• Philippe (9/5): - Appartement dans un complexe immobilier adapté au ski l'hiver. La présence d'une piscine et salle de musculation est un vrai plus! Appartement correct, propre et lumineux. Personnel tres agreable et a l ecoute. Il y a eu une reception festive le lendemain midi pour les 20 ans du complexe. Très sympa. Une entreprise est située a côté de l'appartement et peut faire du bruit en semaine. Desagrement variable selon emplacement dans les immeubles. Douche bouchee a cause ménage incomplet la veille. Poignee sdb vieillie et porte sdb qui est sortie de ses gonds.

• Nadya (8/5): A good stay! - This is our second time in the complex. Everything was fine, we enjoyed our stay- there is so much to do in Bansko and nearby. We used the indoor swimming pool and their sauna. The appointment was airy and we had a comfortable stay. Thanks! Some things need to be fixed or changed- the bathroom’s door and handle and the bedroom’s handle.

• Iliyana (9/5): Good value for the money. - I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel. However - there is no elevator and had to carry the heavy suitcase to the 3rd floor. All door handles and sink were loose - a bit of adjustment is needed. Food was generally good - 3 types of salads, 3 types of main dish, 1 soup. The spa starts from 15 to 20 - a indoor pool, a steam bath and a sauna. Generally clean.

• Elena (8/5): Very good - Very nice hotel, comfortable and cozy. We haven't had a problem with hot water, the room and hotel was hot even though the temperature outside was below 0. The food is great, the breakfast and the dinner was great and definitely a good valley for your money. The pool and the hotel are not connected with the hot line. It is a problem when is cold outside.

Excellent tasty breakfast. Location is near center of Bansko. Room was really big and comfortable. Heating in the hotel rooms should be improved.

• Demeter (7/5): Good - Even if in the beginning, they gave us a room that had a horrible smell of mold and tobacco, after I have notify them about this thing, they have managed quickly to switch our accommodation to a nice apartment. The new apartment that they offered us was , unfortunately, near to another apartment were the lady from there had cooked all day and all the food smell entered into our apartment ( literally all of it because their ventilation pushed the smell into ours). For the spa area and pool, this location is separately from others. They don't give you towels or shoes. You exit wet from the pool in a minus temperature to return to your location.

• Velina (9/5): Perfect vaycay to relax and enjoy nature - We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Price quality exceeded our expectations many times over. The hotel is a little bit old, but it seems to be impeccably maintained. The room was very spacious with everything you would need. And here is the advantage over new and expensive hotels - precisely because of the spaciousness, as well as the presence of a bathtub, which is often missing in the bathrooms of 4 or even 5 star hotels. The staff is very responsive and kind. The spa has nice amenities.

• Adina (8/5): Poor transit stay - The green space in the complex. The location of the boiler in the bathroom was very bad, you practically sneaked to the sink. Also, the shower curtain is very worn and very smelly. Throughout the apartment there is a lingering smell, probably of cigarettes.

• Alexandru (6/5): Pleasant - The room seemed clean The sauna was good. There were enough parking places. The location is far from..everything and at night if you went outside of the complex it was a very dark and shady area. The food is very poor, you have at most 2 options to choose from both for dinner and breakfast. Tasteless to the point that it's not eatible. The water in the pool is cold you can't stay more then 10-15 min in it. The rooms look very old, and they for sure need a refurbishment.

• Marina (3/5): Thank u and never again - Location is ok . The stuff was excellent , and the fact they have parking inside Bathroom was really awful. Water leaking from the tap .No spot for hanging the towel , no spot to put any stuff ( unless in the floor ) . I was thankful there was a hot water . Breakfast is very poor . Our kettle was so dirty inside , that it wasn’t possible to use it . There is an entrance to the spa/swimming pool that is close to the apartments , but it is closed , so u have to go around , and when it is cold outside it isn’t very pleasant , especially when u go back to the apartment

• Катина (7/5): Good location for a short stay. - Location is good, close to the city centre, shops and pubs. Easy to get to ski slopes. Very, very warm room. SPA facilities were good. We stayed at the building 1, where the reception is. It is a bit old building and furniture and bathroom is a bit old. Every time when we had a shower the water was leaking to the floor.
• Harry (3/5): Pay a bit more elsewhere and get a lot more - Free bus to gondola Poor food for breakfast and dinner during quieter nights. Sauna setup makes it very difficult to use. Interior is very dated. Staff were mixed, some very nice, others very unhelpful.

• Stefan (9/5): Great experience - recommend to others. - Breakfast was not the great but enough if you judge from the price you paid. All the reviews should be in accordance with payment. More variety can be a bonus for them. Unfortunately for them, the complex was not full. More variety, more cleanliness on the tables. Improve the juice quality. Improve the quality of the meat - but again if we judge from the price perspective everything was ok ! We will be back there in the future of course.

The hotel is pet-friendly and located very close to the park, which is a great place for walking. The staff is very friendly and positive.

• Nikola (8/5): Very good - Nice complex at the ending part of Bansko. It has a good pool, nice sauna and steam, small gym. Rooms are clean and big for the stay.

The appearance of the rooms is slightly outdated. The room was not cleaned during the 4 days (the trash was picked up once), but maybe because it was New Year's Eve. Breakfast and dinner quite modest.

I would prefer a shower not a bathtub in the bathroom. Also, there was not a window in the bathroom and the fan didn't work. The water in the pool was cold and we were extremely disappointed, because the main reason we booked this hotel was the indoor pool.
