• Arlt (1/5): Katastrophe - Ich habe am Freitag mein Handy in der Wohnung vergessen wo der Zimmer Schlüssel drauf war. Und der Besteck Kasten habe ich nicht gefunden. Über WhatsApp und Email wurde mir geholfen. Als wir in die Wohnung kamen habe ich sofort einen beißenden Geruch wahrgenommen. Wir haben Abends gekocht und dann Abgewaschen, da hat es im Abfluss im Badezimmer schon angefangen zu stinken und Abwasser kam aus der Dusche hoch. Bei der Abend Toilette im Badezimmer war das Gleiche an der Küche zu Beobachten. Das ganze Zimmer stinkte nach Kanalisation. Am zweiten Tag war ich auf der Toilette, nach zwanzig mal spülen, war die Schei..... Immer noch nicht weg. Beim Duschen das gleiche, das Abwasser lief nicht ab. Das Problem mit dem Abfluss war bestimmt bekannt.
• Adrien (8/5): Excellent séjour, j'avais tout ce qu'il me fallait - Je suis toujours un grand fan des options d'arrivée flexible. L'appartement était très bien équipé et spacieux. La salle de bain était spacieuse et le lit était comfortable. J'aurais bien aimé avoir un petit espace de bureau disponible. J'ai eu du mal à trouvé un coin agréable pour poser mon ordinateur portable.

• Silvi (9/5): Super günstig und toll eingerichtet - Die Wohnung war super schön eingerichtet, absolut sauber, es war nichts kaputt etc. Für diesen Preis hat die Wohnung unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen. Leider ist die Lage etwas außerhalb, ohne Auto würde ich darauf verzichten. Die Dusche (Regendusche) spritzt den Fußboden nass, man sollte Badeschlappen mitnehmen oder beim Duschen vorsichtig sein.

Das Zimmer war Schmutzig obwohl wir 40€ Reinigungsgebühr in der Rechnung hatten. Kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Wasserhahn in der Toilette war halb verstopft.

• Yassin Satir (10/5): - Good location and quiet neighbourhood, close enough to restaurants and grocery stores and a 30-min walk to reach the Rhine River. There's plenty of free parking in the area, you just need to look carefully at the signs for not blocking any private garage door. Regarding the studio I had, the kitchen's got a microwave, fridge, coffee machine (2 free capsules) and enough cooking ware for a person.
• Monika (9/5): Einfach super! - Absolut alles war perfekt. Tolle Einrichtung, super gemütliches Bett, sehr sauber. Wirklich eine ganz klasse Unterkunft. Wir buchen wieder. In der Küche war alles, was man braucht, nur leider kein Besteck ;-) Was nutzt einem Pfanne, Töpfe, Teller, wenn kein Besteck vorhanden ist. Das war bisschen doof.
• Kostiantyn (7/5): - Die Sauberkeit ist makellos, und das technische Personal versteht sein Handwerk. ACHTUNG! Die angezeigten Zimmerpreise sind extrem irreführend. Das Hotel lockt mit einem niedrigen Basispreis, aber im Kleingedruckten verstecken sich „Steuern und Gebühren“ (wie z.B. Reinigungsgebühren), die das Dreifache des Übernachtungspreises ausmachen. Das ist eine bewusste Täuschung der Kunden, besonders für Menschen mit Sehbehinderungen oder Nutzer der mobilen App. Ein absolut intransparentes und unfaires Geschäftsmodell. Ich kann dieses Haus nicht empfehlen.

Starting with the fact that my room was on the last floor and the building doesn't have an elevator, i had 3 pieces of luggage and the stairs were super tiny. This information is not explicit in the site and it should be The place did not have parking at all, i was instructed to park on the street but there was no space so i need to park few blocks away. The room itself did not smell good, seems there was issues with the bathroom. I had a meeting to attend to and i needed to ask for an extension on my check-out of 2 hours, there was absolutely no flexibility to accommodate it without paying for a late check out fee. Luckily it was only for 1 night
