El aire acondicionado no llega a una habitación, para mas inri entraba olor por los conductos y olía toda la casa a la fritanga cuando el vecino cocinaba. • Opaguscht45 (10/5): Un apartamento ideal con parking incluido - Porque no hemos entendido bien porque no hay una lista de precios para todos alimentos frescos que hemos visto en la nevera y en la cocina no hemos tocado nada. Pensábamos que van a cobrar de nuestra fianza precios que no estamos de acuerdo. Porque no hay una noticia para saber cómo funciona…??? La única cosa que no nos gusta es la bañera - porque mi marido es inválido y a él le cuesta mucho subir a una bañera para ducharse.

Et le prix est vraiment plus que correct La résidence se situe dans un quartier très calme a côté un dia pour ce dépanner et un terrain de sport pour les enfants .Elle est a 4/5 km de Séville centre accessible très facilement par voie rapide Un grand merci également au personnel de l'accueil qui est très aimable et là pour vous renseigner 👌👍

• Vanessa (9/5): Comfortable unit in Seville suburbs - The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Sofa bed is comfortable. It has electric blinds. We only stayed one night. Underground car parking was appreciated and very convenient, though it is tight to access the individual spaces. Despite the check in issues I would stay again. The check in process. We were travelling on the day, I booked late. I did not see all of the messages on WhatsApp from the check in agent/owner. The apartment number had changed, was different to that on my booking confirmation. It was a booking.com.error apparently but we were inconvenienced for one hour trying to check in. No visible reception. Process is confusing and needs clarification.

The guy from the reception was really friendly and helped us and we quickly could access our room. There was a secure parking provided, we didn't need. The room was really nice, clean and well equipped. Well if you like to explore Seville, it is a bit off center. To be specific it is located in another town, Bormujos. Our stay was during the semana santa, so apartments in the city center were rare. But nevertheless, the connection to "plaza de armas" was quite regularly operated and from there you can basically cross the city center in about half an hour walking distance.
• Tatiana (10/5): Nice and cozy. - We were traveling by car, so it didn't bother us to book a property a bit further away from Sevilla. The apartment had everything we needed and even more. The host (Antonio) was very helpful. We had access to the private parking. The spot was reserved for us. We really enjoyed our quick staying. The internet was too slow for the four of us.

• Daniela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very large and equipped with absolutely everything you need. Also the parking is available on the garage which is a plus for the property. And the owner,Antonio answer any question immediately. Thank you again for your hospitallity!
• Dave (1/5): Aweful, when we booked the property had 8 4* reviews, I can only think that these are all fake. - Nothing Issues with mains water supply on 2 of our 3 days. Check-in took over an hour, once we had paid a further 90 Euro ‘deposit’. The apartment was not as advertised, soft furnishings had been removed, along with some wall fixtures such as towel rails. Kitchen items were not clean and the apartment had many marks on the walls, the bathroom had a floor to ceiling crack in one wall, the door frame was broken and the bathroom door scraped across the floor making it hard to open. The apartment was also noisy, was across the hallway from the lift and you could hear the lift mechanism every time the lift was called. The renter has not responded to any of the issues raised. Or returned the 90 Euro deposit in line with their own timeline. Booking.Com only provide a 15% refund which is disgraceful.
