• Foo (7/5): I would thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment to stay in Canberra. Modern, cosy and clean. - Perfect Location in central Canberra. Well appointed and modern. Cool especially since it was a very hot day. Beautiful luxurious fluffy towels. The hand held rose on the shower was loose/broken which made it difficult to shower, but there was another bathroom with shower. Left over rubbish in the garage. Would have been nice to have had some milk in the fridge on arrival.
• Sarah (8/5): Comfortable apartment, centrally located. - Location was great. Short stroll to shops. Short drive to attractions. Private entrance. Two bathrooms. Comfortably accommodated 4 adults. Washing machine in the kitchen and clothes line in the courtyard. Garage to park vehicle. Need better description on how to find apartment. Apartment had not been cleaned from previous occupants (easily rectified with a call to Brian). Leaves and weeds in courtyard needed attention (we cleaned this area up). Toilet seat loose in smaller bathroom (we fixed this). Hand held shower wall fixture in main bathroom is broken. Some bedroom lamps not working. Overall just needs some attention to some minor maintenance issues.

• Jessica (7/5): Good - Location is really good, it is within 5-10 mins walk to Civic where there is lots of restaurants etc. It's an easy drive to other attractions. Facilities are good and kitchen is well equipped. Large queen bed in one bedroom and 2 singles in other room with both a shower room and a bathroom. Check-in was easy but I had stayed here before - better directions on the location of the unit within the main block and how to get into it and how to access the garage would be helpful. Although the apartment is for 4 people, there is only one sofa and some stools to sit on so difficult to watch TV all together. I noticed a couple of small cockroaches. And the battery for the garage was low so it didn't work at times. The hand held shower attachment was broken on the main shower so it couldn't be raised up the pole so you had to use the overhead shower. Needs a little maintenance.

• Parminder (10/5): Excellent stay, definitely recommended - We enjoyed 2 nights stay at this excellent accommodation. Very convenient location within with all attractions within 15 mins drive. Neat and tidy beddings and well equipped kitchen. Brian was quick to respond and all instructions were very clear. Thanks for amazing stay experience, definitely recommended! Backyard needs to be cleaned to remove cobwebs.

• Adele (5/5): Great location, but a deep clean would greatly improve this property. - Great location Owner was extremely helpful and even managed to be passing by the apartment just when we needed assistance with the garage door remote! Good heating. Beautiful artwork on walls. Unfortunately we could clearly hear the neighbours. There's no ensuite bathroom, but 2 bathrooms side by side off the main corridor with cavity sliding doors. Rubbish bins in the bathrooms would have been appreciated. Unfortunately there were bugs in the kitchen...of the unpleasant kind. All rooms could have been cleaned more deeply. Beds were firm.

Two functional bathrooms equipped with toilets and thoughtful toiletries. The location to Canberra city centre and shopping centre, convenient parking with garage attached. Easy check in and prompt reply. If you're a tall person mind your head on the clothesline or fold it away to avoid hitting your head when coming or going to the garage. The curtains didn't cover the windows on the back and front door

• Anna (5/5): Passable - The location. The apartment is nice, but it needs a good scrub. It isn't very clean. The coffee machine leaked. The tap in the kitchen fell off. We grabbed plates out of the cupboard, and they were wet. The towels need replacing. They weren't in great condition. There was a wet towel left in the bathroom. We had a car, and the garage was full of cobwebs and filthy. The a/c controller's fan speed button doesn't work.

• Karen (10/5): Great 2 bedroom apartment, super convenient location and would definitely stay again if we head back to Canberra! - The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable. We went down as a group for the Canberra marathon and it was perfect. Close walking distance to the shops and restaurants/bars. The parking space was handy. If you’re going with a group, there is street parking but check the signs for times when you can’t park. These points are minor as we made do but more plates/bowls given there were 6 of us, availability of basic cooking supplies like olive oil and the sofa bed was more of a fold out couch.
• Tania (10/5): Great location, lovely unit - It was central to everything. Walking distance to the War Memorial and a couple of 100m to coles, restaurants and shops. Awesome location, very quiet and a lockup garage for the car. The unit was lovely and spacious. Very clean and well maintained with front and back courtyards with back courtyard leading to the garage. We came in quite late 8pm. Had a bit of trouble finding the unit as didnt know the name of the apartments, only had the street number which wasnt displayed. Would be helpful to give the name of the apartments in the booking.

• Elizabeth (1/5): Disappointing as it wasn’t luxe other than the artworks on the wall and some of the furniture - Location Fridge wasn’t clean and mould in the freezer seal, kitchen tap would fall off, hinge broken on tv cabinet, wifi didn’t work and host didn’t help to fix the issue, courtyards hadn’t been swept from leaves or large cobwebs, no dish cloths and lack of pantry staples, and the paver on the front step was loose and a trip hazard

Could do with shelf in little bathroom to put toiletries on. Drying rack in back yard should be moved as it would be very easy to walk into it when walking from garage to back door especially if it’s dark. Great to have one though.
