- Caleño (1/5): RAT cut Short my Stay in Valencia Spain - Was easy to get in and a Person met us there, but this Same Person who I contacted about RAT problem Did not adddress the problem, they stated it was Guestready property Management Responsibility to Address Guestready property manager were informed about me and my Wife seeing a RAT while we were watching TV , our stay was originally October 30-November 13th, Guestready stated via E-mail that we could get out early on November 10th or go to much smaller alternative accommodation, We opted to get out on November 10th and did get out, send them pictures and Video date and time stamp the Same Day, They Have been asking for pictures of the RAT but the rat was very fast and did not pose for a picture to be taken, I am still waiting for Refund from Guestready but they have never bother to call me to talk about it, only multiple E-mails back and forth, Still asking for RAT pictures, I will never rent this place or any other place that Guestready manages as they have the Worst Customer Service, Also Booking was informed and they also have not been any help in Resolving the issue, All I want is the refund I was promised by Guestready on their E-mail to me, the Property Owner I was told by Guestready was to come on November 10th by 6-7PM so he can attest that we left the Property on November 10th, DO NOT RENT ANY Poperty from GUESTREADY Spain, my Stay was in Valencia, Spain and it was for my wife Birthday, This RAT experience which renders the Unit Inhabitable per current Spain regulations, made our stay overall Horrible. I hope Guest ready will do was proper and refund me as they promised.

- dobjanko (10/5): Príjemné bývanie v Cabanyal - Mali sme blizko k moru - najblizšie za 3 razy čo sme boli vo Valencii. Príjemná mestská časť, všetko blízko,aj reštaracie aj obchody aj doprava.Ubytovanie bolo v noci tiché,žiadna diskotéka celú noc nehrala. Pekné čisté bývanie so všetkými vymoženosťami. Prídeme aj na budúce.
