• Karen (1/5): BEWARE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY!!! Don’t trust this owner or booking.com - Do not recommend. The owner cancelled our stay the day of…. Our car was packed ( we booked months ago) as we were celebrating Christmas with our three adult children. This was devastating. The owner indicated she could not get there to Clean given the bad weather, and we offered to do this ourselves as cancelling was not an option. She was quite rude, dismissive and non apologetic. I would never recommend booking with her unless you are willing to have her cancel on you, and ruin what plans you may have. She cancelled all three nights because of bad weather, not one night offering to add another night, or kindly ask if we could postpone a few hours. We believe she had other plans for her home on new years. There’s no other explanation as one cannot predict weather and cancel all three days. I cannot imagine this could ever happen to my family, and it completely ruined our family new year’s ski and spa plans. They should be removed from booking.com, and all other sites.

• Saeed (10/5): Exceptional - I was stoked about how pretty and spacious the place was. Everything was exactly as described and more. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. The place was super clean. The spa and game room were great. The backyard was big and lots of outdoor seating was available , outdoor firepit and hot tub with the beautiful river view were amazing. The location is very close to Wasaga Beach, Beach Area Station 3 Beach.
