• Benassi (9/5): - Soggiorno davvero bellissimo! La villa è moderna, pulitissima e in una posizione perfetta per godersi Las Américas senza bisogno di usare sempre la macchina. Si raggiungono facilmente spiagge, locali, supermercati e ristoranti, ma la casa rimane comunque tranquilla e rilassante. "Abbiamo adorato soprattutto gli spazi esterni e la piscina, ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare. La casa è molto ben attrezzata, luminosa e curata nei dettagli, si percepisce che è stata rinnovata con gusto. Host sempre disponibile e comunicazione veloce e semplice. Check-in comodo e tutto organizzato perfettamente. È una soluzione ideale sia per gruppi di amici che per famiglie che vogliono vivere Tenerife in una delle zone migliori dell’isola. Ci torneremmo sicuramente!"
• Sina (5/5): - Es ist sehr laut. Die umliegenden Bars spielen bis morgens Musik. Zudem ist die Wohnanlage im Allgemeinen sehr laut. Die Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden, z.B. gab es nur ein Weinglas. Leider hatten wir auch eine Kakerlake im Apartment.
• Emily (9/5): Great stay, thank you! - Good value, great location and everything worked as it should. More homely than other apartments we’ve stayed in before. The addition of the pool is great. A little noisy at night but only if you had the doors open / sat outside. There is a fan which provides more than enough temperate control.

• Martina (10/5): - The house is very well maintained and just a short walk from the sea, making the location ideal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the terrace is a real highlight: the plants are beautiful and it’s clear that the owner truly cares about the house and pays great attention to every detail. The swimming pool of the residential complex is very nice, clean, and well maintained, perfect for relaxing during the day. Just outside the complex there are many 24-hour supermarkets and shops, which is extremely convenient. The apartment is perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being in the central area of Las Américas. Check-in was easy and smooth, and the owner was very kind, helpful, and reliable. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again.
• Wioletta (8/5): Przepiękna miejscowość cudne restauracje i pyszne drinki 🍷 - Duży przestronny z wygodnymi sypialniami i tarasem zewnętrznym do wypoczynku Po nazwie i zdjęciach spodziewałam się nowoczesnego domu a to był bliźniak w szeregu kolejnych usytuowany w dość głośnej dzielnicy do rana było słychać muzykę w środku. Mieszkanie nadaje się już do odświeżenia i zmiana aranżacji też by się przydała zwłaszcza oświetlenia kanapy i krzeseł. Sąsiad bardzo głośny chyba zaczął remontować mieszkanie i robił to w nocy.

• Guadalupe (7/5): Cobran por servicio de piscina inexistente - Apartamentos dividido en dos plantas Que pagamos y elegimos ese por qué tenía piscina y no era así,estaba cerrada,reclamamos ...y el día antes de irnos después de volver a insistir acercan la llave.estuvos 6 días,uno de piscina y no se reembolso nada,mal por si parte,por qué ellos ofrecían eso en el paquete,yanuestros comentarios no serán recomendados
• Karolina (10/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay. - Location, spacious apartment and landlord's hospitality. Ventilators were ok, but we would really appreciate air-conditioner in these hot days.
• Sabrina (4/5): Leider enttäuschend - Die Lage ist super, man kann ohne Auto in tolle Bars und Restaurants gehen. Der Strand sowie Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten hat es rundherum genug vorhanden. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung stark verschmutzt: Zigarettenstummel lagen herum, Küchenschubladen waren dreckig, die Bettlaken hatten Flecken und die Ventilatoren voller Staub. Die Handtuch- und Duschhalterung waren beschädigt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, nur drei Ventilatoren. Die Küchenausstattung ist spärlich, wie die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert konnte leider nicht erklärt werden und die Messer waren stumpf. Auf unsere Reklamation reagierten die Schlüsselübergeber mit wenig Verständnis und eher genervt. Nach einem Telefonat mit dem Eigentümer, ein freundlicher Herr, wurde dann die Duschhalterung ersetzt und die Wohnung nochmals gereinigt. Die Bettlaken wurden aber leider nicht ersetzt sowie der Fussboden auch nicht sauber gereinigt. Dass der Pool momentan nicht benutzt werden kann, wurde im Vorfeld leider nicht kommuniziert. Preis-Leistung würde stimmen, wenn die Wohnung sauber und von Beginn an in gutem Zustand übernommen werden kann.
• Berardino (10/5): Great house in Las Americas - Comfortable Stay in a Well-Located Villa I stayed in Las Américas, Tenerife with my girlfriend and found the accommodation to be convenient and functional. The villa is recently renovated, spread over two floors, and located very close to the beach — just a short walk away. The sea view from the house is a pleasant feature. The property includes two bedrooms, two large balconies, and a terrace on the first floor with a variety of plants that create a nice outdoor atmosphere. There is also a shared pool, which was useful for relaxing during the warmer parts of the day. The area around the villa is well-served, with many restaurants and both large and small supermarkets within walking distance. Several of them are open 24 hours, which made it easy to find food and essentials at any time. For those interested in surfing, the location is particularly suitable, as the main surf area is only a couple of minutes away on foot. Overall, the villa offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay, in a convenient location near the sea and local amenities. Everyrhing was fine

The property is beautifully maintained, and the terrace is absolutely lovely filled with tropical plants and the perfect spot to unwind with a book or enjoy a meal outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, whether you're making a quick breakfast or cooking a full dinner. It really felt like a home away from home. One of the best things about this place is the location: you can walk to the main beaches in just 3 minutes, which made our days super easy and relaxed. On top of that, there are several 24-hour supermarkets and many bars just around the corner. Parking was never an issue either, plenty of space and very easy access. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway while still being close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

• Ben (8/5): Excellent stay - Stayed for 9 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had all facilities needed and was spotlessly clean! We met moira upon arrival who showed us around the apartment and ensured that we were all happy with the place :). All the beds are extremely comfortable which meant we had a very nice sleep. The location of the apartment was awesome and right in the centre of playa de las americas however was not noisy at night inside. The pool was small however did exactly what it needed to do and cooled us off during the summer weather! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. The communication was left until the day before for arrival however got sorted out via WhatsApp. the air conditioning isn’t air conditioning; it is portable fans on the bedside tables which meant it got quite warm in the night.
• Didzis (10/5): Yes, I am satissfied :) - Good location, near (5 min) to Playa de Troya. Easy reachable directly by bus No. 40 from airport. Pool in the yard with refreshing water. Night parties noise from beach.
