• Lucia (7/5): Escapada a Madrid - La ubicación estaba genial, muchas cafeterías cerca para poder desayunar. Tenía humedades algunas zonas del apartamento, pero para un fin de semana no está nada mal

Moho,azulejos en ducha sueltos en cualquier momento pueden caer y cortar a quien se este duchando es un peligro, enchufes sueltos, el aire acondicionado de la cocina tira agua a chorros por la pared, está en un patio con obras,no entra la luz, la entrada fue desastrosa tuvimos que llamar al anfitrión tres o cuatro veces por qué no podíamos acceder a las llaves ya que el código del candado no funciona bien y el código solo funciona los números del centro. Muy mala experiencia nunca más volveríamos. No lo recomiendo, de hecho vamos a poner una denuncia por la insalubridad y peligro. Nada que ver con las fotos. Todo
• Boris (1/5): Bad - I was embarrassed to bring my gf there… moldy place, gipsy neighbourhood but in a good location, not clean, no natural light, value for money very bad, would be ok for a 15-20 euro a night… dont bring girls…

• Luis (4/5): Great location - Really good location. Nice bathroom and kitchen Bed really uncomfortable. Cover and cushions horrible. Also had broken glass on floor when we arrived very small which I stood on and got stick in my foot.

Even though it seems renovated, it is damp and dark. - Location, center, the biggest attractions can be reached on foot, close to metro station "anton martin". Newly equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Apartment without access to natural light. There's a mess outside. Apartment on the ground floor, damp, visible mold (even though renovated), several cockroaches.
• Melissa (7/5): Not quite what we expected - Nice inside, close to central activities, modern and clean. I wasn’t aware there would be no natural light and just outside the door of the apartment is a huge mess.

• Dmitry (9/5): I liked the place and would stay there again - Communication with the proprietor was easy, I received all necessary instructions prior to arrival. It was easy to find the place. The location is convenient as it is close to several metro stations and groceries. The place is quite. The indoor temperature was adequate. Ground floor, so if you have large suitcases, no need to trudge upstairs. Nothing in particular in my case.
