• Abhishek Khandelwal (5/5): Not worth - The Location and Swimming Pool on the 53rd floor was nice As soon as we enter the property we saw lots of Cockroaches roaming on the kitchen slab. We send the photos to the person who did our check in but there was no response. In the bathroom the paper roll holder was broken. It felt like the bed rolls were days old with some dust on it. ACs were either very cold or was hot.

• Ninos (5/5): Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. - The location is excellent and the view is beautiful. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, and better attention to cleanliness would improve the experience. There was a delay during check-in, and they requested a RM 200 cash deposit which was not mentioned before booking. I offered to pay by card, but they refused, and I was asked to leave my passport until I brought the cash, which is unacceptable. The apartment had an unpleasant smell and the furniture was not clean, and I informed them about this. The staff were unprofessional and lacked respect. Before check-out, I was pressured to leave a high rating, which I refused, and this was also unacceptable.

При заселении присылают подробную видео инструкцию как включать плиту, воду и др. Залог есть но он возвращается сразу при выезде. Тараканы. И дело не в конкретном номере. Тараканы во всем здании перемещаются по вентиляции (((

• Suzanne (7/5): The room was very spacious but smelled of smoke - The location was ideal. Right next to the Petronas Twin Towers. The room had a great view with floor to ceiling windows. It had the light switches labeled to make it easy to determine which switch belonged to which room. The room was very spacious with a large kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The room smelled of smoke. It was not pleasant but we were staying for only one night and we arrived late in the evening and were departing at 5:00am so endured the smell. Check in was quite different as well. We were greeted at the entrance to the building by someone who took us in the elevator to what we thought was our room but was the actual registration area. It was a room with several individuals who checked us in. We received our key and went to the room.

It was the worst hotel experience I had and I dont’t wish anyone else to fall for the trap - Only good thing about this hotel is its location everything else is a nightmare. The bedsheet was blood-stained. Power tripped in the middle of the night and water heating functions only after 15 minutes after turning on the central power system. Room card became invalid and I got trapped in the life for over 15 minutes. This hotel is a scam.

• Pooja (1/5): horrible stay - location cockroaches in the apartment ... so many and we had to spray the cockroaches spray ourselves, no room service, our whole apartment smelt like cockroaches spray and there was no ventilation, so the insecticide spray smell didnt leave the apartment ... horrible stay made us sick

The view from our apartment was totally amazing will definitely recommend. The price was affordable and had the best location. I don't mean to complain as such but the bed mattresses were a bit hard, I guess everyone has their preference, we 6 fitted in well to the apartment very impressive apartment again will recommend to my friends and family.

• Carmen (8/5): - Close to Petronas Twin Towers. Lots of restaurants close by. Clean, fully contained apartment including kitchen and laundry facilities. Check out was superb quick. The check in process was a bit drawn out and time consuming. The staff at key handover weren't super friendly.

В нашей ванной протекала канализация и воняло. Губка для мытья посуды была не новая, что непонятно что ей мыли до этого. Средство для мытья головы было подписано как для мытья посуды и волосы были в ужасном состоянии. В целом цена-качество соответствует. Но за доп сутки взяли х2

• Sumiyati (1/5): Bad stay under Sky World Management - The location is very near to the twin tower and Suria KLCC. Easy to hv quick bite before going for exploring the city. The room has a very bad smell. The lobby also had a very bad smell like the garbage was not cleared for days. I paid for RM 100 per night for extra bed. The mattress was super thin. Definitely not worth paying RM100 per night. With paying RM100 there were no additional pillows. The staffs were disorganised and didnt respone when we text to update the smell in the room. But will reply quickly when it comes to payment n check out. We also found small cockroaches at the dustbin area in the room.A very disappointing stay in the room. Will definitely not book under this management. Very very dispointing.

Everyone need to go to 25th floor to checkin and they said to come after 3pm. Went out came 3pm again had to wait to get key. We paid so much and had to go through a lot. Not worth at all. Dusty rooms, main bedroom heater doesn’t work at all. Next bedroom so loud couldn’t sleep till very late. Nothing

• Maximilian (2/5): Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, direkt im Zentrum von wo alles gut fussläufig erreichbar ist. Die Parkplätze sind kostenfrei und in Ordnung. Die Waschmaschine hatte Waschmittel und hat gut funktioniert. Großer Pool und das Fitnessstudio ist in Ordnung. Der Check-in war der schlechteste den ich je hatte. Als erstes wurde man von Personen begrüßt, welche kein Englisch konnten und welche einem auch nicht sagen konnten, was man machen soll. Dann muss man irgendwann auf die Etage 25 in ein Apartment fahren, um endlich den Check in machen zu können. Der Check out war ebenso chaotisch und unorganisiert. Das Zimmer selbst war groß jedoch stark abgenutzt, sehr feucht und an vielen Stellen schimmelig und kaputt. Bei der Bettwäsche will man lieber nicht wissen, was da alles drin ist…. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert, jedoch laut. Das Personal ist recht unfreundlich und allgemein sehr unorganisiert.
