The taxi stand is available also in front of the hotel for easy commuting to Milan. The breakfast is decent. The water pressure of the shower is not strong in my room.

- Petra (9/5): Overall it was a lovely stay at the hotel, as always. Will be coming back. - We are regular guest for a few years now and we keep coming back because we love the hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is perfect, really easy to access and the breakfast was really nice. The terrace in our room could be cleaner. The floors and the cushions on the chairs were dirty. Also the air conditioning would not stop working at night, even though we turned it off.

- Fatma (6/5): The hotel service is one of the best, as Staff always available to extend help - The service, the staff, the cleaning, location.. The bed in the hotel has an issue its not comfortable at all, very hard to sleep on.. we had to raise the issue and they had to place three layers of softner to make it comfortable to sleep, but to be honest it was not expected to face this issue at hotels.. we stayed for 6 nights and couldnot sleep well the firsr three nights because of the bed issue..

Beaucoup trop bruyante avec la vue et le bruit sur les gaines de ventilation! Comment peut-on louer une chambre à 600€ dans ces conditions! Heureusement que nous avons pu changer de chambre avec un personnel très compréhensif

- Demet (10/5): Konumu, temizliği ve güler yüzlü personeliyle çok keyifli bir konaklama deneyimiydi. - Otelin konumu çok merkezi ve ulaşımı oldukça kolaydı. Oda ve genel alanlar çok temizdi. Kahvaltı oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi. Ayrıca çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, bu da konaklamamızı daha keyifli hale getirdi. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım, belirgin bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım.

- süheyla (9/5): perfect accomadation - perfect location. although the room was standart it is quite big than expected. also the bathroom was big than a classic standart room. the house keeping was perfect and the reception team very smiling ready to service for you. you feel special there. i can't say a negative word but i can give two recommendation: it is better to add olive for breakfast as we are in italy and i think the beds need to be changed
