- Marlon (10/5): Comfy and nice, quiet place. - Good and walking around downtown and near the area i need to go. Hmm the shower , floor easily got wet especially with shower curtains and no holes on floor. I had to mop it to dry. Maybe sliding door or put better shower partitioning.

Described as a one-bedroomed apartment, this property was in fact a studio and therefore not suitable for our group. Whilst centrally located (next to the Central subway station), the area had people who were drunk/drugged, so it didn't always feel safe.

- Seekay (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed the views in the morning especially when the sun was just peaking up. The morning I was leaving I had to navigate around an individual who was unconscious on the lobby floor surrounded by trash.
