• Diane (6/5): Pleasant - Location. The Appliances are not regularly Tested or Tagged. I was eagerly putting all delicious contents in the Blender to make a Smoothie and the end result was a non functioning Blender. We had to use the cake mixer and a pot with a blue chux sponge over it so it wouldn't splash everywhere. There was no key to open kitchen window. Yet the north end bedroom windows opened without a key. One of the latches seemed broken. Not very good Security Some cushions in the lounge appeared to have white stains on them which needed cleaning. For the life of us we couldn't get the speakers working on the lounge for our Bluetooth. There is a washing machine but a dryer would make a huge difference. There was no curtain on laundry window which at night is very uncomfortable as neighbouring can look in. The bathroom window had no curtain and there is scaffolding walkway next door where builders on a house have direct view of the bathroom and shower and our naked bodies. Seems the Accommodation Manager does the bare minimum.
• Amber (3/5): Disappointed - The location is great and it has a deck with a beautiful aspect. The colour of the house is very cute. Everything is very tired and feels slightly grubby. The house smelt very musty when we arrived, curtains were hanging down off the rails, the bbq didn’t work, one of the fans didn’t work, some of the windows were locked closed and others didn’t lock. The floors felt cheap and the bathroom is very very tired. We could see that there had been efforts to make the place enjoyable but nothing is going to hide the issues but a substantial reno. This was at the more affordable end but, after the booking fees and cleaning fee, it really wasn’t value for money.

• Jack (4/5): Disappointing - Great location It wasn't clean, grubby and sticky on arrival. Had low expectations given the type of property but was filthy.
• Raegan (4/5): Great location but not value for money - The location was perfect! The house was filthy. Roof paint peeling off, spider webs everywhere, mould in the shower. We actually hosed down the outdoor chairs so we could at least sit on them. The tables were beyond just a hose. The pictures on the booking site were obviously taken quite some time ago. We were given 1.5 roles of toilet paper, a handful of coffee pods. Lucky we bort our own of both. The TV had zero sound. The front door broke mid stay. The price charged did not match what we experienced at all.
• _dondons_ (8/5): Excellent location - home away from home feel. - Lovely little beach shack located mins walk from the foreshore and country club. Modern kitchen with coffee pod machine, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher, cupboards crammed with plates and bits and bobs you need when cooking. Neat and clean shower room. Quality flat screen smart tv, DVD player, shelves filled with DVD's to watch. Comfy couch and easy to clean flooring. Everything you need including washing machine to enable a short stay or a long one. The fact its pet friendly was great. The ceilings are peeling but who cares? We will be back to stay here next year.
