Lucia (3/5): central and quiet location but dirty condition and too expensive - Apartment in central and quiet location. Old building with history. Owner can give any information about the city as well as the environment. Dirty condition of the whole apartment, dog's hair also in the washed towel (owner should inform about the dog in the apartment for those that not like it or are allergic). Poor equipment in the kitchen: actually it is undesiderable to cook or use the kitchen. All is counted. So in the bathroom too: you have to ask for paper tissue when the one roll is finished. The offered room - as shown with foto- has a big wardrobe but full occupied with family' s clothes, free and available it is just one door. Very much expensive by price-performance-ratio, and furthermore the owner actually collects for her apartment the turistic fee too.
