• Sellahn (10/5): - De ligging. Het balkon. Schoon appartement. Dicht bij de bakker en uitgaan straat. Kom zeker terug. Moises super vriendelijk en hehulpzaam Ik zou een paar kleine veranderingen doen. Nieuwe douche kop Nieuwe afzuigkap Stoelen balkon waren roestig Nieuwe wc borstel Meer koffie tassen. Zijn kleine dingen. Maar maken groot verschil

• Jordan (10/5): Great apartment, great price, would definitely recommend and stay again. - Location perfect with easy access to Puerto Colon area and Costa Adeje in general. Set back just enough too, to be away from any noise late on. Always go to Tenerife for Cheltenham Races week in March and would definitely stay here again.` David was very helpful and on hand when anything was needed. Honestly nothing negative to say about my stay. Everything was as expected and would recommend if you're looking for an apartment in Costa Adeje.

• Aliana (10/5): Very clean, comfortable appartment with a very kind host ;) - The host is exceptionally nice ;) Thank you! Located on the top floor, side appartment, meaning you will have only neighbors from the right and below you ☺️ Wasn’t noisy during pur stay. Also guys in the bar are very friendly. Nice terrace for peaceful breakfasts. Kitchen, bathroom well equipped.

• Claire (9/5): Orlando apartments - Apartment was really clean, close to everything and yet no noise at night. Great little holiday spot we will likely be back in Fanabe and these apartments if available. Nothing.
• Marianne (8/5): - Good value for money, it is very close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was simple but had everything needed in for 2 weeks stay. The complex itself is large but never had any noise problems. Sandra is a very nice host and made sure we had potty and travel bed for our child. Large parking area was a big plus ans quite good instructions how to find it. First weekend we had to live with cockroach in the bathroom. On Monday when the office hours started, again, I went to show Sandra pictures of the wholes in the wall where they probably get in. Sandra got those walls fixed straight away. I personally prefer heated pools, it was really cold, but some people were still swimming. At least the beach is close and had warmer water.
• Sellahn (10/5): Orlando - Komen al jaren hier. Leuk complex. leuke bar bij het zwembad. Alles is netjes. en elke dag worden de wandelpaden en de zwembaden schoon gemaakt.

• Jamal (10/5): Gracias MOISÉS y volveremos - Todo perfecto, MOISÉS muy muy amable y profesional y lo perfecto es que puntual. Las fotos son reales, frente a la mas grande y la mejor piscina del residencial. Hay todo lo que necesitas en el apartamento y al rededor hay supermercados y restaurantes incluso hay 1 bar del residencial copas al lado de la casa y frente a la piscina. Playa a 5 minutos caminando.

• Martin (10/5): Superb Costa Adeje apartment 👌 - The property was perfectly situated for our needs, spotlessly clean, very modern and well kitted out with what we needed for our stay in Costa adeje! Our host, Sharon, was in contact when ever we needed any additional info, she gave great, clear instruction on how to access the property and even stayed awake until the early hours of the morning (at no extra charge) to check we found it and got in ok There’s nothing to dislike about this property

• Gilly2212 (8/5): Very good - This is my second time at the property. I was met by Sandra when I arrived early. She advised that the room would be ready soon. She checked me in, gave me a place to change & wash up.. then stored my luggage. The room had all the required basic amenities, there was a lovely little welcoming pack including a bottle of wine. There was nothing that immediately comes to mind, hence I returned to this property 2 years in a row and will probably look at securing an apartment for next year
• Liga (9/5): Superb - In life looks as in pictures. Public parking near by. Decent quantity of dishes in the kitchen for cooking own meals.
• Anisah (7/5): A pleasant, budget stay. Would recommend. - Great location, 5 mins from shops, restaurants and beach. Very clean (not a cockroach in sight!), light and homely. Bottle of cold water in the fridge and some bits in the cupboard - sugar, coffee, salt, pepper etc. there are 2 fridges, kettle, toaster, microwave, hob and even a washing machine. Lots of toiletries left over from past guests which was helpful, I left all mine for the next guests too. Shower over bath (with detachable head - great if not washing your hair!). Bath and beach towels provided. Breakfast bar type seating. I did not use the pool as had friends staying in a neighbouring hotel so used theirs, but it looked clean and lots of sunbeds. The complex itself is very clean and tidy. Pool and surrounding areas cleaned/mopped every day. Poolside bar with snacks/lunch and drinks Moisés was a great host. The tv lost signal and within a couple of hours he came and fixed while I was out - with my permission of course. As a female, solo traveller I felt completely safe here. No rowdy guests to be seen and very quiet and peaceful in the evening. Only photos I have are of the views from window/balcony. The furniture needs upgrading. 2 single camp type beds, not overly comfortable. Pillows on bed lumpy and flat. Sofa not comfortable at all. No WiFi and only English channels 1-4 on the tv. It is a fairly hot apartment, there is a fan in the bedroom, but ideally air con is needed. However, with the patio door and window open it creates quite a nice breeze.

• Jennie (9/5): Perfect for a week lazing in the sun - Great apartment, very clean with everything we needed. In a gated community, it feels very safe. The location of this apartment was superb. It is between the pools on site, the main pool has a bar serving meals and snacks. There is also a water vending machine next to the smaller pool, 10 litres for a euro which was very handy. In a convenient location to access all of Costa Adeje and further afield with bus stops located 2 minutes from the back gate.
• Murch (9/5): Superb - A very quiet complex, the pool and surrounding area were cleaned daily. There was rarely any night time noise as it had a 10.00pm till 8.00am no noise policy. Short walk to bars restaurants and the beach, ideal location for a peaceful holiday. Pool sunbeds were uncomfortable and probably need replacing.

• Lee (10/5): A windy but very sunny week away! - Good, central location for the area we like. The property was spacious, well presented and very clean and had everything you needed. A good location within the complex itself overlooking the pool area. (Yellow dot on the pic) Moises was welcoming and kept us updated pre-arrival without issue. We visit Tenerife regularly would 100% stay again. The curtains on balcony doors in the lounge and on the bedroom doors are very thin and offer no privacy if you are in the apartment with the lights on at night time. This one isn’t an issue for us, but it is situated up a hill / steps so probably not for those that couldn’t easily cope with this.

• Michelle (4/5): Noisy and basic - Complex is in a Fantastic location in Adeje. Agua machine available Clean Complex was extremely noisy with dogs barking all through the night and neighbours parrot screeching all day long. Our balcony never got any sunshine. The futon in the living room was so uncomfortable we couldn't sit down on it. The kitchen with one electric socket is unworkable. There was only one microwavabke dish and everything stuck to the frying pans.
• Jill (6/5): Badly organised but fair accommodation for the price - location is good for the bars and the beach Most people arrive at a weekend I feel, it was annoying to be asked to pay an extra €40 to be met on sight with the keys or pick them up from another location. We decided to pick up from the key station. We had no key to access the complex and waited over 30mins for someone who was staying there to be able to get in. We had to meet in the office on Sunday morning for a key. Then had to go to the office on Monday morning to check in! You really don’t need this on holiday, I don’t understand how apartment managers aren’t available for arrival times.
• Wendy (8/5): Very good - I liked the location The apartment was very clean but for the money I paid it wasn't very comfortable very basic for what I paid every time I put the rings on to cook anything the electric tried out so we had to eat out all the time ,plus it wasn't the apartment we booked
