- felicity (4/5): Do not recommend. As a regular business/ international traveller and booking.com customer - have never been disappoi - Location, inhouse amenities. Key access/ check in & checkout with luggage - be prepared to leave luggage on the sidewalk
Pretty on photos - but had some not working things (kitchen fridge, washing machine, use of wardrobe, furniture placement and walkways - prepare for lots of bruises moving around).
Cost - stayed 3 weeks for a work relocation, request to extend by 2 nights. Quote for 2 nights extra was 1.5x weekly rate (note. did not extend).
Deemed of causing floor scuffing at desk space (random charge to credit card for $650 a month later for ‘repair’)

- Sarah (1/5): do yourself a favour and stay somewhere, anywhere else!! - Nothing, it was 37 degrees in that room when we arrived and didn’t call down till 10pm. It was a hot box that was uncomfortably small. Gave me the wrong key in the key safe then accused me of using the wrong key code…she only gave me 1 code!!
Then made us move rooms to a room that they hadn’t even bothered turning the aircon on in. It was ridiculously hot that we had to leave for over an hour to cool down before we returned.
Harrassed by staff for the whole next day after already confirming we had checked out…before 10am.

The instructions to collect the keys was bad
The address of the building is also wrong it’s on Peel st
- Sharon (7/5): Would I recommend it? Honestly, no 🥹 It was not a pleasant experience. Too bad since the place was pretty. If they imp - The room was pretty. Great location. 1. The WiFi was not working on Day 1. I had to find ways to find where the router was (nicely hidden) and figure out how to make it work. Replies from the host were slow. Lost productivity time on Day 1 and I even missed my business online meeting.
2. The bedside lamps were not plugged. I couldn’t plug them because the bed was pushed against the wall where the socket was.
3. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. :( I needed clarity on where to find the key and the reply was not timely. Imagine you traveled to a foreign country for at least 8 hours, you’re tired, and wanted to settle in your Airbnb, but it felt like you were left on your own even if they know what time you were arriving.
4. I shared problems 1&2 with the host (Olivia) and she kept asking me to send photos via booking.com which I didn’t think was possible. I sent the photos via WhatsApp and she said she doesn’t have access to WhatsApp. :(
5. I wish the host would show a little bit of care just like my experience with other Airbnb hosts wherein they made sure you settled well in your place and they also offered real-time assistance via WhatsApp call especially when you are arriving.
Would I recommend it? Honestly, no 🥹
It was not a pleasant experience. Too bad since the place was pretty.
If they improve their customer service and show care, then maybe you can consider booking this property.
- David Macfarlane (1/5): Scammers trying to keep our deposit!! - These people are scammers. They took a $300 deposit. We stayed END of April and we have been chasing for the $300 to be credited back. And now tonight they've sent $250, saying there was a small key missing and they had to replace it!!! Why take 3 months to tell us that... and we were only issues 1 key on a tag for thr front door, no second key and we returned the main key at check out. This is a scam to keep some of the deposit FOR NO PROVEN REASON!!!! SEND THE $50 SO THIS ISNT ESCALATED. IM GETTING MY $50 BACK. YOU CANT STEAL FROM PEOPLE. NEVER STAY HERE!!

- Barbara (8/5): Bright, tiny apartment - Proximity to food, hospital, taxis etc, Small but very clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed. Checking in procedure. Key was not in lockbox at all. Many phone calls to get the key.
Freezer completely frosted up and could not be used for my medications or even to refreeze icepacks
- Casssndra (6/5): ok - the key boxes as much as they had tried to make it easy , it was a little confusing when you have a car. entering with b2 rooms to the same entry I read the room number wrong on the key and was able to open the other apartment. Luckily I realised and closed the door straight away. this could have been very embarrassing. this also game me concerns others could enter unless I had dead lock also on .

Everything you needed could be found in room Much smaller then expected - bruised my leg getting out of bed a couple of times due to space (but for a young couple the space was enough) ** if you are a larger individual or have mobility issues I would reconsider**
- Afiqah (1/5): Worst - They were very kind before you check-in, especially when requesting for the damage deposit and payment. When they earlier requested for me to pay the damage deposit, they gave me a link and were asking me to pay it outside booking.com. I refused and just asked them to charge out from my card. They did. Of which now, although promised that the deposit should be fully refundable 2 days after check-out if no damages (clearly no damages as I've recorded everything of the property when I left as proof), they are still not refunding my deposit. Followed up many times but they are delaying here and there saying they've followed up w accountants and will get back to me which they dont.
I dont think anyone should deal w this begging for your own money back like this.

Strangers unlocked my door and entered while I was asleep. No information provided that both locks needed to be used as one key shared between adjacent units.

Clarity around parking
- Leanne (9/5): Great location and great accommodation. Unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay. - It was a self-contained unit......very well equipped with everything you would need.
Pool area and sauna looked great.
Unit was neat and well-presented, like new. The key collection with a lock box was difficult for me as I was not at all familiar with the process. Finding the location in a foreign city was challenging ...like a magical mystery tour.
Trying to find parking was made more difficult as the key was wrongly labelled which meant I had the wrong parking spot number and luckily the neighbouring tenants arrived just as I was trying to enter their unit thinking it was mine. The unit was numbered differently to the key label.
This was complicated further with the wrong phone number given on the Booking.com site and having to finding another number to talk to someone.
Access to parking is tricky...lots of stairs and corridors.
