Ann (1/5): Never again!!! - Nothing Will never again rent from Apartments Florence! We rented for 18 days. Slepted 3 hrs a night because of neighbors upstairs and a bar down stairs partying till 3 a.m every night. Wrote to the owners & their response was that if I felt comfortable confronting them to stop the noise it I wasn’t confortable doing so I would call the police. They ended their email saying they were at my disposal…. If that’s what you call at my disposal! They could have giving us another place to stay as they have 600 rentals but that wasn’t an option! The couch was so badly stained that the put a sheet on it, that being said we did not dare sit it on it. The shower was extremely small, so small that if you dropped your soap there was no way you could pick it up. The floors were so unclean that my white slippers ended being dark grey by the time we left.
