- Sang (7/5): Good - Location. Apt is big enough for a couple. It is difficult to contact customer service. It is located on hill.
- Janet (6/5): Pleasant - The area was perfect as it was quiet and convenient to center of Rome. We realize it's not an Airbnb like in the United States. However, there is no dish liquid to wash the dishes, no paper towels, no napkins and we had to go out by extra toilet tissue because we were left with 2 small rollls. We complained about the smell that came out of the toilet that was horrendous. They told us to keep flushing. Smell of urine permiated the air. Getting in and out of a shower was not very easy. What we did appreciate very much was the water pressure in the balcony.
