• Teboho Basetsana (4/5): Very disappointing. - It’s such a pity about this apartment because it’s spacious and has a lot of potential. However, we moved out after the first night because the apartment was filthy. The bed was sinking. The place needs to be cleaned and repainted. They must buy new beds and mattresses. They have no business renting this place out in its current state.
• Columb (6/5): Our stay was fine, I would go back - The properties location is very good. Close to the Genova Metro stop and close to some great eateries and grocery shops. The size of the apartment is excellent and the number of rooms and toilets is great for parties of 6-10. The kitchen and living area was really spacious and great for what we needed. The WiFi is very good and tv also. We had some issues with the electric, the fuses tripped twice. The staff were very good to point us in the right direction to fix it but we were in the dark for around an hour. The air conditioning doesn’t work very well in one of the main bedrooms. When we arrived the master bedroom bed was broken. People did come to try and fix it but they just fixed some of the legs when the actual metal frame was bent.

• Iryna (10/5): Great place to stay with a big family or friends, apartment can fit up to 10 people easily. Close to everything: grocery - Super clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen has all you need. Rooms are spread out which allows you to have some privacy, aspesialy if travel with kids or big family

• Shamma (2/5): mistake - The apartment was big, The apartment was cold the heater not working,two of the bathroom the water is leaking out of the bathroom to the rooms, the water shower was cold, No sanitary ware no trash cans lack of Tessie, the whole group was using on both room for the shower, far from the city center.
• Seblaonder (9/5): Great location, very practical apartment for families and groups of 4 and above. - The code-key thing was broken, so I had to get outside the keys from a lock box. For check out, the lock box was broken so I had to deal with the keys. Not a biiiiig problem but still some effort needed.
• Janine (8/5): Nice, clean, large apartment in a great location to the Canal area. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access - The location was great, apartment huge. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. One bathroom unusable, water drained very slowly from another bathroom. No teatowel for drying dishes. The lock on the apartment door was a bit tricky.
• Amjad (10/5): Great lovely - We were a big family and we like the apartment so much, it is large and has a kitchen with all the equipment that you need. It also has washing machine and dishwasher me and my family love staying here. The most important things is it has an AC in each room specially in summer days in Milan. The electricity go off sometimes.

• Seblaonder (8/5): Very good - The location was superb. It took 15-20 min walk to Duomo & Navigli. There are great cafes and restaurants around. Massive apartment. Great for families or friend groups. Early check-out. While I understand that the apartment needs to be ready for the next guests, they might at least offer a late check-out.
