• Nerea (5/5): Si está barato ok, si no cógete otro - La ubicación genial, aunque aparcar es un infierno (tienes garaje pero está lejos). El piso es suficiente para dos personas. Bastantes puntos negativos pero, sobretodo, el trato. Es la segunda vez que reservo, y menos mal porque me daban una ubicación en La Cala, un pueblo al lado de donde realmente había alquilado. Al hablar con la persona con la que había contactado la primera vez me dijo que se habían equivocado. Me obligan a contactar por whatsapp (no a través de booking para que quede registrado...) y, sin decir hola siquiera, me envía un montón de mensajes reenviados de varios códigos y ubicaciones, de nuevo, pregunto cuál es la correcta,.me dicen que se han vuelto a equivocar (porque gestionan varios pisos turísticos...) y me mandan el código y ubicación definitivos. No he vuelto a tener contacto con ellos, hoy hemos dejado el apartamento y por lo que a mí respecta, ellos no saben si nos hemos ido ya,si no, dónde hemos dejado las llaves, qué tal la estancia... nada. Para haber pagado 500 euros por 6 noches, al menos un mensajito de cortesía, no? Resto de aspectos negativos: - limpieza mediocre: cafetera con café usado,cocina con olor a cerrado y tuberías, la escobilla del wc era vomitiva (era blanca pero estaba negra, podrida y con papeles y otras delicatessem). Las sartenes y ollas llenas de grasa repegada. -nos dejaron 1 sola percha... -la ducha tiene mampara hasta la mitad, y el plato es plano,liso y con 3cm de altura respecto al el suelo (no tiene bordes, es literalmente un escalón hacia arriba) así que ducharse supone la inundación del baño. -había hormigas en el baño. -el mando de la TV no funciona y para apagarla había que desenchufar la TV -ni ventilador ni a/c en la habitación -la puerta del baño se golpea constantemente aunque tengas todo cerrado -la cisterna no para de echar agua aunque toquetees
• Bradreddine (10/5): 👍 - Lekker op loopafstand van het strand, Uitzicht op het strand, Restaurants supermarkt en terassen, Eigen parkeerplaats en alles op loopafstand loopafst, Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen. Apartment iis goed tedoen. We hebben er van genoten. Slaapbank oud en kan beter!
• Guest (1/5): Infectado de Cucarachas - Ubicación y apartamento sin cucarachas Estaba infectado de Cucarachas y no pude quedarme ni una sola noche, intenté contactar con el propietario para una solución pero fué imposible, desconecto la posibilidad de comunicación, al día siguiente prometió hacer reembolso pero dos días después no lo había realizado y he tenido que solicitar reembolso por otros medios, no recomiendo el alojamiento hasta que solucione el problema de salud que tiene con las cucarachas, está infectado absolutamente todo el apartamento entero incluido el interior de la nevera y congelador. He tenido que lavar todas mis pertenencias al llegar a casa para evitar infectarla con las cucarachas del alojamiento
• Claudette (4/5): highly disappointing flat and a total disregard from the owner about your comfort. - the location is very central, so there are many Carrefour supermarket, bars and restaurants. Buses were frequent and a buses timetable is available in the tourist information which was 5mns walk from the flat. the owner did not introduce herself, I had to ask her name. There were never a welcome email. I was not contacted at all about the key. in fact on arrival I had to phone the owner. She was not there her brother answered and he gave me the code.the electricity went down twice so I had to go out to eat. there were hardly anything left in the flat. a bit of sugar in a glass and half a pack of salt. No hand soap anywhere not in the bathroom nor the kitchen and one toilet roll. I could not put the blinds down at night in my room nor in the living room. it was bright light all night as the bedroom overlooks the main road. The owner sent her brother to fix it on the 3rd day. One of the plate on the electric cooker did not turn off one day. it is so old that you could not see the dial digit on some of the knobs. the living room is bare with no side lamp just agressive neon light. it is very noisy at night as the bedroom gives onto the main road. The only positive point was having a tiny balcony with a bit of seaview. this is the worse booking.com flat I have ever had. There was no word of the owner when I left. in fact she never contacted me only when I called her to highlight the problem with the shutters and the electricity cut!

• Sidsel (4/5): Probably an apartment better suited to the business traveller than to someone on vacation. - Great location, and a spacious, practical and well equipped apartment with a comfortable bed. The sofa was worn down, but everything else was in good working order. ThIs was a beach front apartment, but without any windows facing the ocean. From a small air balcony next to the kitchen one had a view of the sea front when standing up. The apartment was dark, even in daytime. Both windows were facing a noisy thoroughfare, although the noise subsided during the night. What was highly disturbing for more than half of my two weeks' stay was that the next door apartment was undergoing major renovation work. The noise from this work was constant all day, and at times mounted to the totally unbearable. Booking.com offered me a 25 euros compensation for the inconvenience, while the apartment owners refused to offer any compensation.
