhood. A nice to have would be a dispenser for shower gel as it exist for hand soap. The biggest issue was with inside temperature as we had some nights below freezing during our stay, so in the morning it was pretty cold in the apartment. After two days(and discussions with owner/administrator) found out that we shouldn't look for AC remote control which btw we couldn't find in the apartment. Instead, bot AC's were connected to a central panel near the door entrance. I managed somehow to make it work and it was much better. Unfortunately the AC in the bedroom was quite noisy and I couldn't leave it running over night. Another aspect is related to bathroom handles for shower, sink and bidet. They need to be fixed/replaced as the one from the shower was about to hurt my toe when it fall down. To be noted that the walls are not soundproof so you can hear the flushing toilet and sower from upper floor. Overall with some maintenance would be a great location with a fair price.
