• Ashiya (4/5): - Active communication, the property had some problems at the time of my stay like the water only producing very cold water (hard to take showers in), and washer/dryer not working, but they fixed it after we left-- actively communicative property though
• Elan (4/5): - They moved me to a much worse apartment than I booked. The shower drain was broken. They were slow to respond and difficult to deal with. Don’t stay here!

• Irmen (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean and had all essentials for a short stay. The apartment did not heat up fast, even when we put the heating to the max. During the first night we were pretty cold. The floors remained very cold. Adding some carpets or providing slippers for the quests would be very helpful. As the apartment was on the ground floor, the windows were covered and you could not see outside or have the daylight inside the apartment. Also the apartment had a very disturbing smell, which was coming in from the ventilation in the kitchen. You could also hear boats passing by during the night and making some noise.
