• Nana (7/5): Close proximity to popular shopping spot - Walking distance to all the shopping. Well priced Walking to the property is abit scary if you walk on outside on the road. But we managed to discover a way through the hotel.

• WAN CHUN (10/5): - 旅館位置離TRX、柏威年 跟亞羅街夜市都非常近 走路10分鐘左右就能到的距離 加上樓下就有間開到零晨2點的超商 臨時需要買東西都很方便 房內有洗烘衣機、烤箱、 IH爐、淨水器等家電設備 兩房兩衛浴的配置 洗澡熱水溫度很夠 空間也相當寬敞 住在這裡的三晚 真的非常舒適👍 淋浴間會滲水出來 讓浴室地板大面積濕透 如能改善會更加分
• Toe Toe (10/5): Love the service and love the unit that I stay - I love Nana’s service team. They are very friendly and they gives us a very good service too. Housekeeping can ask a day ahead. The unit is clean, neat and tidy. The place is only walking distance away from TRX and pavilion Bukit Bintang. I really love to stay here again. I feel like I am living in hotel.

• Dalia (9/5): A Pleasant and Comfortable Stay - I spent 8 nights in one of Nana's Boutique Dorsett Residence and it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Location was good and apartment was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of KL's skyline. The highlight was truly the very prompt and professional exchange with the team. They are EXTREMELY responsive and helpful.

• Halima (10/5): Enjoyed it and didn’t want to leave! - Loved the location, the security guards were so nice! The apartment was nice and clean and very prompt response with help when needed. Kitchen had the essentials like plates, cups, pan etc. Easy access to the throw away the rubbish. Super easy to get grab to drop you off and pick you up. Food delivery was pretty great spot too with a mini supermarket downstairs for essentials. Wifi connection wasn’t good in the main room but worked fine in the rest of the apartment. The dinning table was annoying it wasn’t stable. Would’ve been nice to have oil, sugar for at least the first day.

• Nadia (9/5): Great location! - Great location, good for the purpose of the visit, great restaurants, cafes, shopping near by. Clean apartment, didn’t do any cooking except for using the kettle for boiling water. Next building under construction, a bit noisy and it was holiday season so the building was very crowded but bearable. Some instruction in the apartment would have been useful, especially to seniors and late arrivals. If not easy very easy to look for a restaurant on the first evening, however we managed.
• Zul F. (1/5): If you driving just say no this place!! I park my car near TRX since there is no parking available and surrounding parki - Clean PARKING PROBLEM!!!!!! and cleaner come intrude your room without knocking the door or any short notice they simply open your door with key!! How rude!!

• Maria Samantha (9/5): Great value for money in an excellent location - The customer service is great! Very responsive, and provided clear and timely instructions for check in and out. They also accommodated our needs when possible. Location is great. The flat itself is well-equipped (even with a water purifier and water bottles). One can leave luggage with the lobby security guards before check in or after check out, but the security guards do not really have a system for safeguarding the bags as in a usual hotel. The units may also benefit from blackout curtains, especially for the floor-to-ceiling windows.

• MASUHISA (10/5): 街中なのに、リゾート感たっぷりの施設 - ご対応くださる方のスピード感に感激しました。 施設の広さも申し分ないし、家族で過ごすにはピッタリでした。 壁紙が貼られていなかったり、風呂場や排水口に髪の毛があったりが気になりました。 カトラリーの量やザルなどあると嬉しかった。

• Viola (10/5): - the host is very helpful..the view from level 26 is very nice..stayed for 4days 3 nights..2 adult,3 children..the unit very spacious..got netflix,smart tv,wifi..1 double bed in the living room,1 double bed in bedroom 2, 1 double bed in the masteroom..got balcony..got bath tub..got washing & dryer machine + microwave makes ourself feels like home and makes us easier to do stuff..i just walk to pavilion since the location is not far..will choose to stay here on our next vacation..thankyou so much 🙏🏻
