Una calle tranquila al principio de copacabana, a 3 cuadras de la playa, el edificio tiene portería, el dueño fue siempre comunicativo y resolutivo incluso cuando hubo un problema de gas en el departamento, hay ascensor, el wifi funciona bien y es rapido. El edificio es antiguo, y tiene un mal olor a cloacas todo el tiempo, hay que invertir en desodorante de ambiente y cerrar las ventanas internas. la cama merece una renovación, igualmente el sofa y la mesa de comer, mejorar la limpieza, el deja entrar visitas aunque es algo que queda un poco ambiguo dentro de las reglas, el dueño me estuvo cobrando la electricidad despues de mi estadia, siendo que no salía dentro del anuncio. Luego despues dijo que me falto pagar la garantia reembolsable Nunca me lo mencionó al principio, y creo que no es legal. ( como me va a devolver la garantía si soy extranjero y ya salí de su hospedaje).

• Petr (1/5): This apartment in Copacabana was a complete disappointment, with misleading photos, poor cleanliness - The only positive aspect of this apartment is its location—just a short walk from Copacabana Beach. However, that alone does not compensate for the many issues we encountered. Our stay at this apartment in Copacabana was an absolute disappointment. From the moment we walked in, we realized that the pictures used in the listing were completely misleading. While the apartment appears modern, clean, and well-maintained in the photos, the reality was far from it. First of all, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival, with visible dust and dirt in various areas. The bathroom was especially problematic – the drain was clogged, causing water to pool on the floor. Additionally, the toilet was unstable; every time you sat down, it felt like it might tip over, which was extremely uncomfortable and concerning. Another major issue was the air conditioning. The only AC unit was located in the bedroom, leaving the rest of the apartment unbearably hot. To make matters worse, the AC was incredibly loud, making it difficult to sleep peacefully at night. Given the tropical climate of Rio de Janeiro, this was a serious problem. As for the price, we paid 6,400 BRL for four nights for two guests, which is completely unjustified given the poor quality of the apartment. This place is a clear example of tourist exploitation—charging premium prices for a subpar experience. It is nowhere near worth the money we spent. In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking this apartment. It is misleadingly advertised, poorly maintained, and ridiculously overpriced. Avoid this place unless major renovations are made.
