stigers007 (6/5): Great complex but disappointing apartment and communication. - The complex is very well located easy walking to restaurants, cafes and shops. Complex has indoor pool which is great out of season. Very comfortable beds, and well furnished apartment. Very responsive when contacted, but nothing proactive. Apartment itself is poorly located in the complex, the terrace and 2 bedrooms facing a very busy road and near external bins. This meant for very disrupted sleep for 2 bedrooms. Also, description of ground floor is true but misleading, it's ground floor to the road, but forth floor to pool (built into a hill) we expected direct garden access. The cookware and utensils provided were the bare minimum, only 5 forks provided for 6 guests etc, no bread knife or scissors.. Important for parents with babies, there is no microwave, the don't list it, but we assumed and feel others may as well. Only provided 5 bath towels for 6 guests and no pool towels. Air-conditioning didn't work properly throughout the week, but fortunately the rooms weren't too hot. Boiler broke on day 6 but was repaired same day. We weren't met on arrival as we were told, so had to find the apartment on our own. Fortunately we'd stayed at complex before so had an idea where to go. No welcome pack/info booklet explaining how anything worked, how to get to pool/gym, where bins were, closest shops etc. A lot of this we knew as we knew the complex but to others this could be very difficult. No contact regarding checkout or checkout process.

Julia (8/5): Very good - Location was very good. Apartment is very spacious and roof top is stunning. We thought the apartment was a little short of glasses and crockery for the amount of people. There was no barbecue which is in the advertised photos.
Roseanne (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely loved the molo 3 bed apartment we had, stunning place and the owners were very helpful. Really close to bars,restaurants and a supermarket ,uber is nice and easy to use if you want to go to marbella or puerto banus even though you can walk around 20mins into puerto banus which is a nice walk in the mornings there is a lovely small indoor heated pool along with a sauna and steam room which was great as it was February . Would highly recommend staying here it didn't disappoint 😊

Niall (8/5): Large apartment, Indoor pool area was a bonus, but would pick a south facing apartment next time! - Based on a winter visit (December) Very large apartment, good heating, good modern smart TV's for streaming and casting. Indoor pool / Sauna / Steam room area good to pass a winters evening. Quiet area. Good quality firm mattress on main bed. Difficult to find, no sign near gate. No information within the apartment on finding the way to the indoor pool (it is a large complex with many levels and stairs) Indoor pool area is ok but dated, Ladies shower not working. Changing room/toilets scruffy. Sauna has a big bright white LED light making it the most uninviting sauna I've seen in a while. Apartment east facing terrace in front is completely shaded with trees so no sun. The rear terrace does not get any winter sun either so they were of no use or benefit to us. Might be totally different on a summer visit where a shaded area might be welcome! No window blinds or curtains on front windows, as this apartment is effectively on a ground level people passing by on internal complex footpath can look straight in. There is a bit of hedge and plastic panelling but not enough to block view, again this is a subjective comment, others might not be bothered by this. No extract vents or windows from 2 of the toilet rooms.
Patel (10/5): Superb location and apartment - A lovely apartment set in a luxurious location in the heart of Mabella, of puerto Bańus. Spacious rooms with a lovely lounge. A well equipped and clean kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We loved the great space to enjoy the outdoor seating for dining where we even had some time barbecue. There was nothing we were short of. Great service by the host Benjamin! We difinitely will be returning to Molo residence.
