• Elena (8/5): - Gut ausgestattetes Appartement in zentraler Lage und mit schöner Terrasse. Die Bekanntgabe des Türcodes erfolgt am Anreisetag erst um 16 Uhr. Will man sein Gepäck in der Unterkunft abstellen, muss man dafür pro Gepäckstück 7 Euro bezahlen. Dasselbe gilt am Abreisetag nach 11 Uhr. Eine Leistung, die ich in anderen Unterkünften in der Regel kostenfrei in Anspruch nehmen konnte. Das Appartment war sehr hellhörig. Es liegt im oberen Stock mit einem Fenster in Richtung eines schmalen Schachtes. Bewohner anderer Appartements darunter haben sich bei geöffnetem Fenster laut unterhalten und ferngesehen bis weit nach Mitternacht, sodass an Schlaf ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht zu denken gewesen ist.

• Rongopai (9/5): Nice - Good central location. You have to walk up three flights of stairs but the stairwell is beautiful and spotless. There's a rooftop terrace that gets morning sun. Not much natural light in the room itself.
• TE (10/5): Absolute heaven in Old Town Alicante - Everything... the location was amazing, right in the middle of everything, eating and drinking places literally on the doorstep... 5 minutes to the beach. As soon as you opened the door to the main building the smell was amazing, like a soft vanilla, it was like sleeping into a boutique hotel, the decor is stunning. Our room was so cute, with everything you could need, clean and perfect. We were between the 3/4 floor in La Huere Blue...so we could see the rooftop terrace from our door, and WOW... so pretty and clean with plenty of seating. You can tell so much thought and love has gone into the design of the rooms and building. I met both of the owners and they were just lovely, they assisted with looking after our luggage after we checked out. Just a beautiful place to stay and I would visit Alicante and stay here again in a heartbeat. The only thing was the door opening system, you do need WiFi which absolutely wasn't a problem for us and once we got used to it it was absolutely fine, but just to advise incase people don't read the instructions properly. However that was a minor issue compared to how stunning these apartments are.
• Balz (10/5): - Das Studio hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist in der Nähe von sehr vielen Kaffees und Restaurants. Es ist perfekt für 2 Personen ausgestattet und die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und haben uns direkt Hilfe besorgt als wir ein Problem hatten. Auch das Putzpersonal war sehr sehr freundlich und immer bereit um zu helfen.

• Beata Bielsko-Biała (10/5): - Wygodnie i dobrze wyposażony apartament w samym historycznym centrum Alicante. W zasięgu kilku kroków restauracje i kawiarnie. Do morza i promenady spacerowej ok 400 metrów. Pomimo tego okolica była cicha podczas naszego grudniowego pobytu. W apartamencie jest czysto, łóżko jest wygodne. Możliwość skorzystania z tarasu na dachu budynku. Niestety czasem z kanalizacji w łazience było czuć niemiły zapach.

• sylvie (10/5): Studio idéal pour découvrir le plus beau d'Alicante en quelques jours !!! - Studio très design, très fonctionnel et VRAIMENT idéalement situé à Alicante !!! Idéal en couple. La literie est confortable, la douche super, les équipements sont de qualité, le coin cuisine bien pensé. Mention spéciale à la terrasse sur le toit que nous avons fortement appréciée et à Nicolas, notre hôte, qui s'est montré très sympa et très réactif pour répondre à nos petites questions ! Merci encore ! Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur, ni de machine à laver.
• Iana (10/5): A well-equipped and cozy studio in a perfect location, ideal for exploring Alicante and enjoying a seaside holiday. - + Excellent location – in the heart of the historic center, close to the beach, and within walking distance to the castle for beautiful sunrises and sunsets + Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom – everything you need for cooking and daily comfort, all clean and tidy. + Convenient place for cooking – cos Mercado is not far for fresh seafood and local products + Cozy atmosphere – perfect for a one-week seaside holiday + Amazing shared rooftop terrace – great for morning yoga and sunrises + Responsive host – polite, respectful and quick to reply to questions and requests + Wi-fi worked well - In August, street noise can be heard occasionally, even with windows facing the narrow inner courtyard. I would say that sometimes loud tourists in the city center at night – hard to avoid in such areas - Our windows faced a narrow inner courtyard, just a couple of meters from the opposite wall, so there was no view (but less noise) And not related to the apartment, but could be a helpful info: the city beach in August is often crowded, and the water isn’t as clean. Fortunately, the nearby tram makes it easy to reach quieter other beaches. Also we rented car to go to Villajoyosa, Calp, Moraira, etc.
• Daniel (10/5): Alicante Studio with Rooftop Terrace. - A wonderful little studio apartment located in the heart of the Alicante 'Old Town' with the beach just a short walk away. As a couple this was perfect for our needs. The whole neighbourhood was bustling with local restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. We were also surrounded by beautiful historic buildings which we enjoyed thoroughly from the rooftop terrace. Our host Nicolas was very welcoming and always at hand had we needed. N/A
• Ivánné Szabadkai (10/5): Fantasztikus. - A tengerparti sétány illetve a strand és a városközpont rendkívüli közelsége. Nagyon,kedves, problémamegoldó a tulajdonos Nicolas.Könnyen elérhető a repülőtér,taxival akár tömegközlekedéssel.Csak ajánlani tudjuk. Nincs olyan.

• Linda (7/5): An ok stay - The apartment is in a great location The apartment was very small compared to the advertising photographs where the bed is up and the sofa in place. We were between the 3rd and 4th floors, no lift and the stairs a challenge especially on arrival and leaving while carrying our gear. The only window to our studio faced an ugly brick wall. The air conditioner was temperamental when turning on and off and adjusting.
• Tony (9/5): Well equipped studio in an excellent location. - Central location. The studio had everything we needed, was comfortable and had a lovely roof top area which was great for breakfast and relaxin* in the evening. The studio was quite a way up in the building.
• Louise (9/5): An excellent stay - A perfect stay in a great, well equipped studio apartment with an excellent location in the old town. Lovely terrace. Nothing was too much trouble for the host. Always prompt to reply. Arranged a late checkout and somewhere to store our bags for our later flight.

The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace, which offered a great place to relax. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

• Bárbara (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable space. The stairs were cleaned daily. If we needed anything, the owner Nicolas would quickly respond. Impeccable service. The kitchenette had everything we needed for the two of us, making it easy to make meals in the apartment whenever we wanted. The keys are not physical, we are given a link to open the door to the apartment and to the door, and it was much more practical than having a physical key. As it is a new accommodation, we had some concerns, but we saw that despite having few reviews, it is only because it is new, they deserve all the success. When we return to Alicante, we will certainly stay here again. It is about a 10-minute walk from the center, has several markets, such as Mercadona for shopping groceries, pharmacies, excellent location! Thank you!
