• Małgorzata (9/5): - Clean apartament in a Perfect location just closec to the promenadę and the beach. Very good communication and Perfect directions how to get there. We only stayed one night but it was enougjh. All what could be needed was available in the kitchen. For a longer Say I may miss the balcony but otherwise all great.

• Bruni (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok, werde aber nicht mehr buchen. - Lage war sehr gut, in zweiter Reihe am Strand. Direkt vor dem Haus die Bushaltestelle. Wohnung sehr sauber und alles Notwendige da. Die Wohnung war im UG, kein Balkon, keine Terrasse. Die Schranktüre im SZ ließ sich nicht schließen und fiel aus der Schiene; konnte sie mit Hilfe wieder einhängen, im Badezimmer waren nachts Kakerlaken unterwegs. Das Laminat ist an vielen Stellen beschädigt - bei unserer Ankunft war der Boden noch pitschnass - nicht gut für Laminat. Ansonsten sieht die Wohnung wirklich aus wie auf den Fotos. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ziemlich abgewohnt und bräuchte eine Renovierung.

Comfortable beds and sofa We received a welcome chocolate which was very nice but there wasn't any tea or sugar there Mouldy curtains and very poor circulation of air. Smell of mould because the apartment was partly in the basement. . Dust under bed.
• Evelin (10/5): Perfecta !!!! 🤗 - Estuve muy conforme con mi estadía. El alojamiento es muy cómodo, con una ubicación perfecta y detalles cuidados en todo. No faltó absolutamente nada. La bienvenida fue acogedora, con gestos únicos como chocolates y una cartita de bienvenida. La limpieza impecable y el transporte público muy accesible. Ignacio fue muy amable y siempre pendiente. Sin dudas volveré y lo recomiendo totalmente.
• Neenke Aanhane (10/5): - Wij waren er met zijn 5'en. We kregen direct super snelle reacties van de host met alle instructies en konden super makkelijk het appartement in. Vervolgens was de slaapbank al volledig opgemaakt wat wij ontzettend netjes vonden, en kregen ook nog gratis chocolaatjes en koffie! Verblijf was echt super fijn en het contact met de host was super goed, hij was continue beschikbaar en toen wij last hadden van geluid naast ons, heeft hij direct geregeld dat dit geluid niet meer gebeurde de rest van de week. Al met al super fijne communicatie en super fijn verblijf, om de hoek van het strand! -
• aa (10/5): - Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien: smart tv, keuken apparatuur en keukengerei. Locaties is super en op loopafstand naar de zee, strandtenten en boulevard. Het inchecken verliep super goed. We kregen via whatsapp instructies. Niets alles was goed geregeld.

• Maria Jose (10/5): Recomendable 100% - Me gustó muchísimo la ubicación. Esta situado al lado de la playa aunque lo mejor fue el trato de Ignacio súper atento y super amable. No hubo nada.

• Juan Antonio (10/5): Comodidad - Totalmente equipado, tanto cocina como habitaciones, de todas las comodidades. Encima nos dejaron muchos detalles para hacer más agradable nuestra llegada. Excelente ubicación. Zona de aparcamientos bastante complicada, aunque se dispone de la opción de parking privado por el alojamiento.
• Andrea (9/5): Ottima esperienza - L'appartamento è molto accogliente, con tutto il necessario per cucinare, lavarsi ecc., in una posizione ottima sia vicinissimo alle spiagge, chiringuitos e supermercati. In più abbiamo trovato molto comodo il fatto che per entrare ci fosse un sistema a codici, quindi nessuna chiave col rischio di perderla. Il proprietario gentilissimo,pronto a venire incontro. Lo consiglio! In futuro ci torneremo! sarebbe più comodo avere l'aria condizionata anche nelle camere, anziché solo nel salotto.

• Odinoo (6/5): Bad experience, I don't understand the previous reviews... - Location I chose the apartment based on the good reviews, but I honestly cannot understand why it had such reviews because my family and I had a very bad experience. The floor was dripping with water when we checked in at 4:00 PM ( I had to mop myself to be able to enter the apartment), the table and the chairs were filthy and full of breadcrumbs, we didn't find any shower gel/ soap, so we had to go to buy, it was literally full of mosquitoes every day ( there were no nets at the windows), the sink was clogging each time we were using it, the area is extremely noisy at nights ( we were repeatedly woken up in the middle of the night by party people who were laughing and drinking under the windows of the apartment which is situated at the ground floor). We stayed there because we couldn't find a new place in such a short time but I wouldn't go back again.
• Ash (10/5): Excellent property in a perfect location - Excellent property in a perfect location. The apartment is large, clean, well equipped. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions and goes out of their way to help.
• Jenna (6/5): Good but has so much more potential - The location is great, good neighbourhood, very closeby the beach. Enough restaurants to go to. The place has everything you need, well equipped kitchen, good shower. The host responds right away and is willing to help you with all the questions you have. But the apartment is old and needs maintenance. The floor, doors, electric plugs are bad and some furniture (couch, beds, cabinet in bathroom) need to be replaced. Very bad smell when you enter the building and lots of mosquitos at the front door (why??). We missed a small bin in the bathroom. The matress is ok, but beds are old and noisy when you move. They should replace the sleeping couch for a regular couch which sits comfortable. The place is too small for 6 people anyway, 4 is max. If they charge a little more money and make an effort to replace and renovate some things mentioned above so it will feel as fresh as in the pictures on Booking, we will book again. This place has so much more potential!
