• Pietro (9/5): Molto soddisfacente - Monolocale arredato con gusto, con ottima distribuzione degli spazi , mobilio nuovo con a disposizione tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno in autonomia. Posizione eccellente, in zona residenziale e tranquilla, con numerose attività commerciali, bar e ristoranti, abbastanza vicina al centro da poter essere raggiunto anche a piedi. Fermata della metrò B a pochi minuti e fermata dei mezzi pubblici con tutte le maggiori linee dei TRAM a pochi passi. Nella piazza prospiciente vi è una delle chiese più belle di Praga. Il pavimento della doccia risulta essere molto scivoloso e pericoloso soprattutto per persone anziane, bisogna fare estrema attenzione quando si usa la doccia. Ciò è dovuto al fatto che il pavimento è realizzato in tutt’uno con il resto dell’appartamento. Meglio sarebbe stato realizzare un piano antiscivolo a parte per l’area doccia.

• Lamprini (10/5): Ονειρεμένο διαμέρισμα - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα σε μια όμορφη πλατεία με πάρα πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Το διαμέρισμα πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Όλα τα απαραίτητα για προετοιμασία πρωινού και γευμάτων, προϊόντα προσωπικής υγιεινής αλλά και απορρυπαντικά ακόμα και για το πλυντήριο πιάτων. Όλα καινούργια, με γούστο και αισθητική. Όλα ήταν τέλεια.

• Ivana (10/5): - Very good location with lot of cafes and restaurants. The apartment was nice and cosy. I would welcome a bigger table if both of you are working remotely not enough space.

• Andreas (9/5): Hervorragendes und sauberes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr zu empfehlen! - Dieses Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Trotz Aufzug im Haus ist es für mobileingeschränkte Personen nicht geeignet, da es im Treppenhaus noch 3 Stufen gibt, die zu überwinden wären. Es befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend gegenüber einer schönen Kirche. Es ist zugänglich durch 2 Türen, die durch Codes (bzw. Chip) zu öffnen sind. Die Fotos hier sind relativ aktuell. Neben dem Fenster befindet sich jetzt ein TV an der Wand. Im Bad waren alle notwendigen Artikel vorhanden. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Eigentlich hätte ich 10 Punkte vergeben, aber das gab es auch etwas Unangenehmes. Leider werden die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche nur auf niedrigen Temperaturen gewaschen (30 bzw. 40 Grad). Das ist sehr unhygienisch. Die Wäsche stinkt entsetzlich und ich habe mir vor Ort neue Handtücher gekauft. Die Eigentümerin reagierte auf diesen Hinweis sehr freundlich und wollte einen sofortigen Umtausch veranlassen. Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Bad war ziemlich verstopft und das Wasser lief nur sehr langsam ab. Wir haben versucht den Abfluss frei zu bekommen, aber es hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Solche Mängel müssen nicht sein, wenn die Putzfrau ihren Job korrekt erledigt bzw. Fehler meldet.

• Gabriela Fernanda (9/5): Un apartamento agradable y pequeñito - Apartamento pequeño pero con todas las facilidades necesarias para unos días de vacaciones. A media hora andando de las zonas más céntricas y con para de tranvia a un paseo de dos minutos. La mampara de la ducha no hace muy bien su función y al ducharte se moja gran parte del baño. Además se indica que hay servicio de guarda equipaje y no es así
• Anna (10/5): Lovely place away from the crowds with an excellent access to the centre - Very nice and clean apartment located in a lovely area- 10 min away from Lidl and a metro station, plenty of restaurants and cafetierias around. Very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, no noise at night. Towels, hair dryer and some cosmetics provided, kitchen very well-equipped. Definitely worth it!

• Adrianna (9/5): Comfortable stay in Prague - We could highly recommend staying in cozy apartment in Karlin square. The room was very pretty and comfortable. It had all the necessities, maybe I would add kitchen towels, shower gel and tea/coffee capsules (especially since there was coffee machine for capsules, but no coffee capsules).

• Marlene (10/5): Calm, cozy & comfortable with great public transport connections - It was very clean, easily reachable from the main train station & well connected to other parts of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the other interior was quite practical to use and have. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy, calm stay in Prague. There was quite brightly colored lights on the microwave & on the landline in the hallway, so that was a little tricky, but it was easily fixable and nothing that sways our opinion on the stay.
