• Adam (8/5): Fajny apartament w doskonałym miejscu, właściciel powinien jednak postarać się o więcej czystości. - Świetna lokalizacja, bliskość plaż, sklepów, bezpłatny parking oraz pobliskie lokale gastro. Piękny słoneczny taras z widokiem palm a nawet morza. Duży salon z dobrze wyposażoinym aneksem kuchennym (mikrofala, pralka itp.). Wygodna sypialnia oraz funkcjonalna łazienka. Winda z dostępem do 14 piętra gdzie zobaczyć można było piękną panoramę miasta. Kontakt z gospodarzem poprzez WhatsUp. Basen w obrębie terenu budynku - woda nieogrzewana. Podsumowując -polecamy ! Nieświeża pościel oraz ręczniki - musieliśmy je samodzielnie wyprać dla naszego komfortu. Nocą spory hałas od strony ulicy - służby komunalne (wywóz śmieci) bezlitosne o 2.30. ;)

• MAGALI (8/5): Calme, agréable et bien situé - Le confort de l’appartement, notamment le lit. L’emplacement parfait pour nous. L’aspect extérieur du bâtiment, mais vite rassuré à l’entrée dans l’appartement.
• Helena (4/5): - It was close enough to las ameracas about 15/20 minute walk The address was wrong it is actually playa honda apartment ,no taxi driver new it as modern apartment we had to contact owner to find out where it was he met us and we walked to it . We were sent a text to clean apartment put out our rubbish in bins across the road, there was no rubbish facilities in apartments and if not we would be charged cleaning fees we left apartment clean when you pay to stay in a place at least you have clean towels daily or every second day and never asked to clean the place not that we would have left a mess just found it very bad to get a text message telling us to clean the place for them. Also two single beds pushed together. Bed room was small cramped stuffy 🤧
• Adnan (8/5): Lijep boravak u sigurno najboljem dijelu otoka. - Cist,renoviran,naselje pristojno,uz ulicu se moze naci parkinga. Cijena je nesto visocija ali dobro pretpostavljam da je sezona. Nema nape za kuhanje pa se lahko zadimi apartman.

Was quiet but still in a very good location for beach restaurants etc. Balcony was sunny Difficult to find should have been told that it is located in Playa Honda which is recessed a bit from road. Would be nice if there were more sun loungers at pool

• Susan (10/5): - Comfortable, modern apartment that met all our needs. Great location and very clean pool area. Nothing I did not like. One suggestion but it's only a personal thing, a shelf in bathroom would be good, I have a lot of cosmetics!! 😊

Even though we warned about our arrival time two weeks in advance and in the day of arrival as well. And the guy even didn’t say sorry for being late and was quite not welcoming

• Zaloba (10/5): - Obiekt położony był w centrum miasta, było do wszystkiego blisko. Kontakt z gospodynią jest bardzo szybki i sprawny. Najbardziej spodobało mi się to, że w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebowaliśmy. Bardzo serdecznie polecam:))
• Katarzyna (6/5): W miarę udany. - Przede wszystkim lokalizacja jest świetna i widok na morze piękny. Dodatkowym atutem jest czysty zadbany basen. Bardzo ładne widne mieszkanie, odnowiana łazienka i kuchnia, wygodne duże łóżko, ale stolarka okienna i drzwiowa dramat. Kuchnia całkiem dobrze wyposażona ale jak dla 2 osób. 4 miały by już problem. Latem bym tu chętnie wróciła. Zimna już nie koniecznie. Niestety podczas naszego pobytu sporo wiało. Z uwagi na nieszczelność okien i drzwi wiązało się to z przeciągiem (nabawiłam się kataru) oraz hałasem bo okna prawie chciały wylecieć z futryn. Niestety padało również więc woda stała na balkonie nie było jak jej się pozbyć. A żeby wyschnąć potrzeba dużo słońca a mieszkanie od północy. Niewątpliwie jest to zaleta latem bo klimatyzacji nie ma. Co do drzwi to żaden zamek się nie zamyka. Jeden rozwalony drugi nie daje rady bo drzwi osiadły.

• IRINA (9/5): Однозначно рекомендую эти апартаменты - Отличное расположение квартиры- с балкона красивый вид на океан. Хозяин всегда на связи и готов помочь. Рядом много хороших кафе, ресторанов и продуктовый магазин. До пляжей минут 7-10 пешком. Квартира в центре города, но на тихой улице. Удобная кровать Если планируете брать в аренду машину, то учитывайте, что на территории комплекса нет парковки.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato dal 5 al 10 Ottobre e non avendo il parcheggio incluso avevamo un po’ paura di non trovarlo,ma la posizione è ottima, non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà a parcheggiare la macchina a qualsiasi ora noi tornassimo. L’appartamento è davvero molto vicino alla playa de las Americas, ci sono supermercati, bar, etc nelle vicinanze da poterci arrivare tranquillamente a piedi. Molto comodo anche la possibilità di poter usufruire della piscina. L’appartamento ha davvero TUTTO: lavatrice, pentole, phon.

• depagne (7/5): Top ! Température idéale, très bien située. - La piscine un vrai plus, très grande, peu de monde, juste un peu froide mais on s’y habitue. La proximité avec les plages, les commerces, les restaurants/ bar. Le rapport qualité/ prix, le balcon était appréciable. L’appartement n’était pas très propres, il n’y avait ni liquide vaisselle, ni savon, ni papier cuisson… et la vaisselle était souvent sale. Les oreillers n’étaient pas très confortables.

• Briege (6/5): Apartment was reasonable. Host was very unpleasant to deal with - Good location Apartment was OK. Host was very rude. Our flight was delayed and we were 15 minutes late due to poor directions from the host. The host was very grumpy and insisted that we paid a late check in fee. When we were leaving the apartment, we had to remind the host that we were checking out and required our deposit. We had to wait 30 minutes. Once again he was rude and unpleasant.

• Biser (8/5): A very nice vacation! - I liked the apartment! The location is very good! Everything is within walking distance! Beaches - Playa del Camisón, Playa de Las Vistas and Playas de Troya! Restaurants, promenades, as well as neighboring Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje! Very comfortable bed! My wife's pillow fit, and mine was smaller than the sofa! I have no complaints about the kitchen (equipment), the terrace, the bedroom and the cleanliness - miss Neomi! The space under the TV could be used more practically! Put a chest of drawers or another multifunctional cabinet! The door to the terrace should be sealed, because it always slams in the wind! The locking mechanism should be more secure, as should the one on the front door! Shelves for toiletries could be hung in the shower stall in the bathroom! And if possible, the management should fix the sewage system itself, because there is an unpleasant odor from time to time! Also, the water in the shower stall should drain normally, and not have to wait! Otherwise, it will drain into the bathroom! I know it's not easy, but these are constructive suggestions for greater comfort!
• Michaela (8/5): Very good - The apartment has wonderful locations it was close to see, shops, restaurants, bars etc. But the building is really old, it ruins the whole aesthetics. Also I would recommend to clean it more properly. The sink smelled really bad, there was dirt in corners, the towels also smelled and some of dishes were dirty.

• Moira (7/5): Good apartment,great location, but the apartment block needs a lot of work. - The apartment is small but clean, newly renovated and comfortable, has a good size balcony and sea view, good location. Very nice. But the complex itself is very run down, it looks derelict in parts I don't think any maintenance is done on the apartment block, there is a large pool but only a couple sun beds no umbrellas and what used to be a common area all taped off you couldn't enjoy being by the pool, the apartment block is very derelict in parts, although inside the apartment is perfect, the grounds are full of pot holes, I will add a few pics,

The host responded to all questions promptly and checked in on me during my trip. It was in a great location, close to restaurants, a supermarket and within walking distance of two beaches. • Igor (10/5): Wonderful apartment with everything you need! - The hostess was very kind and answered all additional questions very quickly. Also special thanks to Noemi, who described in detail how to find the apartment and keys, and also prepared the apartment for us. The apartment is newly renovated, everything is new inside, here you will find everything you need: a kettle, a coffee machine, an iron with an ironing board, a hair dryer, a stove, dishes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster a TV and free fast wi-fi. Beautiful view from the balcony. The beach is only 10 minutes walk away, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, also the 40th bus from the airport stops 5 minutes walk away. Thank you! We arrived at a time when a very strong wind blew for 3-4 days and the windows sang beautiful melodies all night long, this is easy to fix and we told the owner about it. Also, somewhere nearby there was a disco for several nights until 5 am and even with the windows closed you could hear it well, but this is not the apartment's problem... there are notices everywhere in the building that parties are prohibited in the building and it should be quiet after 10 pm.
• Vladimir (10/5): Excellent fresh apartment in a great location. - A clean freshly renovated apartment, fully equiped (washing machine, iron, kitchenware, etc), fast WiFi. A spatious balcony with an outdoor table and seats, a great view with palms and ocean at a distance. A great location with a couple of supermarkets and an abundance of restaurants and pubs within less than 300 m. The beach is within 700 m. The host is friendly and always online for advice and any practical question. Quite frankly, I could not wish anything better within this price tag. Nothing really.

• Razvan (10/5): Loved my stay in this flat. Felt like home. - I loved how open the flat looks like. The sofa can be expanded, we were 3 people and it was great. Now, the mattress is not top notch I suppose, but it was great as it was. All things were new. Washing machine, dishwasher, tv, any other facilities at our disposal. The staff was great, super friendly with us and also it was great to have a file with recommendations from the host. Oh, flat looks like photos, there’s no scam. If returning to Tenerife I’ll definitely look for this flat again! There’s not much I didn’t like, I can say one day I wanted to sleep for longer and I heard some music (I think there was an event at the nearby hotel’s pool. Nevertheless, not related to the flat per se, the flat was great.
