• Eunice (9/5): Loved it! - Great apartment at a really good location, within a close and easy walking distance to the Chinese Gardens and Darling Harbour. There are a lot of great places to eat near the location, shopping and the Central train station, making it easy for travel. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here - a home away from home. As it is located in a busy area, the noise from the street gets pretty loud, especially in the evenings, but the doors and windows are soundproof so once they're closed, its fine.

• Olivier (10/5): excellent - nice and easy, the video provided to get the keys is clear. Add some documentation in the appartment(or a video) to indicate where is stored recycling, and where to go to empty kitchen bin.
• Mohamed (9/5): Sydney visit and bonding with son - The place was very well taken care of and in an ideal location. Safe and central to the city. Apartment is well stocked of the necessary amenities eg washing machine, dryer, iron and kitchen stuff. Checking. Ion was also easy and smooth. Nothing I can recall.

• Paul (3/5): Great location, tired & worn apartment with zero customer service and questionable check in process - Place is well located near Paddy's and directly outside the Light Rail stop. Around the corner you have a myriad of restaurants as you stroll along with walkways towards Darling Harbour. First warning sign: asking for a photo of ID via WhatsApp or a Gmail account as there is no check-in at the building. I refused and told them that I don't share personal ID via these channels and only after I complained to booking.com they relented with me providing a heavily redacted version of my ID. One key and fob for 4 adults, with the owners so tight that when they needed to send a trade to fix a fault (more on that later), I had to leave the one and only key and fob in a locked box on the street! Yes I asked and was told it was for privacy reasons they only have one key and fob (?). They advertised the 2 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in their description & photos in the booking.com and their company website, even in the description sent via WhatsApp to access towels and linen. But upon arrival no sofa bed! When I complained it was replied with: "We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the sofa bed. Our listing and previous communications mistakenly mentioned it, and we sincerely regret this oversight." So sucked in, we got your cash and suck it up princess! What they call an oversight, one could reasonably call misleading advertising worthy of a discount or some other compensation. But the fun continues..... TV has no aerial, again not their problem. Looks like someone nicked the $5 coax, so they may need to save to buy a replacement! Bed linen is full of holes and tears on beds that make packing crates look chic. I dare not lift the bottom sheet lest there be stains! Dark grey towels covered with bleaching stains. It gets better! Now one would expect an apartment to be safe and secure? Yeah Nah! No locking latch on balcony door (that appears to have been missed at construction), I asked for this to be fixed and they sent out a trade while we were out (see the one key and fob paragraph above), only to give up!

• Robert (8/5): Great location to Paddys Market , and the Tumbalong Park precinct. - The location was excellent . All the facilities worked well. Had an external balcony to be able to get into the fresh air Fridge worked well to keep items well refrigerated. Close to supermarket to obtain supplies. Supplies provided in the bathroom. A bit of street noise came into the bedrooms , but after a few nights we became accustomed to it. Could have provided a small container of washing detergent for the washing machine - none was present.
• Baden (8/5): Great location and accomodation. Would recommend. - Really great location and a nice sized apartment. Way of picking up key seemed a bit dodge, but it all worked out and the owners were responsive over Whatsapp.
• Angelica (3/5): Not great! - Location considering it is 8 minutes walk to the Central Train station was a plus but the downside during our stay was a lot of noise happening from the nearby apartments until wee hours of the morning so we loss 2 nights of proper sleeps. Good size 2 bedroom apartment for the price advertised. Noise. The owner should update photos from Booking.com very deceiving, the apartment does not appear even near as in the photos as advertised, no sofa bed just plain sofa. The beddings are not up to standards, in our bedroom the sheet was stained and a hole in it, not enough pillows provided. Very old towels provided stained possibly from janola. The kitchen sink looks a bit disgusting with molds. Washing machine On button is broken. Cleanliness I will give it a score of 4/10. I would not go back and book there again. The door latch in the lounge is broken does not lock.
• Hari (6/5): Family vacation - The centrality of location. Close to city and public transport. Easy work along Darling Harbour into city. Plenty of eateries - but mostly Asian. Whilst unit was okay, best suited for couples. There were 3 of us on family vacation and found with one very small bathroom getting ready took a little longer. However we were aware of this configuration when booking. The bedding was poor for what we paid. Pillows were terrible. Only one set per room. Bedding consisted of douna, which was quite small and barely covered myself and partner. No extra pillows/ blankets etc supplied. So very basic.

• Aaron (7/5): Simple and easy, instructions came almost too late. - I like that the instructions were simple and easy to follow with only few steps. Access to build was simple and easy as well. Good if you're time flexible. Instructions on how to collect keys and check-in came in the day of arriving which was super unsettling and felt almost scammed. For check out instructions I had to prompt from the owner the morning of checking out. Not good for pre-planners.
• Kanita (9/5): After accessing the property, our stay was great! - The location was great. It was easy to access stores and transportation. It was conveniently close to the ICC where my conference was held and to the Sydney Harbor. Better communication on how to collect the keys especially since the hosts were aware that I was arriving after hours. We did not receive the photos or video on how to locate the keys on the prior to or on the day of arrival. We spent several hours walking around in the rain and asking anyone for help. We finally had to spend almost $400 on a hotel for a night that we paid to sleep on the property. We did not receive the information on collecting the keys until the next day after several emails with the hosts. This was unacceptable and we should be compensated!

All the amenities were provided. Excellent property and very convenient. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.
