• Delon (9/5): Séjour agréable et au calme - Check-in facile et agréable, j'ai pu régler avec une carte VISA. L'établissement se trouve à 5minutes à pied du métro Yannan qui permet de rejoindre facilement les principaux points d'intérêts de Shenzhen et les checkpoints vers Hong Kong. Il n'a pas était simple de repérer l'immeuble car il ne donne pas directement sur la rue principale mais est situé sur une place et en deuxième position, L'appartement duplex en étage élevé était propre et spacieuse, elle est équipée d'une machine à laver et d'un réfrigérateur, la climatisation fonctionne bien. Il y'a même un ascenseur qui permet de rejoindre directement les étages élevés! Il y'a de nombreux petits restaurants au pied dans du quartier et un magasin ouvert h24 au pied de l'immeuble. Malgré la présence d'une cuisine dans l'appartement, il n'y a malheureusement aucun ustensile de cuisine. Il manque également du mobilier de rangement pour les occupants d'un des lits de l'appartement.

Номер оооочень маленький! Просто негде развернуться. Туалет и душ просто малюсенький. После душа вода везде! Когда смываешь воду в унитазе, вода выходит из стока в душе. Короче это ужасно.

All the facilities are beautifully arranged. The room is very clean and I felt at ease during my stay. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It has quite a few amenities for a short term stay like washer, stove and dishwasher but missing pots and a microwave oddly. The place is not quite as luxuriously furnished as the pictures look.

On entend tous les voisins, j’ai eu 2 nuits des voisins très bruyant qui avait un enfant d’une dizaine années qui hurlait dans sont appartements et le couloir jusqu'à 1h du matin. Il y a une machine à laver (tout en chinois) mais rien pour étendre le linge. La TV est tout en chinois, impossible de voir Netflix avec mon compte ( la télécommande est en chinois aussi). Le logement est plus petit qu’il ne paraît sur les photos.

• Nikolai (9/5): Отличный вариант - Отличное расположение. Рядом много ТЦ, кафе и ресторанов. Есть стиральная машина с сушкой. Читая другие отзывы думал что будет грязно, но все было нормально, чисто, без какого либо чувства брезгливости. Не могу сказать что прям не понравилось, но немного тесновато. Небольшой запах кондиционера на втором этаже.

Good facilities with washing machine and plenty of shower gel/shampoo etc. Apartment cleaned everyday which was great, AC was powerful. Comfy and good place to stay. Plenty of metro stations around the area to get to wherever you want. Great shop downstairs with everything you need. We requested extra pillows which were in our room the next day, this made the sleep much better as the single pillows we had were quite flat. It would be great to have a locked luggage room rather than leaving them in the waiting area close to the street, even though I'm sure it's safe.

The room is suited for 4 person and the beds are comfy. The room was fully equipped with everything from toiletries, washing machine, detergent, laundry rack, aircond/heater, air purifier and the staff is always very generous with providing us drinking water. Thanks to her, we stayed hydrated all the time. The staff were very friendly too. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with our stay. The location is a bit hard to find for some taxi drivers but that's not a big problem. As long as you saved the address provided in the map, you'll be sure to get back to the apartment.
• Karansingh53 (2/5): 2 Star Experience - Only Cleaning service everyday and was really good. I booked Non smoking room, When I entered the room it smell very bad as of previous smoking. I asked the hotel staff to change the room but they said its all fully booked. The actual address is different from what on booking.com, There is no microwave in the room, If you want to use the microwave you need to go to reception to use it. There Air conditioner doesn't work properly because their filters are clogged/choked.

• Romel (10/5): First time in Shenzhen - The cleaner came everyday and freshened everything. Gave us fresh towels, toothbrushes, New slippers, bottled water. The staff at reception were very helpful even with the language barrier. The guy at the front desk even help me paid for the taxi fare upon arrival because my Alipay wouldn't work when we first got there. Really amazing people... No microwave in the room. Not a deal breaker as There were tons of eating places just outside. Hopefully they can add one for future guests.

And the convenient store as well makes life easier. Halal eatery just a 5-7 mins walk away! And rooms were cleaned daily by housekeeping! Booked for a sofa bed (and paid for it) but the sofa was a normal one. SO make sure do not book that option with a sofa bed. Requested for xtra pillows and beddings and got them.

• Q (7/5): Good - The apartment is nicely located, <10min walk to "Science Museum" metro station of Line 1. Many sightseeing spots are reachable with the said line. We got offered an upgrade of room to a higher floor (15th floor instead of 5th floor) with 30 RMB/night. The room has strong smell of cigarette smoke. Soundproof was non-existing - at night we could hear clearly people walking in the hallway and neighbors pulling chairs. There were stains on the ceiling as well as traces on the floor, suggesting it was flooded once and never got repaired.
