• Alisa (10/5): Fabulous stay - only wish it was longer. - The location right in the heart of so many restaurants was fantastic. The apartment was super large and the kitchen was fitted out with all you could want and more. The host, who was great to communicate with, even stocked the fridge with some handy supplies. We stayed in many places across Europe and this was one of the best! Thank you Teo! Absolutely nothing!

• Cesare (8/5): Atene bohemienne - Appartamento davvero strano, a partire dal quartiere, molto bohemienne. Arredamento improbabile, però quello che serviva c'era ed era abbastanza spazioso. Giusto il bagno potevano farlo più grande visto che lo spazio ci sarebbe. Gentile il proprietario a lasciare il frigo pieno di cose per la colazione. Nonostante in strada ci siano schiamazzi fino a notte tarda, in realtà non ci hanno dato fastidio con le finestre chiuse. D'estate forse è più problematico. Il biliardino in soggiorno è sicuramente un plus. Però con quello spazio ci poteva fare un bel bagno comodo invece di quello minuscolo... Quartiere molto bohemienne. Girare con le valigie su quei marciapiedi sconnessi e microscopici è stata una impresa. Anche il palazzo è tenuto male, come tutti quelli della zona. L'ascensore non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di usarlo. Strano dover pagare tutto anticipato in contanti.
• Κερυ (10/5): - Ευγενικοτατος ο οικοδεσπότης, καλώς ή κακώς ένας καλός οικοδεσπότης σε κάνει να παραβλέψεις κάποια τυχόν έλλειψη κι ένας κακός οικοδεσπότης μπορεί να σού χαλάσει όλη την διαμονή ακόμα και σε άψογο διαμέρισμα. Μου άρεσε που μας είχε γάλα και κακάο και κάποια προϊόντα πρωινού, εκτός από τα κλασσικά καφέ και τσάι. Άνετο το σπίτι, θα έμενα και περισσότερες μέρες πιθανώς. Ο φωτισμός λίγο μέτριος για τα δικά μου όμως δεδομένα. Το πλυντήριο δεν είμαι σιγουρη αν δούλευε. Πάντως με δυσκόλεψε καθότι παλιό και εγκατέλειψα την προσπάθεια. Κατά τα άλλα όμως θα το ξαναεπιλεξω αν χρειαστεί, μας βόλεψε πολύ.
• Charly (10/5): - Appartement très bien situé en bas du quartier vivant d'Exarchia, à deux pas d'excellents restaurants, proche du métro et même du centre historique à pied. Idéal pour un séjour à Athènes. Très confortable, très bien aménagé, la terrasse est très agréable. Le propriétaire est en plus très sympathique, accueillant et disponible.

• Μαρία (8/5): - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο στα Εξάρχεια, κοντά σε μεγάλη ποικιλία καταστημάτων και πάρκινγκ. Είναι άνετο, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει τέσσερα άτομα με ευκολία, κουζίνα ξεχωριστή με αρκετές παροχές, μεγάλο μπάνιο, καθιστικό - τραπεζαρία μεγάλο δωμάτιο και φωτεινό. Όμορφη βεράντα με φυτά και τέντες. Οι φωτογραφίες στην ιστοσελίδα είναι αντιπροσωπευτικές. Ο ιδιοκτήτης φρόντισε να υπάρχουν στο ψυγείο για όλες τις ημέρες που μείναμε αρκετά πράγματα για πρωινό και υπήρχαν πολλά ροφήματα. Εύκολη πρόσβαση και αναλυτικές οδηγίες. Το συνιστούμε.
• Jessica (9/5): - Die Lage ist grandios! 10min. vom Syntagma-Platz (Zentrum) entfernt. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein super leckeres und günstiges Restaurant. Locale Bars um die Ecke. Das Apartment ist sehr gross und der gefüllte Kühlschrank war top! Teo ist super freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe lief via Schlüsselbox super unkompliziert. Gerne wieder :)
• InmCM (10/5): - Theodoros fue muy amable y atento. El apartamento es excepcional. Estancias amplias, cama cómoda y muy limpio todo. Muy buen detalle dejarnos comida y café para desayunar. Encontramos aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Es gratis aparcar en la calle. La ubicación es muy buena. A unos 15' andando del centro y 30' de la acrópolis. El barrio mola mucho. Hay muy buen ambiente. Esta lleno de cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas. Por la noche se escucha ruido hasta la 1 más o menos.

To have food and drink after a long journey makes you feel respected and valued. The cleanliness, the space, the amenities...all contributed to a memorable stay. A bit noisy in the evenings till late at night but this was expected. There is a great taverna that the locals enjoy just across the street, so there were families and groups enjoying themselves

• Christian (8/5): - Bell'appartamento come da foto. Vicino al centro di Atene, in un quartiere che alla sera si anima. Molto disponibile il proprietario che ci ha permesso di fare il check-in presto la mattina. Il quartiere in cui si trova è vicino al centro ma di certo non è un quartiere tenuto benissimo in termini di pulizia e ordine. Ma un po' tutta Atene sfortunatamente è così.
• Alan (10/5): Great Location for a city break. The city has a great atmosphere - We stayed at this fantastic 2 bed apartment. It was approx a 30 min taxi ride there. The owner meet us and showed us around the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too, and the rooms plenty big.The basics, water, milk, tea, coffee, cereal, were stocked in the kitchen, which was greatly appreciated! Plenty of hot water in the decent over-bath shower. Has air-con which was definitely necessary. The area itself is on a hill, approx 30 min walk to the centre of Athens. There are lots of cafes, shops , bakeries and restaurants in the area. Walking to the centre, there is a lot of graffiti on the walls but it just added to the character of the place, which is an area of "resistance". The riot squad were visible on some streets in the evenings, but it felt really safe walking around at night. There was a great restaurant around the corner, called Rozalia, highly recommended if you arrive hungry. Great location for a city break

Breakfast is a great option, there was milk, croissants, bread and some other basic ingredients (there was no fruits or vegetables, but there are shops nearby so it was okay). Location was okay, close to the most important places. Contact with the owner was very good, he helped with any issue and answered all my questions. :)

• William (8/5): A convenient stay in Athens - The host is very kind and helping, the apartment is very big and well equipped. The street downstairs can be loud and not so clean. Although there are some very good restaurants nearby
• David (8/5): Fantastic Host! - The host met us at the door. He even called us to make sure everything was okay on the way. On arrival he showed us around the apartment and he had absolutely stocked the fridge. There was too much for us to eat and drink!

Only one lift nd 2 people can accomodate. 2.one bedroom no AC and the fan was there which was very slow nd it was difficult to rest. 3.Breakfast needs to be prepare by us everyday. Breakfast items provided by - Property was nice from inside with a big sitting area and kitchen with all the facilities The lift to the apartment on 3rd floor was very small and flimsy, it used to go down with a jerk every time. There was no air conditioner in one room out of the two therefore we had to sleep in the living room.Location was not very lively and was more inside. Owner asked for cash which caused some in convenience.Difficult to get cabs to roam around in the city.

Lot of youngs people, exceiting abiance in the streets ! The apartement is very nice for us ( 4 people within 2 teens ) . The babyfoit was very nice too ! • Lisa (9/5): Spacious, clean and comfortable in a vibrant location. - The apartment is located in an interesting area of Athens, which surprised us initially. We grew to really appreciate Exarchia’s vibrancy and artistic, united community. There’s a market a few doors down and excellent gyros and souvlakia across the road. Finally, a comfortable bed after all our travels. Fusbal table was fun, tv with Netflix, great place to unwind and relax after sightseeing. It’s a very safe apartment and Teo, your host, has thought of everything you might need. Just a note that riot police patrol this neighbourhood, so I guess you’re in a pretty safe location 😁 They are stationed at the cafe at the end of the street so don’t be alarmed.

• Katherine (10/5): It was a perfect home for our Athens visit. - It was very well appointed, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and Teo had left cheese, ham, milk, juice and baked goods to make it easy to start a day. He was also very responsive to our questions. My only wish would be that it was located a little closer to the city center. (It was about 1 km from the nearest metro stop). Small point, as it is a walking city and close to the fabulous archaeological museum.

• John (10/5): Perfect apartment in the heart of Athens - If you are looking for an apartment in the downtown in Athens then this is it. Walking distance to eg Akropolis. Lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood. Parking garage (2) about 100m away and are not expensive. We parked our car on the street opposite of the apartment for 2 night without any problems. Apartment is fully equipped. Perfect at least for 4 persons. This is not a complaint. Apartment is equipped with a table soccer. One player was loose in the main rod (screw missing) and I lost all games against my kids because having one player less:)

Very roomy and comfy. Matches the pictures very well. Kitchen was very fresh and good and the host was nice to leave a lot of stuff for us upon arriving. I would have liked better description of where it was because it was hard to find when we arrives there. The neighborhood it is in looked pretty rough, but it was no problem at all. So that’s just a heads up.

At first glance the neighborhood looks rough because it is covered in graffiti but it is safe and has bars and restaurants not overrun by tourists. The graffiti is because it is a self proclaimed "anarchist" hangout. The apartment itself is large and comfortable. Highly recommended

Many local restaurants within walking distance. Great stay overall. It was hard to unlock the lock box where the key was because the key to the apartment was too large and got stuck in the lock box. It took a while to learn how to open the box.

• Reanna (9/5): Good size, spacious, and the host was hospitable with breakfast and goodies + 25 min walk to center - The host met us at the door to give us the keys and explain the home. There was breakfast with fruits, bread, and more. The apartment had an elevator for luggage. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. Remember, that you have to pay in cash so have that ready. The water situation was a bit odd as you had to heat up the water manually with electricity and turn the electricity off before use. 25 min walk from Plaka and the main center.

• Marko (9/5): Excellent appartment with an excellent value for money with a couple of mediocre points - Spacious, clean, good value for what we got Breakfast supplies ready in the kitchen, fully functioning one as well Kind and understanding owner Therase and the living room are connected, so even if it's narrow and not capable of supporting more than 2 people outside, others can easily be close to it from the living room with an open window, ideal for a morning coffee :) Fusbal :) Wifi is atrociously bad, impossible to use it for anything other than sending a viber message (God forbid you use it for sending pictures) The TV has netflix for a rainy day (like we got unlucky), but the internet is not capable of buffering anything on TV, not even 360p... The whole place is a bit chilly, it gets marginally better in the bedrooms with one heating unit and the other one having an air conditioner that can heat it up (you do get multiple layers of sheets though, which is more than enough so nobody got a cold ) The airconditioner in the living room is not even nearly enough The boiler is supposed to be turned on 15 minutes via apartment electric switch, however, that is not consistent (sometimes 30 min was not enough, sometimes it was), maybe we did something wrong but I doubt it, the owner should consider upgrading the switches.
