Important Information
If the reservation is for more than 7 people, or more than 3 days, a damage deposit of EUR200.00 is established, which is returned upon departure, once the condition of the property has been checked.
In case of a birthday or bachelor party, a damage deposit of EUR500.00 is established, and both the reservation and the cash deposit will be paid upon arrival, upon delivery of the keys. Upon departure, the deposit will be returned, less what was agreed to maintain the reservation, once it has been verified that there is no complaint from the police, nor any damage done to the property.
Our property reserves the right of admission in case it is a bachelor party, due to the characteristics of the purpose.
A surcharge of 30€ in cash applies for check-in between 22:00hrs and 00:00hrs and from 00:00hrs a surcharge of 50€ in cash applies.
No more than 500 euros will be charged per credit card, and you can pay the total amount of the reservation in cash upon arrival at the apartment, upon handing over the keys.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

- Valentina (4/5): Si può trovare di meglio - Appartamento pulito. Era stato lasciato a disposizione il materiale degli ospiti precedenti quindi c’era del caffè, sapone per i piatti ecc. Posizione accettabile. Non proprio centrale, ma in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro.twnendo presente che Malaga non è una città molto vasta, si può trovare un alloggio più centrale ad un prezzo simile. Se si viaggia con bambini come noi, non si dovrebbe sottovalutare la distanza dai luoghi di interesse Appartamento decisamente inadeguato per il nostro gruppo di 11 persone. Hanno accomodato letti ovunque lasciandoci senza lo spazio per mangiare seduti al tavolo. Colazione in piedi, seduti nel corridoio davanti al bagno o seduti sul letto. Molto disagevole. L’appartamento viene pubblicizzato con 3 camere da letto ma in realtà le stanze sono molto piccole e lo spazio insufficiente. Ci hanno fornito un video della casa dopo aver pagato la somma intera ed era troppo tardi per disdire. Poco professionali secondo me. Inoltre quando lo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno risposto che potevamo prenotare un alloggio più grande ma non volevamo spendere più soldi! Maleducati e di nuovo poco professionali.
