I like this one because they respond quick. The location are good. The room was not ready yet, feel like someone just check out then they just open booking quickly without cleaning the room. The advertisement on booking.com shows that the reservation is still empty, but when the booking continues, the reservation suddenly becomes full. The reservation has been made. Suddenly agent whatapps me and canceled the reservation and said it was full. Nonsense! 👎👎👎

- Julie (7/5): Good - Very convenient to get food as mall is located in the same building. Near to monorail station. Magnificent view of the skyline at night. 2 of the bed sheets had stains on it. No proper area to thrash our rubbish and had to keep them throughout our stay as they do not provide housekeeping facilities Could not take clear pictures of the view as the glass windows were not so clean.
