- Christine (1/5): we paid,we didnt stay because of the demands i outlined and we have not received the requested refu - There is a problem with this property, they demand your photo a photo of your credit card both sides & photo's of your drivers license non of these things should be demanded. This is an unsafe practice !
- Oz (1/5): The location was good, accessible to everything, but the place was old, smelly, and full of cokroach - Close to amenities It was full of cockroaches, very filthy, we rose the hygiene issue with the customer service, they sent the cleaning company, and soon after they left, it was exactly in the same condition . We have video evidence of it, we rose it again, but we were ignored even saying that they would take hygiene seriously, we rose the issue with the ownership, but we were only offered, after a numerous back and forth conversations, a cleaning fees value. No one cared about it, everyone tries to avoid it. It was just disgusting sleeping with cockroaches walking on your face. And it was not even cheap! With that money we could have slept in a comfortable 4 star hotel. Definitely will avoid certain type of properties.
- Lisa (6/5): Pleasant - Very comfortable bed. Close to bus and train. Close to big park, some excellent restaurants, grocery and Brisbane River. Excellent check in instructions. Full size refrig. Outdated. Poor lighting. Buggy kitchen. Dirty area rug - don't put in the unit if it's not clean. Need more hooks for towels in bathroom.
- Liza (9/5): Comfortable but frustrating - Couldn't load I'd onto the website despite multiple attempts , very frustrating and wholly unnecessary , booking .com have my id , perfectly irritating.
- Layla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Philip (9/5): Very happy with the place for the need we had to visit this area of brisbane. - Well appointed. Very clean. Amenities good. Nothing. Did not like the layers of electronic communication that kept coming and coming and coming.
- Paul (7/5): Good - Nice facilities There was no tea towel or oven mitts which made using the kitchen difficult. Also no large bowl in the kitchen which would have been useful. It would have been nice if some washing detergent was supplied. There were ants in the kitchen and no insect spray to deal with it.
