• Gillian (9/5): Lovely apartment overlooking pool. - Lovely ground floor apartment with large terrace overlooking the pool. Everything we needed including a coffee maker. Short walk to Hiper Dino which was great for top up shop.

• Gerbenis (10/5): - Perfect location for a calm stay. Close to the airport and nicest beaches. We had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. View from the terrace breathtaking. Overall it’s an amazing place, I would love to come back to this place again. There’s nothing negative about this place

• Irene (10/5): Relax assoluto! - L'appartamento era bellissimo, due camere e due bagni, una grande zona giorno con cucinotto ben attrezzato. Lavanderia annessa alla cucina. E un comodo spazio esterno vista piscina con tavolo e lettini per abbronzarsi. Posizione comoda per tutte le destinazioni sia sud che nord. Tutto perfetto!! Siamo arrivati in anticipo per il check in e sono stati molto disponibili.

• Hazel (6/5): Lovely apartment, poor customer service from Paramount - Location amazing and the apartment was beautiful and very spacious Customer service from Paramount was not the best! Before leaving the UK I messaged to ask if there was a bath mat for the shower to avoid my elderly mother slipping, I was assured there would be (I offered to bring one if not). When I arrived I noticed that there wasnt one and immediately sent a message requesting this and an extra blanket as it was cold at night and there were no extra blankets in the apartment. I chased this numerous times for a week and had many times where my mother slipped in the shower and scared herself (she has alzheimers). When I eventually got an answer from Paramount telling me it would arrive that day, I got a delivery the next day and it was a stock of new towels only (which I hadnt asked for as I had been using the washing machine to wash them myself!) No bath mat and no blanket! I immediately sent another message saying they hadnt sent what I asked for but I never heard back from them!! By that time a friend who has an apartment close by had arrived and lent me one! Really poor customer experience with Paramount (although Abrahan who dropped the keys off was lovely). There was no "welcome pack" as I have had with previous apartments, not even a bottle of water (only enough washing up liquid for one wash, a sponge and scourer!) lucky for me the local supermarket was still open, but for anyone arriving later in the day, this would have meant they had no drinking water available! Also be warned that any "leftovers" from previous customers, ie cleaning spray, leftover washing up liquid, etc are taken away, so you have to buy all new stuff. There were no cushions for the outside chairs and beds either. A beautiful apartment that just needs the "extra" touches to make it perfect.

• Celine (8/5): Bon séjour dans l’ensemble - Logement parfait pour 4, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Très peu de monde voir personne à la piscine. Proximité aéroport. Il faut s’attendre à voir et entendre le ballet des avions toute la journée et en soirée. Beaucoup de bouchons pour sortir et revenir vers cette zone. Nous avions loué précédemment dans un autre complexe où il était indiqué que la piscine était chauffée, et elle était bien plus chaude que celle-ci. Beaucoup de règles à la piscine.

• Gaelle Latorre (10/5): Adresse à retenir - La résidence calme avec la vue sur la piscine et la mer. L'agence qui nous a permis de nous installer des notre arrivée. Les photos correspondent exactement a la réalité Les serviettes de plage 1ere plage a 20min de voiture Beaucoup de travaux dans la zone donc du bruit des tôt le matin et des bouchons pour prendre la voie rapide.

• Lance (9/5): Great view and apartment - Great apartment. Great views and facilities. Acces to.communal pool. Good kitchen. Abraham was great flight delayed but he was great. 3 loungers on terrace but only one had mattress.
• Brian (9/5): Been many times still a good apartment in a good location - Could not use the main aircon unit as it leaked water (Did report it) Family of 4 but only 1cover for 3 loungers and even that 1 was so dirty couldn’t use it without a towel
• Jack (1/5): Awful bunch of scammers - Absolutely nothing The property was falsely advertised to have a pool. When we arrived there was no pool. It was completely drained and the whole place was falling apart. Upon arriving we met one of the staff who showed us to the apartment where he demanded we drive to an ATM and withdraw the cash for the property as he doesn't have an EFTPOS machine.... Card payments were listed as an option in the advertisement on booking.com as well as a swimming pool. No mention whatsoever that there would be no swimming pool. All of the photos on booking.com are of a lovely pool. Royal marine then agreed to give us a 20% discount for falsely advertising but have not gone through with the payment. I've asked several times why it's taking so long to which they just keep lying. The photos and information about the facilities on booking.com are a complete lie and both royal marine and booking.com should be ashamed.
• Brian (3/5): relaxing - I have stayed here 8or 9 times and just love this apartment complex as it is quiet and unspoiled I was EXTREMELY disappointed this time as I was told 2 days before I arrived to inform me the pool was being. renovated so was unable to cancel to change location I was also told we could use the facilities across and down the road This was not an option especially if I had brought my grandchildren The pool was not worked on the entire time I was there It was obvious that this pool had been worked on for a few weeks not what I was told by the seller that they had only just been told That’s a lie No financial reduction offered This property has 2 options on your website which does not advise that the pool is out of action which I feel is not morally correct The actual apartment does not see the sun in the afternoon so no where else to sunbathe As a valued genius member I am disappointed Your thoughts would be appreciated with a proper explanation
