Javier (1/5): Engañada - No me gustó, absolutamente nada, se puede valorar algo la cercanía a Portobello market. El alojamiento nada más entrar tenía un olor a cerrado increíble, daba sensación y estaba sucio. No habían limpiado bien porque había restos de los inquilinos anteriores, como por ejemplo los plásticos de los cepillos de dientes. No había apenas cubertería, tuvimos que cortar la fruta de mala manera, porque solo había un cuchillo que no tenía ni sierra. Éramos dos personas, y solo había cubiertos para uno, solo una silla, y tampoco tragaba el desagüe del baño, no había ni una escoba para barrer, la taza del vater estaba rota. El sitio, para nada recomendable, nada que ver con las fotos.

Lindsay (1/5): Cathastrophique . - L’emplacement On as pas eu le logement réserver le jour de notre arrivée il on perdu le clé on as pas eu de logement avant 19h . Le logement était degeulass le radiateur de la salle de bain tout rouillé le rideau de douche pourri une odeur d’urine dans la douche franchement il on dit qu’il aller faire un geste j’attends toujours . Il y a un soir où on a eu une souris !!! Pas de quoi faire un peut de ménage ni même un torchon pour la vaisselle … vraiment fuyer … Le pommeau de douche inutilisable .. la table n’est même pas fixer les chaise sont à 2 doigts de casser je pense qu’il faux arrêter de louer ce logement ..
Ana (1/5): Decepcionante - La ubicacion. Llegamos y habia otra persona en nuestro departamento. Nos dieron otro departamento, el cual no estaba preparado para recibir a tres personas. Faltaban platos,vasos, frazadas.El control no tenia pilas y la puerta del baño estaba rota. Realizamos el reclamo correspodiente y el manager del departamento nos refirio que nos iba a reembolsar el 30%. No cumplio con esto. Realizamos el reclamo.y nos dijieron que no nos van a reembolsar nada. Sinceramente fue una decepcion por completo.

Abbiamo trovato la soluzione con il manager per stare bene il giorno del mio Compleanno. Consiglio questa struttura. Il cassone della spazzatura stra pieno nel cortile di casa

Pas de produits de toilettes comme annoncé sur Booking. Des couverts pour 1 seule personne. 1 vitre cassée à la fenêtre, réparée avec du scotch. Pas de chauffage. Bouilloire en panne. Suite à mes demandes ( notamment 1 couverture en plus), aucune réponse du propriétaire .

Zoe (9/5): We had the best time, absolutely recommend! - We loved the location right in Notting hill. We always felt safe and the staff was very accommodating. They let us into our room before check in which was really nice since we had a lot luggage. The room was very cozy, although beware of the pull out couch… our backs are still recovering! There was four of us and only got 3 shower towels and there were no hand towels for kitchen or bathroom. Although the lack of towels did not affect our stay at all!

Erin (4/5): Very friendly and helpful staff, but below average apparment. - Good location and very friendly staff with helpful helpline First room - not as expected and not in any of the pictures advertised on booking.com. Small box room, window that didn’t lock, and very loud as next to the stairs. We contacted the help line the next day and also spoke with the manager who kindly moved us to another room. Second room - better as this was actually the room we through we were booking. Thanks to Aziz for sorting our room swap. Second room was better but drains were really smelly. We also end up getting locked in the apartment hallway and needed to wait for staff to let us out (I think it must have been locked from the outside which meant it couldn’t be unlocked from within). BIG fire safety issue and I did ask for this to be looked into that night. Very friendly and helpful staff, however the apartment itself is below average, with some important issues that need to be sorted, and the price payed does not match the quality unfortunately!

Victoire (9/5): Amazing ! - Nous étions 3 adultes et nous avons adoré le logement car il était super bien placé, en plein coeur de Notting Hill, à deux pas de Portobello Road, un rapport qualité/prix au top et nous avons très bien dormi. Nous n'avons pas testé les équipements de la cuisine car nous avons mangé à l'extérieur mais le logement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le logement était facile d'accès, proche des transports en commun, avec le métro à 3 min à pied et l'arrêt de bus en face de l'appartement et le petit balcon rajoute un petit charme au studio. La propriétaire est très réactive par message. Je recommande pour un séjour à Londres !

Ana Celina (5/5): In summary, while the location is a strong advantage, several aspects of comfort, cleanliness, and maintenance need impr - Overall, our stay had some positive aspects, mainly the excellent location. It’s very well situated, with plenty of great breakfast spots nearby, which made mornings easy and enjoyable. However, there were several issues that significantly impacted our experience. The common areas, especially the carpeted corridors, had a strong unpleasant smell, similar to cat urine. Cleanliness overall felt insufficient, both in shared spaces and inside the room. The bathroom was extremely small—so much so that it was difficult to even wash your face without flooding the floor. There was also a persistent sewage smell coming from it. Additionally, the windows provided almost no sound insulation, and street noise was very noticeable throughout the night. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning did not work, which made the stay less restful than expected. Service was also inconsistent. While the staff I communicated with online were very kind and responsive, there was no staff physically present on-site. I requested towels one day and only received them halfway through the following day. Another downside was the exterior of the building, where there was a constant accumulation of rubbish right outside the entrance. Finally, the rooms felt significantly older, smaller, and more worn than what was presented in the photos, which was disappointing.

Riccardo (3/5): sporco - Il soggiorno è stato piuttosto deludente. Il bagno emanava un forte odore di fogna, rendendo l’ambiente poco piacevole, infatti tenevamo sempre la porta chiusa per evitare di impuzzare l’intero appartamento. Il divano letto era troppo scomodo e non adatto a un riposo adeguato. Inoltre, la pulizia generale lasciava molto a desiderare: al nostro arrivo il pavimento era visibilmente sporco. Nel complesso, l’esperienza non è stata soddisfacente.

Terry (1/5): Miserable. - Location The advertisement for the property showed a lovely airy roomy apartment, what we got was a bed accessed by vertical steps to a mezzanine floor where we had to crawl to the bed to avoid hitting our heads on the low ceiling. The whole process of accessing the bed was a physical challenge, which I defy anyone over the age of 50 being able to achieve. The limited access and physical challenge should be made clear on the advert to warn potential guests.

Lepore (5/5): - The strong point is the location and the staff. We arrived early and checked in before 3 PM, which was greatly appreciated. The accommodation is very small and basic. We found the toaster very dirty, but the host cleaned it and returned it to us, which was much appreciated. The cleanliness was mediocre; the mezzanine and stairs are a bit dangerous for teenagers, but I wouldn't recommend it for two tall adults. There were three of us and we only had three bath towels, not even one for our face, but we didn't bother. There were only two chairs for eating, and there were three of us. I think with a few small adjustments, it would be much more comfortable, but all in all, it was perfect for just sleeping. If you don't have many expectations, it's a good option in a quiet area and warm accommodation.

Paz Sedano (3/5): Decepcionante - Ubicación genial en el precioso barrio de Notting Hill El alojamiento no era lo esperado. El alojamiento estaba realmente sucio cuando llegamos, el suelo de la cocina estaba grasiento y resbaladizo, la mesa estaba sucia. La ducha no era para nada lo que aparece en las fotos, supongo que la mampara se habría roto y pusieron una cortina muy mal colocada que además estaba asquerosa. En general el alojamiento está muy deteriorado, sorprendente viendo la entrada de lujo reformada. En mi opinión creo que necesita un poco de inversión.

Schaboo (2/5): Please read bad reviews as they are most likely telling a truth. - Location was great. Very close to bus stop. 2 Underground stations near by and another in 15 minutes walking distance. Close to Portobello road where everything happens at Notting Hill. Where do I start... 1. The images on the booking suggesting that it is a bootom floor flat with 2 bedrooms and small garden. It turns out the rooms are assigned randomly. Maybe our fault that we didn't read all descriptions but pictures are misleading as they are showing only one flat, the one we wanted. 2. Checking in was smooth but required additional app. 3. Room equipment: there is an absolute minimum. A few pieces of cutlery, some plates etc. All with signs of use but not the worst. There was an iron in the room but heavily burn so we were not even trying to use. No extra bin bags. 4. Bedding and towels were clean but sofa for the third person was very uncomfortable for teenager I couldn't imagine how adult would feel. 5. The double bed placement is on some sort of antresola which is under the ceiling. The space between floor and ceiling is 140cm meaning the even when you sit on the bed you could hit your head. 6. Bathroom was the worst. A lot of black mould under the shower. Shower doors damaged and were not closing. Damages to shower base and a lot of rust. We had to use slippers to protect our feet. Damages even to the toilet seat. There were 3 of us for 6 days and we got on two toilet rolls and absolutely no paper towels. Bathroom was so tiny that you couldn't move under the shower to without touching the walls (not great feeling). When sitting on the toilet you were almost touching the wall with knees. There was also smell from the drains. Extraction fan was not working. Last 2 days we didn't have hot water. Looks like it was all used in other flats. The overall experience was not pleasant. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone who want to stay longer than 1 or 2 days or would be staying most of the time in room. We have taken some pictures as a proof.

На кухні всі прибори для готування були. Тепло було від кондиціонера і обігрівача Квартира дуже маленька. Вікна не мились ніколи. Але якщо приходити ночувати і снідати, то добре.

Anika (1/5): - Die Lage in der Nähe Portobello Road ist sehr gut. Hätten wir mal auf die Bewertungen der vorigen Gäste gehört...aber wir dachten "wird nicht so schlimm sein " und wir sind eh nur zum schlafen da... aber das war leider das eigentliche Problem. Das Dreibettzimmer ist mit Bett und einer Schlafcouch ausgestattet .Diese " Schlafmöglichkeit" ist ein extrem hartes und dreckiges Klappsofa mit Lücke in der Mitte und wenn es man die Armlehnen abbekommt , ist es genau 160 cm lang. Wir haben um eine Matratze gebeten, um schlafen zu können, aber nichts ist passiert. Nachrichten gingen nur über das booking Portal. Es gab kein Personal vor Ort. Auf Anfrage hieß es, dass sich jemand kümmern wird, gehört haben wir dann nichts mehr. Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Bad schimmelt und rostet, Tür schließt nicht, Fenster sind so verdreckt , das man nicht durchschauen kann, es gibt nicht ausreichend Geschirr und auf allem ist ein Dreckfilm. Man fühlt sich einfach nicht wohl. Wie gesagt, dass alles wäre noch ok, wenn man wenigstens schlafen könnte.

Sandra (5/5): - Location was very nice and and the property easily accessible. Price was relatively low too compared to alternatives. Booking said a room with terrace but got a room on second floor instead. Photos seem to be quite old as the rooms look more tired than that. Some of the outlets were not working, shower temperature was nearly impossible to adjust and it wasn't the cleanest of spaces (especially bathroom). Window did let through quite a bit of noise and wind as well.
Josep (5/5): Mala primera impresión - La ubicación Faltaban muchas cosas de las anunciadas en la oferta, tostadora, jabones, toallas las justas, que no cambiaron en 3 dias, papel wc, aunque al hablar con ellos lo solucionaron todo el primer dia, la terraza muy sucia.
Loli (4/5): Dejadez - El personal, que en todo momento fue muy amable y servicial. En especial, el chico que había limpiando que nos dió todas las facilidades que necesitamos. La limpieza, fue muy decepcionante ya que la primera habitación estaba por limpiar y nos tuvieron que cambiar. Además, luego no pudimos hacer uso de la cocina. El contacto no era inmediato, por WhatsApp tardaban en dar respuesta.

Ruben (1/5): Incubo, prendono per il c*lo - Solamente la posizione, comoda e servita dai mezzi pubblici Tutto. Ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo la stanza denominata “Monolocale standard” posta al primo piano della struttura. Una volta fatto il check-in mi viene data una stanza in un seminterrato, quindi già gravissimo di suo. Stanza sporchissima, riscaldamenti inesistenti, erano presenti tre stufe elettriche che appena venivano accese non facevano altro che scintille. Ho subito chiamato la struttura per dirmi di darmi la stanza che ho pagato e di risolvere subito il problema, o di darmi un rimborso se non fosse possibile. Tutto ciò con mia moglie in dolce attesa. La struttura mi risponde che quello che ho visto è pagato su Booking non corrisponde alla stanza presa, perché si “paga” un pacchetto di camere che vengono assegnate a turno/sorteggio. Inoltre non rimborsano nulla e mi ritrovo a dover restare per forza per non rimanere a dormire fuori per strada. Contatto Booking che apre una indagine che é ancora in corso, ma ad oggi non ho avuto più notizie. Sconsigliato, non fatevi prendere in giro da questi inglesi da quattro soldi. Cercate altro
Giorgio (1/5): Economico ma non vale neanche quel prezzo - La posizione era ottima! A Notting Hill e a pochi passi da Portobello road me è l'unica cosa positiva. Check-in in ritardo solo dopo ripetute sollecitazioni. Il riscaldamento e la cucina non funzionavano. Il titolare ci ha presi in giro per tutto il soggiorno dicendo che avrebbe risolto ma non ha mosso un dito. Il letto matrimoniale è su un soppalco talmente basso che per usare il letto devi andare in ginocchio.

Ingo (1/5): Booking.com shouldn’t list this disastrous placr - Only good thing is the area We arrived past midnight which was agreed upon as arrival time by the owners. There was no key in the key box . It took nearly two hours standing in the cold before someone arrived to let us in . Next we found the apartment was not properly cleaned. We found hair on the toilet seat(!) , greasy surfaces in the kitchen. Also no reception on the tv (no regular tv no internet eg Youtube) . So we complained about that . Received an answer via WhatsApp at 0:45 at night :( They send in someone to clean the place and hook up the tv properly. Someone did clean , tv was still not hooked up, So I asked again and they told me again someone would fix it the next day. It never happened. Worse than that the place only has a small electrical heater . It’s been pretty cold so we left it on overnight. The next morning I tried to unplug it only to discover that the electrical plug was burnt into the socked . Someone came to replace the heater but beware of the possibility that the electrical equipment is not the safest and it might start a fire. Other than that the microwave is very old and run down, the stove we couldn’t get to work at all. The bathroom smells awful when you first arrive but it’ll fade away after you use it .
Simarro (4/5): Miedo - La luz del baño no funcionaba, pone que hay tele y no había mando, la puerta estaba rota y cerraba mal, el wifi iba fatal, no se cerraban las cortinas y desde fuera se veía todo, el barrio por la noche era tétrico y peligroso.

Las instalaciones son muy regulares, el baño muy pequeño sin enchufe y con mucho olor. La cocina lo mismo, muy mal cuidada y le faltaban muchos utensilios, queríamos cocinar y cenar en la habitación y francamente ha sido difícil, muy pequeño. Pero bueno, cumple su función de dormir y visitar Londres
Maria (2/5): Decepcionante - Lo único que destaco del apartamento es la ubicación Para empezar reservamos y pagamos el apartamento CON TERRAZA. Al llegar nos dieron un apartamento SIN terraza, lo comunicamos y nos dijeron que al llegar solo quedaba ese. Entonces para que me cobraron el otro. Por no hablar de la poca limpieza del apartamiento, el baño con una cuchilla, el sofá sucio, un único radiador para calentar TODA la estancia y microondas, hervidor de agua que NO iban. Pero lo peor el haber pagado por un apartamento y que nos dieran otro, sin ninguna solución. No repetiría ni recomiendo, ya que no solucionaron nada.

Ohara (8/5): - The location and the property itself were perfect and comfortable. It was clean and good for space. The heating didn't work there were heaters in the room but It didn't really heat the whole room well. The entrance is a bit off putting and looks very unclean however the rooms were spotless and there was a cat roaming around inside so if you have allergies I wouldn't recommend it. But it was lovely.

Immeuble calme et sécurisé. la plaque chauffante et le four ne fonctionnaient pas. la moitié des prises électriques ne fonctionnais pas. le canapé-lit est juste un canapé sur lequel on pose une couette. Isolation calorifique nulle, manque d'isolation de la fenêtre. Rideau et canapé sales. Porte de douche cassée.

Isabel (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente, el metro está a unos 7 minutos andando y hay una parada de autobús justo en frente del alojamiento. La cocina está bien, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar (ollas, cubiertos, vasos, platos etc). El baño es pequeño pero funcional. La cama es cómoda y hay mucho espacio para almacenamiento, también hay televisión, secador de pelo, plancha para la ropa… Es un poco pequeño pero te acostumbras. El baño huele bastante a humedad. Se echa en falta que en la cocina haya un trapo o algo para limpiar después de comer.

Martina Elisabetta (1/5): - solo la posizione a 15 minuti dalla metro di Notting Hill e la disponibilità nel rispondere del personale Era sporchissima, non solo la stanza ma anche asciugamani, lenzuola e letti pieni di polvere e capelli. la cucina inutilizzabile, tostapane con la muffa all’interno e bollitore con acqua residua a stagnare. il bagno super piccolo con una doccia che non si chiudeva. non era sicuramente adibita per 3 persone perché troppo piccola e non rispettava alcuna foto postata su booking. il soppalco, dove c’era il letto per 2 persone, era invivibile perché troppo basso e stretto e la scala per raggiungerlo super pericolante, infatti ci siamo fatte male. il divano letto al piano “giù” era sporchissimo, pieno di polvere e capelli. e potrei continuare all’infinito. inoltre nelle scale d’ingresso della “struttura” spesso c’era un gatto con delle ciotole per mangiare e bere.

famoso (8/5): Buona Scelta - Posizione ottima, la stanza é piccola ma accogliente, ci sono i servizi base e forniscono attrezzi per cucina e phon. Le scale d’accesso un po trasandate, il letto era comodo ma il lenzuolo davvero corto, non basta a coprirsi per intero ed il bagno aveva qualche carenza in quanto perdeva pezzi di mattonelle dal pavimento, ma nulla di particolarmente grave.

Mercedes (4/5): Decepcionante y viejo - La ubicación Está sucio. Las sábanas del sofá están arrugadas, los cojines están sucios. Solo nos dejaron dos toallas para cuatro personas y a pesar de pedirlas, no las hicieron llegar. La cisterna del baño está rota y el lavabo no traga bien el agua.
