Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Martín (10/5): - El lugar está impecable, y muy cómodo. Cerca de todo. El hecho de no tener que esperar a nadie para recibirte ni esperar para entregar el dpto es muy útil.
- Mohsen (1/5): إقامة سيئة بسب ادارة غير ملتزمه - لا يوجد الشقة كانت مليئة بالبعوض و المشكلة الأكبر شاتر شباك غرفة النوم معطل و اصبحت الغرفة مكشوفة ولا يوجد أى خصوصية في المساء و بالنهار ضوء الشمس يزعج النائم منذ الصباح الباكر ، و ابلغت المسئول اكثر من مرة للإصلاح دون جدوى وكل يوم تبرير مستفز حتى مرت 7 ايام الإقامة مع ذلك الوضع المزعج ، ادارة غير مسؤولة و غير امينة 😡😡😡😡😡

- Natalia (7/5): Good - The apartment has 2 bedrooms with conditioner in each and 2 bathrooms. It's 20 minutes from Milano Centrale by foot. There was washing machine. The staff is friendly, the guy in the building is very helpful. Only one key isn't enough. No olive oil, no sugar, no washing powder. The coffee maker doesn't work on the stove.
