• Christian (8/5): - Nice and spacious flat in good in good condition. Good location for my purpose. Kithcen was in perfect condition with large fridge/freezer, oven, cooking zone, micorwave. Central heating was not active. Mobile electrical heaters were provided so in the end it was not a problem, but a bit cumbersome. Ktichenware of limited quality as is usual in rental places (pans could be relaced).
• Jason Tien Eng (9/5): It is a very nice large 2 bedrooms apartment. We stay 5 nights comfortably. - Modern spacious clean apartment. Highly recommended! The neighbourhood is very safe and we watch live Real Madrid football match on TV at the nearby restaurant (1 min walk) together with the locals. We are Asian and the locals are very warm to welcome us. The bed.

• Cristian (9/5): Foarte bine. - Ne-a placut cazarea, aproape de statia de tren C1 cu care mergeam in oras si la aeroport. A fost curat, livingul este mare, baia are produse de igiena.Recomand A fost destul de rece in apartament, cand am ajuns....apoi am pus caloriferele in functiune si a fost ok. O incalzire centralizata sau cu aer conditionat ar fi mai ok. Patul matrimonial se misca si ar trebui stabilizat.

• Adrián (5/5): Bonito pero te calientas con radiadores electricos - Limpieza y ubicacion Ten la página lo venden con aerotermia y efectivamente la instalación estaba hecha pero no funciona, de hecho los termostatos no tenían ni pilas. Cuando llegamos el piso estaba muy frío, nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario y nos dijo que con los tres radiadores eléctricos q había en la casa era suficiente.. Ese día pasamos mucho frío. Al cabo de dos días mejoró algo. Creo q la aerotermia no ha funcionado nunca porque en el trastero tenían ventiladores. Es una pena porque necesitamos volver a Madrid y en otro caso hubiésemos repetido, así no.

• Marcel (8/5): We hebben het erg fijn gehad. - De ruimte en 2 badkamers Het was erg koud bij aankomst en we konden de verwarming niet aankrijgen. Gelukkig heeft de host ons hiermee geholpen. We moesten een aantal losse CV’s aanzetten die in een kast stonden.

• PMAssreuy (8/5): Great apartment in Sanchinarro - Location is great, very close to public transport. Bathrooms are really good, as well as all the settings. Spotless clean! There are a few things missing that would make the stay better. Towel hangers at the bathroom for instance. The apartment was freezing cold and it took us a while to realise there were heaters stowed inside a wardrobe. It's important to point out that even though the listing mentions free parking, there's no dedicated parking place. It's a public parking, so we had to circle a bit to find a spot every time.
• Aurélie (9/5): Très bon séjour - Appartement moderne et grand les 2 salles de bain la propreté tous les produits laissés tels que sel, poivre, sucre, gel douche, shampooing, coton, démaquillant, papier toilette, éponge neuve, liquide vaisselle la proximité du métro et des commerces 2 min à pied le calme du quartier et dans le logement le lit de la chambre parentale bancal et qui fait du bruit dès qu'on se tourne. Il est également un peu dur le manque de crochets pour suspendre les serviettes dans les salles de bain le manque de lumières de chevets dans la chambre avec les 2 lits

• Tom (9/5): Perfekte Wohnung für einen Ausflug nach Madrid. Zentrum ist 30 Minuten per U-Bahn entfernt. - Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohn- und Geschäftsviertel. Es standen ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Der Wohnblock verfügt über einen Supermarkt und die nächsten U-Bahnstationen waren wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zugang zur Wohnung war unkompliziert über PIN Pad oder digitale Schlüsselkarte. Es war relativ warm in der Wohnung und die beiden Ventilatoren haben keine wirkliche Kühlung gebracht. Ein kleines Klimagerät wäre schon hilfreich gewesen.

Encontrar la puerta, que no nos dimos cuenta que al ser un bajo se negaba por el portal donde se ubica el número.

• Elīna (6/5): If we could sleep at night and not have the occasional electricity problem,this would be a great pla - Good location, lots of places to eat and shop around. The only plus and advantage of this apartment, why I only took it, was the two bathrooms. Terrible is big bed, creaks with every movement. If you sleep restlessly it slides to the light switches, and as you turning from other side to other, the light turns on in the middle of the night. We practically didn't sleep well all week. The apartment was very cold when we arrived. None of the radiators were working at the time. There was no kettle to boil water.
• Arkadip (10/5): Amazing stay, value for money in a lovely peaceful neighbourhood. 5 minutes walk from the metro station - The enormous property was enough to host us in peace and comfort. The heating systems were a bit insufficient considering the size of the property.

• Jerome.harmand.7 (10/5): Our stay was simply great! - You have evrything on place. The parking is easy. Our host, Claudia was very kind with us and always available for ny question. The metro is just 100m by walk. N/A
• William (8/5): Check-in was very easy. Location was good, easy to get around. Overall great. - Check in was very easy and flexible. There was no kettle to heat water, and some utensils were missing (only 3 small spoons for example)
• Daniel (10/5): Really nice place to stay in Madrid! - Great location in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to the subway. The house was very clean and it was warm inside with the heaters provided. Everything you need is provided! You have to be very careful because the only way to get inside is with an app that will open the door for you or with a code so make sure you don’t forget the code or always bring the phone with you with enough battery when you leave the house.
• Erol (5/5): The heating is not working - The heating in the apartment was non-functional, requiring us to rely on a single radiator. However, using more than one radiator resulted in frequent fuse tripping. When I brought up this concern with the owner, the advice provided was to avoid using more than one radiator. Furthermore, the hot water supply was insufficient; after taking two showers, we had to endure a one-hour wait for the water to heat up again.
