W apartamencie można znaleźć wiele udogodnień jak ekspres do kawy, mikrofala czy toster. Co najważniejsze apartament dobrze utrzymany jest czysto. Można zostawić coś do sprzątania oprócz jednej miotły. Łatwo przynieść ze sobą tonę piasku z plaży.

• Silvia (8/5): WeLoveCotillo - Posizione eccezionale,fronte mare colori del tramonto, edificio tranquillo e ben curato piscina appartameno essenziale pulito comodità di parcheggio ambiente tranquillo super rilassante e confortevole oltre al buon gusto dei proprietari nell arredamento !!carinissimo siamo stati davvero bene Check in poco flessibille, ho ritardato di 20 minuti(mea culpa e mi sono scusata all infinito!)ma mi sono sentita a disagio in quanto l host mi ha ammonito per messaggi -con tutte le ragioni del mondo-però come accoglienza non è stata il massimo! abbiamo poi concordato il ritiro della chiave in fai da te che trovo sempre comodissimo senza ansie e stress per nessuno!mancavano un paio di asciugamani e lenzuola in più(forniti subito su richiesta!) e uno straccio extra x la cucina e avrei gradito anche solo sale e zucchero x cucinare per tutto il resto non mancava assolutamente nulla

• Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect apartment in a perfect location - just brilliant all round - Perfect location, minutes from beautiful beach and 5 mins or so from the “Centro”- couldn’t be more perfectly placed with wonderful view across pool to the sea Nothing - it was fantastic accommodation and host very responsive when needed. Washing machine didn’t work and in less then 24 hours a new one had been installed- amazing service!
• Paul (10/5): A lovely apartment with a fantastic West facing view for sunset drinks - Great location, clean and spacious for two. Fantastic sunset views There was a lot of loud building work which was annoying at times. As we arrived in the late evening it would have been nice to have a welcome pack with some milk, bread and orange juice so we didn’t need to wait for things to open in the morning
• Douglas (3/5): Very, very disappointed, the building work will be for at least a year. - The apartment was clean and tidy, reasonably appointed and would be in a great location were it not for the noise of building works on 3 sides. Location :- The apartment itself was fine, the issue we had was the volume of building work that was taking place on 3 sides of us. Noise was constant 6 days of the week from 0700 to 1800, sometimes later. This work was well established, the owner did tell us a few days before we travelled but not explain fully how bad the situation was. We were offerred a cancellation (which I wish we had taken) or 100 Euro refund, which has never transpired at the time of writing. I intend to take this up with Booking.com. Criticisms of the apartment itself would be the quality of the linen on the bed and very few utensils.
• Stephen (10/5): Great apartment in quiet complex. - The apartment was great, the photos do not lie, very clean and with pretty much all you need for a couple of weeks. The ceiling lights in lounge area and bedroom had integral fans which tucked away nicely when not required. the lights also had different settings. Bed was very comfortable. A large fridge freezer and a three ring hob, which heated up almost instantly. The apartment is one of the best situated with a sizeable patio and views over the pool to the sea, we saw some stunning sunsets and many people come to the beach on the other side of the road to see them. The only negative was the shower tray which is super slippery when wet. We resolved this by using a hand towel as a mat. No English channels on the TV, although I must say that it didn't bother us.
• Jackie (8/5): We enjoyed our stay but the building work was unfortunate - Self catering Building work going on beside the bedroom of the property and very noisy. Crane noise began at 8am The bathroom and towels smelt damp.

• John (9/5): Great holiday - Apartment was well presented, clean and is conveniently located. Sea You There staff where great. Friendly and very helpful. There is a lot of building work going on but it didn't spoil a great holiday.

Although the 'rules' said the pool was open at 8am my wife was asked to get out by the cleaning attendant more than once. He said it would open at 10am. This is not good because you really want to have a swim by 10am before you go out.
• Maloney (9/5): A gem. Lovely, well appointed apartment in absolutely beautiful location. - Lovely ground floor apartment close to pool, sun loungers and table and chairs on own terrace. Beach across the road and town short walk with wide variety of eating options really close by. Persons handling check in and check out very polite & efficient. Mar who checked us in was so gracious as our flight was delayed on a Sunday night, Estefanía also great with checkout, very accommodating! Only very, very minor things - As travellers from colder climate we are not familiar with fan lights and only discovered them by spotting the wall mounted remote controls. We like to remove food rubbish from apartment daily and the communal refuse disposal is really close to apartment, we thought it was recycling only initially. Yes, we did figure these things out but maybe information in apartment regarding such housekeeping matters would be helpful (or did we miss them?). Bed really comfortable, 4 pillows provided but 2 were very high and 2 were lumpy (we know this very small issue but it can definitely affect holiday).
