• Aneta (7/5): Great location, average communication and service - Great location, a lot of restaurants and shops around. No need for car if staying only a few days. Short taxi ride from the airport. Apartament with a balcony, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious and comfortable for a family. Apartments equipment is very basic. Poor lighting in the living room, too dark. Sadly complete lack of flexibility around check in and check out hours. No option to leave a luggage free of charge and the charge is 25$ per bag. Reception staff completely unhelpful. You are not even allowed to wait in the reception for your check in time. Poor communications with the agency who manages the apt. We also felt the style of messages was very unfriendly - I.e if you forget to leave the apt unlocked we will charge you for the locksmith, if you don’t report the faults in the apt within 4 hours you will be charged, if you stain the towels you will be charged … etc so we ended up spending 20 minutes taking pictures off all the faults, holes and stains. Only one set of keys for 6 ppl in the apt.
