• fazira (10/5): wifi very weak - The place is easy to locate, but the owner only provided one access card. This becomes very inconvenient when one of my family members needs to go downstairs, because they have to remove the card, leaving the rest of us inside in the dark.

Badkamer vies. Geel smerig, schimmel. Zitbank zag er niet fris uit. Appartement mag een goed opfrisbuurt krijgen. Foto's niet gemaakt en geplaatst. De eigenaar weet precies goed wat ik bedoel.

• Ezwan (10/5): Amazing - Semua complete dan senang. Best thing, you dont need to pay deposit and pay tax in KL state. So you can threats yourself meanwhile ur holiday. As long you are keep it clean and nothing broken. Free parking. U need to pay attention when they give instruction. no check in counter. If you wanted to go swimming pool better you go level 42 (rooftop) its has a amazing view and muslim friendly for you too cover private parts. If you hungry or want some things to buy theres a downstairs you can go mamak,7-11, Organic shops. Near to Alor street, Bukit bintang just walk less 6 minutes. its a studio yea of course it has a 1 bathroom.

Not cleaning, bathroom on linking water SMELLY And the most important on the bed at master bedroom have CIMICIDAE… it’s blood sucking animal, it’s very painful. please check on net what is CIMICIDAE, it’s biting me on full night… spoiling my full vacation mood. I have attached some proof of pictures at below. Sorry homestay owner, you must were this. Otherwise you lose the customers.

• Ramanes (1/5): Disappointed with the unit condition. - The location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city. Heavy traffic since the apartment is located near the end of the road junction.

• Yong Bin (1/5): Disappointing and very different from our experiences over the past two years. - So far, we mainly like the location, as it’s very close to the town area and convenient for getting around. Actually, we did not stay in the room after seeing the environment and facilities, and we decided to find another place instead. We also forgot to take photos, but the room was quite different from the listing. The mirror was discoloured, and the sofa appeared to be simply covered with a cloth. My friend felt itchy after sitting on the sofa and bed. The parking area was not ideal. While we are not overly sensitive, my friend felt uncomfortable in the car park. The owner/agent was also unusual in their communication. The agent only provided directions at 3 pm despite multiple follow-ups, making it difficult for guests travelling from another state to plan, as it felt like they were preventing us from arriving earlier. After several requests, they still insisted we had to wait until 3 pm for full details and only shared alternative parking information. Since we had two cars but only one parking slot, the second car had to park elsewhere. Full information was finally provided at 2:44 pm, while we were already waiting by the roadside. This was very unfriendly for guests who need to plan their route. There was also no clear guidance on how to access the property. The instructions only stated: “You will need your card to navigate around Robertson. The lift needs to be scanned with your card to be used. Put your card on the card sensors to unlock certain doors.” This meant we had to try multiple doors ourselves, almost like being in an escape room. Overall, this experience was disappointing and very different from our previous stays. The agent also requested perfect ratings, which we were unable to provide.

• Cj Loh (6/5): A convenient and family-friendly stay with a great location and helpful early check-in, but the unit - The location is strategic and very convenient. Early check-in was allowed, which I really appreciated — thank you for that. Suitable and generally convenient for a family stay. The condo feels quite old. The toilet had a bad smell due to a leaking sink, and the odor spread throughout the unit, requiring cleaning after use. The sofa cover looked dirty and seemed not to have been changed.

• SHANJEEF (2/5): Worst stay - Worst homestay. The unit was not clean. The mattress worn out untill can feel the spring when sleep. The service person didn't take take any action. There is no any hook in the washroom. The TV not usable. Not recommended at all for family.

Cleanliness need to be improved, Locking doors are a tough task, there are high chances of you getting locked out inside without a help, to resolve this staff send a video tutorial which is quite annoying, you need to look for cutlery, spoons, fork etc to unlock the locked out door which is quite unacceptable and horrible.

• Fatin Nabila (10/5): - Big and comfortable for our trip. The toilet is a bit smelly, and the bidet is quite hard to use?? but overall the toilet is still clean, big and can be use.
