• Marta (8/5): - La ubicacion El sofá cama era muy incomodo y se oye todo el ruido de la calle ya que es un bajo y se oye todo

• Gaia Valeria (8/5): Valencia a portata di tutto - La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per girare Valencia, vicino a diverse linee dei bus, non lontano dalla metropolitana e con molti servizi supermercato, ristoranti, bar, anche un servizio noleggio bici a brevissima distanza. L’appartamento è accogliente, ritrovi anche diversi generi alimenti a disposizione nella zona cucina, che ti fanno sentire ben accolto dopo un lungo viaggio e le dimensioni sono più che adeguate per un breve soggiorno fino a 4 persone. L’odore che fuoriusciva dalle tubature non era gradevolissimo, ma forse è una problematica di tutta Valencia. Non è stato semplicissimo trovarlo potrebbe essere indicato meglio.

Tenía un kit de bienvenida muy surtido, grata sorpresa Tuvimos problemas para entrar porque al anfitrión no le funciona la mensajería de Booking y fue un poco estresante Pero una vez que conseguimos contactar todo el mundo muy amable y muy dispuesto a ayudar

• Mercitis (9/5): PERFECTO PARA UNOS DÍAS EN VALENCIA. - Espacio amplio, muy buena ubicación, genial el parking gratuito. Buen pack de bienvenida. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, cocina completa, agua de bidón, microondas, secador de pelo, etc. Olía regular por un problema de humedades pero lo estaban resolviendo. No había toallas para el niño.

Totalmente recomendable.-

• Laura (8/5): - Nos dejaron un pack de bienvenida súper completo. Bastante cerca del centro (se puede ir andando perfectamente). Cuenta con parking en la misma calle. La cama de matrimonio muy cómoda y la decoración maravillosa. Todo adaptado a personas con movilidad reducida. Mucho espacio en los armarios. Faltaban algunos detalles como percheros en el baño y alguna repisa para poner los productos de baño (había dispensadores de gel y champú pero estaban vacíos). El sofá cama era un poco incómodo. Y lo peor eran los ruidos: se escuchaban las puertas de los edificios colindantes y todo lo que pasaba en la calle.

• Claudio (10/5): Appartamento fantastico: quanto di meglio si possa desiderare a Valencia! - A sorpresa ci è stato fatto l'upgrade gratuito ad un appartamento molto più grande e più bello di quello prenotato e pagato. L'appartamento che ci è stato dato era spaziosissimo ed arredato in modo moderno con grandissimo gusto. C'è stato anche offerto un posto per la nostra auto in un garage custodito sotto l'appartamento. Infine siamo stati accolti con un welcome pack ricchissimo di cibi e bevande. Infine la posizione centrale era estremamente comoda. Se torneremo a Valencia sicuramente prenoteremo ancora qui.

• Konstantin (10/5): Stay in Valencia - Great location, easy to find, convenient entrance on the ground floor, clean and tidy, comfortable beds, all the facilities are new and useful.
• Edgar (10/5): Incredible big holiday studio/apartment in the centre of Valencia with FREE SECURE PARKING ! WOW! - Wow! We were looking for somewhere central to stay and use as our base in Valencia for this visit. In the old historic area. The problem was we wanted to have a car for travelling outside the city and parking in Valencia is very difficult. We found this amazing new studio apartment WITH SECURE PARKING... what a find !. 20 metres from the apartment there is a parking garage provided, at no extra cost, right in the city centre. The Studio is ground floor and HIUGE. 2 big LED TV's. Full kitchen, including washing machine and a purified water dispenser. An enormous double bed and a sofa bed in a separate living area. We found a fridge with FREE CAVA and a selection of wonderful food treats. We were sure they would be extra BUT THEY WERE INCLUDED in the price. Result ! There is a supermarket around the corner and the amazing Valencia Market is a short walk away along with all the restaurants and bars and shops. The beautiful (and free) botanic gardens are just at the top of the street. If you don't have a car then all the public transport is nearby. I am sure this must be the only holiday apartment ( which is as big as our apartment at home) with secure free parking. The accommodation standard is like a 5 star hotel and for the price it is incredible value. This place must be new to the website because we never saw it when we booked before. This is our new place to stay in Valencia and we have booked to come back in the summer again already..... This is the best. BTW. The host knows all the best places to eat and drink so make sure you get recommendations from them. This place is even better than the pictures. I wish I took a picture of the bread and traditional Spanish breakfast items they gave us ...... but we were hungry and ate them when we got there :-) Nothing. We loved it all.
• Anthony (10/5): All the best of Valencia is just outside the door of this beautiful, spacious 5*studio apartment !!! - I am so pleased I found this AMAZING Studio Apartment right in the centre of Old Town Valencia beside al the best areas to visit. It is so spacious with plenty of living and sleeping area, a huge bed and a sofa bed and everything you could need including 2 huge TVs. The host left us delicious Valencia 'treats' to eat and even a bottle of bubbles. The Botanic Gardens, the Central Market (amazing to see) as well as the main area of shopping, bars and restaurants are only a short stroll away. This studio apartment is obviously very new and done to a really high standard and is one of the reasons I will come back to Valencia. 5 ***** from me. ( I should also say that this is a ground floor apartment and access is no problem ). A fantastic find. We were only 2 people but this spacious accommodation could easily be for a family of 4 ! To be honest , there is nothing I did not like..... except I wish I could have stayed longer !!!!!!! Really it was great.
