• Marco (9/5): - Sehr zuvorkommender und schnell erreichbarer Gastgeber. Tolle Ausstattung und Design. Souterrain Wohnung etwas kalt, aber rasch beheizbar mit dem zur Verfügung gestellten Radiator.
• Andrea (10/5): - Sehr schönes Apartment, mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich und schön dekoriert. Zentral gelegen. Vermieter war immer zu erreichen und antwortete schnell. Gepäck konnte am Anreise- sowie am Abreisetag problemlos in einem separaten Raum untergestellt werden (10 €). Frühstück konnte ins Apartment "bestellt" werden - über einen Link - oder man ist ins Cafe neben dem Apartment gegangen. Wir haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Prag. Jederzeit wieder. Wer ein klassisches Frühstück mit Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Brötchen und Eier bevorzugt, sollten, wenn möglich, ohne Frühstück buchen. Es gibt 5-6 "vorgegeben" Frühstückssnacks z.B. Brot mit Ricotta, Avocado, Tomaten oder Naturjoghurt mit Müsli und Pflaumen. Wir fanden es lecker und für 4 x frühstücken ok. Bei längerem Aufenthalt würde ich eher selber Frühstück machen. In der Beschreibung stand " tägliche Reinigung". Das war nicht der Fall, hat uns aber auch nicht gestört.

• Gisele (9/5): Bello departamento con buena atención y ubicación - Buena ubicación cerca de medios de transporte y buenos restaurantes. El lugar es muy bello y la atención excelente. Tuvimos problemas con la calefacción que fueron resueltos personalmente por la muchacha que nos recibió. La publicación muestra varias opciones de departamentos pero no es posible elegir cuál será el de tu reserva, al consultar esto nos dijeron que el que nos había gustado ya estaba reservado pero el que nos tocó “iba a estar igual de bien”. No es bueno tener incertidumbre y que te toque “lo que hay libre”.

Well situated, the public transport is super close by, there’s also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. • TensorMaster (10/5): Fantastic stay. - The apartnaent was so nice it was a pain to go out playing the tourist. The architet was a gifted one, I copied the stairwell design for my house. I had the top floor with inclined roof. My friends were delighted and the children were incredoulous. Everyting new and functional, I particularly apprecoated the Nespresso ready to go, good as the bar at my home, maybe better. Very nice beds with comfortable mattress. The playstation did work. The shower was perfect, with themostatic valve for best comfort. Nothing. Everything perfect. Only problem was to leave everything behind when leaving.

• Jelena (9/5): Sehr zufrieden und gerne wieder! - Sehr gut und ruhig gelegen, nah am alten Stadtzentrum. Das Appartment hat alles, was man braucht (sogar einen Bügeleisen). Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof. Sehr sauber. Es ist ein Wohnhaus und das Frühstück wird entweder im Café in Haus daneben genommen, oder ins Appartment gebracht. Man muss es in Voraus (am Abend davor) bestellen. Man kann aber selbst das Frühstück in der kleinen Küche zubereiten, so geht es auch.

• Ellani (9/5): - The apartment is well-equipped, spotless, and in a fantastic location. It sits a little outside the centre, but a quick and cheap tram ride gets you there effortlessly. The surrounding area is a hidden gem too; some truly excellent cafés nearby for breakfast and morning coffee. Everything you could need is in the apartment, and the cleanliness was genuinely impressive. Yes, it's compact, but for a city break in Prague that's really all you need. Exceptional value for money and I'd recommend it without hesitation. The only real drawbacks were the bed comfort and the heat. When the windows are closed the apartment warms up quickly, which wasn't ideal at night. The bed was fine for sleep, but getting truly comfortable was a bit of a struggle. Nothing I could put my finger on exactly, just one of those things that niggles.

(Pid app downloaden is handig, dan kun je online kaartjes kopen) Prima restaurants in de buurt. Appartement is schoon, bedden zijn prima, er is een was/droog machine en er is een klein keukentje met een koelkast.

• Claire (9/5): Great studio in a lovely, peaceful area - Check in was very easy, very friendly messages and had all the information in advance of travel and the property was very stylish and comfortable. It pretty much had everything we needed for a nice stay. We really loved the local area, there were small shops and nice bars/pubs and cafes all within walking distance and a 10 minute walk to the metro which takes you anywhere you need. Great options on the TV too and good shower. The apartment could be a bit loud at times as there were construction workers across the street in early morning and daytime except Sunday. This was a disturbance but not the fault of the property. It was also a bit warm without air con, although I found a fan which helped drown out worker noise! For one person this is probably perfect, but for two people the apartment is a bit limited in storage as we ended up with stuff everywhere (there were cupboards but mostly filled with boiler, washer etc). I also don't think there needs to be as many messages as there was from owner - it was helpful but another thing to keep on top of.

Леглата са изключително удобни, чистотата е на ниво. Собственичката е много любезна и отговори на всичките ни въпроси. Обзавеждането е направено с вкус и внимание към детайла. Самата сграда е много красива и общите части /стълбища, фоайе/ също са много добре изглеждащи. Местоположението е страхотно, в добър квартал, в близост има спирка, на която можете да хванете трамвай до основните забележителности на Прага. Ако сте с деца, сигурно ще им хареса, че в апартамента има Playstation :-) Във вътрешния двор има малък паркинг, но цената за ползването му е твърде висока - 40 евро на ден. Затова, ако сте с кола, се налага да търсите други опции за платен паркинг наблизо. Но в Прага това е уредено добре и има варианти.
• Robert (10/5): Good “home from home”. Would definitely stay again - Almost everything. Clean. Tidy. Just about everything you could need. All contents seemed to be new and modern. Quiet location away from the craziness of Prague 1. But easy access to transport. Struggling to think of something. Only comment would be that it’s quite small so no real room for sitting area and two people might find it cozy. But I’m being picky because the space there is is well utilized and thought out.

L’arredo è curato nei minimi dettagli: elegante, moderno e allo stesso tempo accogliente, capace di farti sentire subito a casa. Ogni ambiente è studiato con gusto e funzionalità, senza lasciare nulla al caso. La pulizia è impeccabile, davvero difficile trovare un livello così alto: tutto era ordinato, profumato e perfettamente mantenuto, segno di grande attenzione e professionalità. Un ringraziamento speciale va al proprietario, una persona estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. La sua accoglienza ha fatto davvero la differenza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Infine, la posizione è strategica: comoda per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni della città, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Consiglio questo appartamento senza alcuna esitazione: un vero gioiello per chi vuole vivere Praga nel migliore dei modi! Nulla!

• Jeanette (10/5): Alles klar, super sauber zentral gelegen, perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Prag zu erkunden - Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht. In der Küche waren eine Spülmaschine, Spülmaschinentabs, Küchenrollen, Küchenseife sowie ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr und sogar Weingläser vorhanden, was wir besonders schön fanden. Auch im Bad war alles bestens ausgestattet, mit Shampoo, Duschgel und Handseife, sodass man sich um nichts kümmern musste. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gab zwei Doppelbetten und zusätzlich eine Couch, sodass genügend Platz vorhanden war. Besonders schön war auch die Terrasse, auf der es sogar einen Aschenbecher gab. Man hat gemerkt, dass auf viele kleine Details geachtet wurde, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht haben. Ein ganz großes Lob geht vor allem an die Ansprechpartnerin Theresa. Sie war wahnsinnig nett, hat immer freundlich und höflich kommuniziert und regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob uns alles gefällt. Man hat sich dadurch sehr gut betreut und willkommen gefühlt. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
• Manuela (10/5): Ein rundum toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Stadt. Für uns hätte nichts besser laufen können. Alles entspannt, un - Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und super gemütlich. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Check-in und Kommunikation super easy. Es gibt’s nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.
• Chi-Chi (10/5): Thank you for everything support! And had a great time in our stay~We’ll very happy to visit you again! - 空間舒適，開闊採光也好。不在鬧區但是離輕軌很近，捷運站也在10分鐘以內交通都很方便，附近吃的也超多不用擔心餓肚子。 早餐好吃～但是最早是8:30才會送達，需要早出門的可能要抓點時間。 聯絡的房東很可愛～有載訪的話會想再去住～

• Karoline (9/5): - We enjoyed the cozy ambience and decoration and felt very welcome in general. Our stay was great! The parking lot was very expensive.
• Alberto (9/5): Muy recomendable - La zona donde esta ubicado es muy agradable, no esta nada lejos del centro historico. La atencion via whatsapp fue constante y tratando de solucionar siempre nuestras situaciones durante el alojamiento. El apartamento era amplio y con todas las comodidades. Cocina completa. Muy lindo decorado. La atencion es unicamente via whatsapp. Al ser ofrecido como hotel se suponia que habria aunque sea una minima recepcion. A pesar de esta dificultad el contacto con el/la referente fue constante. Por su propia construccion el ascensor esta entre pisos y no en cada piso. Dispone de 3 lugares de estacionamiento y es caro, a pesar de eso y sin que lo solicitaramos nos recomendo opciones mas economicas a buscar en la zona.

The apartment was very clean, the bed very comfortable. Perfect place to stay during your city break in Prague -
