• Virginia (4/5): Pesima atencion de servicio - NO hubo desayuno, ni respuesta de parte de booking, solo un intercambio interminable de mails sin respuesta satisfactoria Si bien el lugar esta muy bien armado, nuestra estadia fue horrorosa, tenia dos ventiladores, el cual uno no andaba, intercambiamos mas de 20 mensajes con Booking, haciendome preguntas irrelevantes, prometiendo resolverlo urgente y nunca lo hicieron. Realmente el lugar se volvio inhabiltable. Tambien en multiples ocasiones les avisamos que la cerredura electronica no funcionaba bien, con baja bateria, con la angustia de salir y no saber si podriamos volver a enviar. Se dio el mismo intercambio y nunca vinieron a solucionarlo. Al dia siguiente a las 10 am vino gente de limpieza, y nos instaba a desalojar el lugar indicandonos que figuraba nuestra salida, le mostramos nuestra reserva que faltaba un dia, sin embargo estuvimos en esa tension mas de 30 minutos. El servicio de booking luego del pago fue nefasto. Nunca mas contratare a traves de esa app

• Viktoriia (9/5): Чистая уютная квартира в которую бы мы с радостью вернулись - Не солнечная сторона, без кондиционера было комфортно дома. Отсутствие плесени. Наличие стиральной машины, гладильной доски, утюга и др техники, достаточная квадратура Отсутствие столовых приборов для приготовления еды. К нам внезапно пришел уборщик, думая что наше размещение закончилось, открыл замок кодом, а мы с мужем были в нижнем белье

• Martin (8/5): Recomendable - Buena ubicación, cerca del subte, es barrio Ñuñoa no Italia. El apartamento es muy cómodo y la vista es hermosa.
• Katie (8/5): - Great location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops and the area felt very safe (for context, I am a woman and was travelling solo). The place was modern, in a secure building & had a washing machine and good facilities. Late check in time & no luggage storage. They then delayed my check in until 5pm due to cleaning not being finished, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Check in was a bit confusing as you check in via the building’s concierge, but the staff were lovely and helpful (they don’t speak any english so it was tricky but we managed!)
• Cristian (1/5): - La vista Es una empresa que se dedica arrendar sitios dejando de lado las necesidades básicas de los huéspedes, estaba todo sucio, incluida la loza, era desagradable, no nos dejaron toallas, solicitamos el primer día y nos dijieron que nos darían toallas esperamos cuatro días, y cada día nos decían que estaban con alta demanda, estábamos con nuestro hijo de 4 meses, la cama estaba deforme y sábanas con pelos.
• Kimberly (9/5): Superb - Amazing location! Clean, comfortable, safe apartment just steps from the amazing food and shopping of Barrio Italia. Public transport is half a block away. The apartment is hot!! There is no AC, and the apartment is hot!
