- Janaka D (1/5): worst place we have stayed- sink was blocked, jacuzzi was dirty, dryer didnt work at all - sink was blocked, jacuzzi was dirty, dryer didnt work at all (had to find a laundromat), inform all that secon and third day, they said it will be fixed, but didn't do anyting. They cannot call it a Penthhouse

- Rebecca (6/5): Property was accurate to the pictures. The views & location are stunning! - Beautiful views! Two secure car parks and close to everything in Glenelg. The check in process/company & $1,000 bond.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good - Beautiful unit, great location, fabulous views. Fold out beds were not comfortable and dipped into the middle, so if two people were on the bed they both went into the middle.

- Nigel (6/5): Good location and view. - View, location. Dirty dishes. Totally blocked with dust air flow into the A/C inlet in the celling intake.
A/C didn’t work at all on top floor and the one on the main floor had poor flow into the main bed room and too much into one of the others. If it had been over 30 degrees the top floor would have been uninhabitable. We also got an offer 5 days after we mentioned the A/C to fix it but for someone to come out AFTER we left?????.
You can’t have a top floor property on the 12th level with poor AC during summer.

- Leigh (4/5): Ordinary - Location and that’s about all. No keys were left in the lockbox and we all spent countless hours waiting whilst trying to call every number possible, all to no avail. It was a nightmare, half of us missed the event we had on whilst the other half minded the luggage out the front in the dark waiting to get an answer from somebody. Still no response or any sort of compensation from Belle Escapes.
Wi-Fi wasn’t able to be utilised in the room either, we all had to hotspot off our phones, no information has been updated to state which new Wi-Fi is to be used plus no new passwords were made available etc. It was a really poorly ran setup.

- Donna (10/5): Exceptional - The penthouse is fantastic for catching up with friends in a central location. The views over Glenelg foreshore are beautiful! Everything we needed was in walking distance. In a rush I looked at accommodation for 12 people. Although the booking page explains the sleeping arrangements of this penthouse, and the filters find it as sleeping 12, 6 of these beds are on 3 fold up lounges, close to one another in the centre of the living room. A bit too cosy for 6 couples!

- Sue (6/5): We as a Family Loved the Location and views were spectacular, very relaxing and enjoyable - Location was Fantastic , close to beach walking track’s restaurants, bars , shopping ! Main Bedrooms Air-Con wasn’t working and fan in bathroom wasn’t working, plus my partner was’nt a fan of the Beds quite uncomfortable and cheap for the kind of money you pay for 5 nights !
upstairs seem to be a waste as could make another bedroom up there which would have been great !
